Went here for open house it was a nice spot. My son was not feeling playing since he was tired. Will go back again to do a trial class. I like the set up and the window so we can watch them from outside the play area.

My boys are really enjoying their time at the USA Ninja Challenge summer camp so far. I struggled to find a place where they would thrive, release energy, and be able to have a great day while we are in a back to office posture. They are having a blast here. Children with emotional regulation difficulties and adhd need a place to release energy in a good way. This was a good choice for us.

Our 5 year old started classes a few months back and had loved it. They have the perfect mix of structure and open-play/games. The courses are different every week and different skills are targeted. We held our son’s birthday party there and it was AWESOME. There were kids from ages 3-12 and they all were able to participate and have fun. Coach Rebekka and Coach Tiana were amazing hosts and very professional and accommodating. It was great to just show up with our own food and some decorations and not need to worry about any of the entertainment. Highly recommend for both classes and parties.

USA Ninja Challenge is such a fun, safe, and inviting environment. It teaches kids discipline, endurance, and perseverance all while they are working to complete the weekly courses. We have tried several gyms in the area that have advertised as "ninja warrior courses" and this is hands down the BEST! The instructors are amazing with the kids and the owners are the sweetest people. Highly recommend this place!!!

This spot is fantastic!! We’ve been to classes and just hosted my daughter’s birthday party and we have NEVER been disappointed! The hosts make the events fun for all ages and abilities and allow you to simply enjoy watching your child (and friends) have a wonderfully fun filled time! You cannot go wrong by having a party here or signing up for a class!

My 3 boys love this place! They get to get their energy out in a CLEAN (top priority), organized, fun environment. The classes are a good size and it seems the staff takes the time to get to know each kid and encourage their strengths & work on their weaknesses. When my youngest is in his class my older 2 have the option of playing with toys, reading, or relaxing in the lobby and vice versa. There’s plenty of room for parents and siblings to watch through the big mirror and they’ve added a coffee (regular & iced!) for parents as well. The staff are warm/friendly but still get the kids to stay on track and focus! Loving it so far & recommending to family and friends.

Super attentive staff that you can tell really love their job. The facility is really clean. The classes are well organized, and challenging for the age range. I like how they change the course up every week. Everyone is so encouraging and the kids have fun. They also have a great play area with books, blocks and toys for the siblings to play with while we wait. The owner is always eager to please and hear feedback on improvements.

We look forward to this class every week! Our child enjoys the class, practices following instructions (which he needs), and it gets that energy out that all kids need to get out. Our family loves to all come watch him in the windows from the waiting area. The staff has always been friendly, and all experiences thus far have been positive. My son just started their Adaptive Ninja Class tonight and I am beyond impressed with this program for him. He is 8 years old, on the spectrum and considered minimally verbal but I have never heard him answer questions and follow instructions as well as he did tonight. It was like watching a different child- he was in his element and loved it. Adaptive is the perfect title for this class because as they saw his skill level they adapted to him. The instructors and owner were so kind and took extra time explaining instructions. We are so happy to find something he truly enjoys that is also active and engaging. ♥️

I recently took my kid to USA Ninja Challenge in Quantico, and it was an outstanding experience! My child had an incredible time navigating the challenging obstacles and pushing their limits. The staff was exceptional! Both helpful and full of energy. They guided the kids with enthusiasm and made sure everyone was having a blast. The positive atmosphere and supportive environment truly stood out. We’ll definitely be coming back in the future for more ninja fun! Love Ninja Challenge with Dan and the other instructors so much!! My child has special needs due to early life abuse/neglect before joining our family so she doesn’t learn physical things quickly, gets upset easily, and tends to avoid anything ostensibly labeled “challenge” hahaha. We wanted to try an extracurricular that could bridge the gap for her to develop more of the physical and mental fortitude needed in life. We’ve tried a LOT of extracurriculars, and she either didn’t have the prerequisite social/physical/mental skills, or she was not interested enough to put forth the effort. But at Ninja Challenge, she did more than I could have ever hoped for!!!!

The instructors helped her every step of the way. The program is set up with rotating stations, so if she didn’t want to try very hard, it was no big deal because she’d circle back to it! She lasted 45 minutes of the hour class without crying and running to me, which is 45 minutes more than any other extracurricular we’ve tried, and when she was exhausted, it was a simple walk—NO TEARS. 🙌🏻 And during class, I saw my girl try no less than twenty things she’s never done before. I have NEVER seen her feel comfortable enough to try so many new things at one time!!!! And every time she returned to each station she improved!!!!!

Though ninja challenge relies on independent play in function, in identity it is just like a team sport! One girl made it to the top of a wall and everyone stopped and cheered for her reaching her goal. I love that at ninja challenge my girl can learn this team spirit.

Classes are easy to schedule, many options for days/times, it’s located basically right outside the Quantico base Russel road gate, and is in my opinion absolutely worth the money. If you’ve read this far you should probably just take your little ninja with you to check it out!😂

The ninja challenge is an incredible place for active kids! Being very close to Quantico is a plus as well! Our very energetic 5 and 9 year olds LOVE the ninja courses and sleep so well after class. Coach Dan, owner, and the coaches are encouraging without being forceful, praise effort, challenge kids to believe in themselves and try new obstacles! Try it out, you won’t be disappointed!

Came for my nephew's 9 year old birthday party and they had a blast. They had coach Salby and Coach Sarah and they were terrific. They were extremely energetic and encouraging and impressively patient with an exceedingly obstreperous group of little boys.

The obstacles themselves definitely are more inclined to the more physically fit, but there were a few less able kids in the group and the coaches modified the exercise to make sure everyone could participate.

This was way better than Dave and Buster's or a bowling party.

Having a new option for kids activities is wonderful! It's a great location, between Dumfries and North Stafford. The gym is super kid friendly - the coaches make sure to adjust the obstacles to the height of the group. The courses change each week, keeping the kids on their toes. Highly recommend if you have a kiddo interested in climbing or just a generally active child!
