I love taking yoga at Uttara. Not very close to where I live but well worth driving 30 minutes to. Good variety of classes, times, experience levels, etc. I've taken classes with two different teachers and have enjoyed them both very much. Great experience. Pretty studio, feels nice and clean and relaxing. I will return for many classes.

I needed a placed to practice while on a visit nearby. I picked the Rise and Shine class on a recent Friday. I was very pleased with the friendliness of the instructor, the welcoming atmosphere, and the facility itself. I would definitely practice here again when I return to the area for a visit.

I moved to the area a few months ago and needed to get in a routine with a yoga studio to build strength and flexibility again.
This was the first studio I tried and I loved all of the classes. Sally, Kathy, Wendi, Jeremy & Natalie provide very different styles for a complete and balanced week that fits my schedule. The studio itself is a great size with a very calm and focused vibe. Everything is clean and well cared for. And the people are all very friendly. I am enjoying it so much that I went ahead with the monthly unlimited plan. It is WELL worth it and allows me the freedom to just book classes and go! I would highly recommend Uttara.

I only get to visit once a year as I live in the UK. I am always made to feel very welcome. I attended three classes this week , Gentle flow, Jills Vinyasa 2-3 and Sarah’s Warm power, all excellent, professional and great instruction. I look forward to my next visit 😊🙏.

I can't say enough good things about Uttara and Jill! I started attending classes about 4 months ago, and even though I would never have thought of myself as a "yoga" person, I am completely addicted- it is the highlight of my week. I always leave feeling both mentally and physically refreshed. Jill is a rare individual- completely dedicated to her calling, but also funny and real. Don't wait, go!
