Pilates studioAbout the Club
VIDA Pilates has its base in Classical Pilates where our focus is functional strength-training in proper alignment to improve posture, alleviate joint pain, and develop deep core strength. We use every piece of apparatus, from the reformer to the Cadillac, to the wundachair to have a well-rounded and effective exercise program. We validate 4 hours of parking on weekdays year round, and 6 hours of parking on weekends from May – September.

I was hoping more from vida pilates, but they confirmed Classical Pilates isn't for me. The class was really boring and hardly a workout. I felt like I still needed to go on a run bc I didnt actually workout. I've never been on a gratz reformer, but... there's a reason why newer models exist bc they fix the problems older generations have. I'm 5'7", not super tall but even I felt cramped on the reformer. It all felt doll sized. I maxed out and got the carriage all the way to the end on long stretch... lols that doesn't happen for my height on a studio reformer.

Good machines, instructors are hit or miss. Not enough variety, and more expensive than other pilates places in the area yet just about average in quality. I really wanted to like it more but not worth it to keep coming...

Absolutely love Andrea and Vida Pilates at Reston! I didn’t realize Pilates is independent of the actual Vida gym so at first I didn’t try it, but it is! You don’t need a Vida gym membership to come to Pilates. I tried it for the first time last year and I’ve been going consistently since. Andrea is amazing and makes Pilates super fun, but also knows her stuff so the work out is legit. I’m pretty much fan girling and that’s ok cuz I absolutely love coming here!

VIDA Pilates is top notch. All of the instructors are phenomenal. Took class with Robin today and loved how she challenged us with more advanced poses. While the mat classes are great, equipment Pilates helps you take your practice to the next level. Highly recommend!

Love VIDA Pilates! They approach classes with a more traditional mindset with classic moves. Always challenges my core and Robin Lewis finds ways to give you an extra challenge if you are up for it! Highly recommend Robin's classes!

Vida Pilaties is by far the best studio in the area. The equipment is top quality, it is very clean and the instructors are amazing. I highly recommend Robin and Andrea. Both give a little something different and you feel the burn. It’s helped significantly in building my core and eliminating my back pain!
I also love that you can take classes at Vida Pilaties without being a Vida member (I am a member but its great for those who dont want to do a full gym membership). If you are a Vida member - highly recommend Robin’s Mat class (best playlist).
