Have completed about 40 classes over the course of 1 year given my travel etc, but can say that Dahn Yoga delivers exactly what it claims. It is a great hybrid technique combining elements of yoga, tai chi and meditation. After every session, I consistently leave feeling a deep sense of relaxation, and feel very energetic. I have noticed improvements in sleep patterns as well - these techniques can be practiced at home on your own as well, so you are not only just confined to the classes themselves. I am a huge fan. The instructor is also great and very professional. Great health benefits overall and a good path to obtain some peace of mind.

I originally started to attend Dahn Yoga for exercise, and have found it to be so much more! Dahn Yoga is not only a great way to stretch and strengthen your body, it also stretches and strengthens your mind and spirit. Through regular classes, some private sessions, special classes and at-home practice, I experience less stress, greater awareness of my body and my energy, and a sense of peace. And, I feel better physically. Master Hyun and Master Dahari are great teachers and Dahn Yoga practitioners, and are wonderful to work with.

I tried some Yoga classes before, but, this is wonderfully different! Master/Instructor Chunil creates a nurturing and welcoming and encouraging and safe environment to work thru the physical and mental positions of Dahn Yoga. The techniques in class have been so helpful to me as I am now learning to take care of myself. The people in the class are friendly and the whole experience is something I would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in feeling healthy in mind and spirit and body. I am beginning a great "rhythm" of my new healthy self!

The yoga class they offer releases my stress instantly, brings down the fire energy, and strengthen my body. I feel much lighter after the class and somehow I can sleep better and get up early in the next morning. They combine breathing with easy stretching exercises and end the class with meditation. Meditation helps me to organize my thoughts and calm myself down. I always find myself making fast decisions in my daily life after the class. Always, I feel I can concentrate much easier too. Dahn yoga is essential resource to keep me going in my life.

I tried different styles of yoga until I found Dahn Yoga in Vienna. Taking care of your body is so beneficial when you do it daily. I discovered the most healing mental and physical experience had been managed. The best current degree of well-being I learn from Master/Instructor Chunil at Dahn Yoga. He has a high level of the training and really takes care about students.

I recently joined Dahn Yoga. I walked in on a Sunday afternoon in June and they were so nice to take the time to meet with me to do a 1:1 session that day! I have a busy/stressful job so I needed a place to destress after work. They actually care about you and not about collecting money. The instructors are very nice and have fun. My mind needs a lot of work to get away from my busy work day and they help me with that. Check them out! They are wonderful people who just want you to relax and assist you with your goals.

I've been going pretty regularly for about a month now. I feel great! I walk in feeling stressed from the drive there, and I leave relaxed but energized at the same time. I don't know how to describe it. The instructors are great. I can feel not only my body but my mind and my energy changing. Even at work people have noticed that I seem more relaxed. This is a great place to relieve stress and put yourself in a good frame of mind. I have been a member for 4 months and look forward to each class - I knew nothing about Dahn Yoga before signing up with my wife - I make it as often as I can but at least twice a week. Recommended - good teachers.

The classes here are about 60 mins long and consist of deep stretching and breathing exercises and also meditation. I started yoga to help me manage my stress as a mother of 3 who works full time in DC. I usually come to the 6:30pm session on my way home after work. By the time I leave the yoga center, I feel so much calmer and more centered, and I feel like it's easier to listen to my kids talk at the dinner table without my mind wandering to all the other things I need to finish after they go to bed.

I have been attending classes for about 18 mos at various DY centers. I really like the atmosphere here at Vienna Center. It is very spacious, plenty of room for me to exercise and do my daily routine. The energy here is very mellow (soft) and supportive. I feel very comfortable here and know that Master Hyun will take good care of me - whatever I need!!!!

I really loved the tai chi class that we did on Thursday. Master Hyun is very friendly and he even incorporated pushups into the class because he knew that I am trying to increase the amount that I can do. I enjoy being in class the environment is friendly and I am not afraid to be myself and relax in class.

This center is such a nice place to come. I leave feeling very centered and calm. I have private lessons with Master Hyun who is always so patient and encouraging. I have become more aware of my body and how it responds to everything going on around me. Through regular classes and this training, I find more balance in my health and my life. No matter the weather outside, it is bright when I leave. I recommend you come and experience for yourself. You will find peace and happiness. Thank you so much.
