I honestly don't know where to start! The instructors are amazing and treated my son like his own . I was very worried that my four year old wouldnt be able to do the class, but they always worked with him and didnt treat him like a 4 year old . I can see his confidence and his discipline from just a few short months . I wish we could have stayed longer. I would highly recommend anyone to take their kids here.

My best friend attended this school when she was young. She came from a family that had issues like every family does, but this school saved her life and set her on a trajectory towards success and personal fulfillment. Everyday she tells me about how Master Casey, Master Ron, and master Pamela shaped her childhood and pushed her into the right direction and all the little things they did to help her along the way. My best friend is now currently is teaching taekwondo and tries to do for others what the teachers of this school did for her in memory of Master Casey.

This Dojo is superior for three reasons... Taekwondo, Community, and the intangibles. My son had been previously in TKD in Korea and when we PCSd to Fort Lee we toured all the surrounding dojos to find the best fit. The technical knowledge of the Instructors met and exceeded our expectations. After a few classes Master Ron asked my son to demonstrate taeguk one through four. I knew immediately we were in the right place. Once we became members i soon learned that the Dojo hosts family events almost every month, things like Date nights and movie nights have become a welcome blessing. The business itself is run by a family and when you join they treat your kids like their kids. A community of family. Lastly the intangibles of discipline, ethics, values, fitness, and civic duty are part of the culture. Bottom line up front, I recommend this Dojo if your serious about Martial Arts, want your kids embedded in a healthy community, and want a values based ethic reinforced in your children.

Hands down BEST Tae Kwon Do school in the tri-cities! As a student, not only did I learn the art of Tae Kwon Do, but self confidence as well! Training under Master Ron van Haren and Master Pamela van Haren has taught me discipline and how to protect myself in many different ways.

If you are looking to get into or to continue your training in martial arts, look no further as this is the training facility you WANT to be at for sure!
