Awesome gym that's open 24/7 365 days a year. Owned by good people who really care and are constantly improving the facility. Great atmosphere, lots of accommodations, even tanning beds! Highly recommended.

Quiet, clean, open 24/7, 365 days. Nice machines for work outs, well maintained. Tanning available. Group classes offered. Locker room and rest rooms clean. Silverscript accepted for older adults with insurance. I recommend this gym!

This facility is very well equipped and the owner is very friendly. It's a gym that is well suited for all audiences with heavy weight equipment downstairs in a nice open space and machines and cardio equipment on the main floor. The location is really convenient, located on a corner downtown, and the whole space is full of light.
