WellFit4EVER® is a fully equipped private in-home Pilates and mobility studio on Lake Jackson Drive, Manassas, Virginia. It is founded and operated by Thuy Burritt–a fully certified Pilates teacher, a functional range conditioning mobility specialist, and a certified Primal Health Coach.
Thuy is a dedicated and result-oriented trainer with extensive experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, from elite athletes to clients with injuries and/or physical limitations.

I’m 72 years old. Eight months into twice a week sessions with Thuy, my body now is in its best shape since high school football! The sessions are challenging and creative. Always something new to experience. And Thuy knows just how far to push you. And Thuy is so personable. It’s a great way to spend an hour!

I have been training with Thuy for around ten years now and have benefited physically and mentally. I used to be a regular at the old studio in the UAE, and now I enjoy and benefit from the online sessions after she moved. The sessions are tailored to fit my needs, I instantly feel better after every session and results can be felt and seen after just a couple of sessions. Don't think I would ever switch instructors or stop pilates.

I was recovering from Hip surgery when I was introduced to Thuy. I was having problems walking and back pain. With the one on one sessions she helped elevate a lot of my back pain and I was able to get my walking back to some normalcy. I couldn’t thank her enough getting my life back on track. Thuy was recommended to me by my daughter who has suffered from back pain for many years and said that Thuy was instrumental in bringing her out of pain when all other conventional methods had failed to help. It has been a few months now and my joint and back pain(cervical and lumbar issues) has improved. Thuy’s various techniques have brought about relief and is helping to strengthen my core. Overall, I feel better both mentally and physically. Thuy’s not only experienced and knowledgable but very caring and a great listener. A year ago I finally made the decision to prioritize my health. I was ready to introduce movement into my life. I decided to learn and try Pilates. During this time I met and started to train with Thuy. I was extremely self-conscious about my body, but Thuy was very encouraging. Even when I didn't believe in my ability, Thuy did, so I kept showing up.
Throughout my journey Thuy has been one of my biggest cheerleaders. I can't thank her enough for her continued support. My body is stronger and more toned. I enjoy every session and I look forward to next challenge Thuy offers.

I've been going here for a year regularly twice a week. Thuy is great, friendly, kind, fun to talk to and really good and experienced at Pilates. She studies each individual personally and puts together with customized training.

Thuy is an amazing, compassionate, and knowledgeable Pilates instructor. I started going to her Pilates studio due to knee injuries. I was attending PT for my knee injuries for almost a year and had seen little improvement. However, after attending Thuy's Pilate sessions, I saw improvement immediately with my knees and the pain lessen. Due to this, my Orthopedic doctor recommended that I continue with Thuy and her Pilates classes. I thank God that I found her studio.

I am so happy to find this Pilates instructor! I have tried different pilates, but it does not compare to Wellfit4ever. Thuy is best! She is absolutely fantastic and very professional. She will guide you through every exercise and focus on you posture and breathing. She has been helping me with my low back issues by building up core and mobilizing my movements. I haven't had low back pain ever since I've started Pilates with her. I can't emphasize enough that she is the best Pilates instructor. She highly recommended!

Having tried Pilates on and off over the years, I can say that Thuy's training has really been the best experience I have ever had with Pilates. Thuy provides very clear instruction on each move, and also, helps you to fine tune each movement to get the most out of your workouts. I had very bad back pain before starting to work with Thuy, and I am feeling much better and stronger than before my back pain started. Can't say enough good things about Thuy's approach to Pilates.

Working with Thuy has been life changing for me.
As a result of a car accident and years of long distance running, I struggled for a very long time with serious lower back pain (disc degeneration, SI joint dysfunction). It was so challenging to be active, keep up with my young son, or stay on my feet all day at work. After years of trying so many remedies like orthopedic doctors, cortisone shots, and physical therapy, I thought I was destined to be in pain and miss out on being active and doing activities I enjoy. Practicing Pilates with Thuy has changed all of that for me.
From our very first meeting, Thuy made me feel welcomed and at ease; she listened fully to me and was ready to meet me where I was. Every session is completely customized to my own abilities and she always strikes the perfect balance between challenging and restorative practice. Thuy has also taught me how to listen to my body. She always starts each session with asking me how I’m feeling and this encourages me to be more mindful. Additionally, Thuy is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor. Her studio has state-of –the –art equipment that is well maintained and very clean.
I feel like I could write paragraphs endorsing Thuy and what an impact she has had on my life. My lower back pain is no longer the focus of my life. It does not limit my life the way it used to. Before working with Thuy, heating pads and ibuprofen were my constant companions. I used to cry myself to sleep often and that’s not an exaggeration. Now I can go hiking, play soccer with my son, or teach all day and not be in agonizing pain and wishing that I hadn’t the next day.
This is the best investment that I have ever made for myself in terms of my health and self-care. My only regret is that it took me this long to find Thuy!!

My wife and I have started Pilates with Thuy and it has been more than 2 months so far and we are going to continue to take her class. She helped us to build core muscles in a right and safe way.
I had had lower back pain for a couple of years, but I could reduce a significant amount of pain by having more strength in my core muscles with Thuy’s class!
Thuy is knowledgeable and she cares about her clients and pays attention to how their bodies change. She knows the ideal pilates exercise for the clients with their current body/muscle condition. She sometimes modifies her class based on our body condition at the moment.
We’re so lucky to have an instructor like Thuy and will continue our journey to be healthier and stronger with her!

WellFit4EVER's studio and Pilates instructor Thuy deserve a rating higher than 5 star. Thuy is an amazing Pilates expert, her skills and knowledge of the human muscular system allow her to help me go from aching all the time, barely able to do perform the exercises to within weeks to now 8 months increase my ability, balance, and decrease my aches and pains. Even during COVID19 social distancing, she quickly began teaching virtually and her classes and ability to train was equally challenging as they are in person. Thuy, the owner, is a fabulous instructor. She really takes time to get to know her students and she is able to make any level feel welcome and challenge from beginners to even the most seasoned athletes. She gives fabulous vocal cues and great hands-on corrections.
I have chosen one-on-one training and instruction with Thuy for the past year and have been amazed at my own personal progress, flexibility, strength and balance. I'm 59 years old and want to stay as active as I can. Thuy has helped me recover from neck, lower back & hip injury from a car accident. She has provided excellent instruction on how to avoid further injury with exercises to strengthen and avoid harming sensitive joints. The fact that she always takes the time to answer my concerns speaks to her professionalism and her dedication to a positive exercise experience.

My wife and I take Pilates small group mat classes with Thuy- no more than 6 people but very reasonably priced. She works us hard but always seems to know exactly what our limits are. It is a wonder how she can customize to our needs while working with a group. She has us use a variety of exercise gear in an amazing variety of ways. We not only benefit physically, but are learning a lot about how different positions use different muscles.

I had frozen shoulder, and doctor told me to get physical therapy. But my friend introduced me to Pilates taught by Thuy. She is a very good instructor, and she really cares about her students.
