I went specifically for the reptile show - but since there is a lot more going on at that place, the parking was RIDICULOUS! I had to go over a curb to where they had "additional parking" in a long grassy strip. Pretty good walk to get in the complex. Reptile show was GREAT though!

Awful everything. They overbook their parties and lie instead of admitting their mistake. They keep trying to tell us our party was at 4:30 when our invoices and emails clearly said 4, plus I literally called them day of to confirm! At first I figured mistakes happen but they were so rude in responding, I will never recommend this place to anyone.

It's a shame that the Sportsplex is what it is today. It was neat when the bounce houses became available. But unfortunately, they are not being taken care of. Every bounce house is filthy and falling apart. Almost nothing works at the facility: water fountains, vending machines, bathroom appliances, even the elevator hasn't had a passing inspection in years. The last time I took my kids here we had to take showers afterwards, even their clothes got nasty from playing in those things. If you're looking for a place to have a birthday party then go elsewhere. There's a problem when you book a party at a place that has a single teenager running the whole building. Just close the whole thing down.

Be cautious if you are booking a birthday party. The website is very misleading on describing what you are receiving. I initially wanted requested a private birthday and random people started showing up. A staff member then told me a private party is an extra $295 on top of the $300 I already spent. Luckily this didn’t bother my little one but it was an issue with other children being rough and not playing well together.

Whoever answered the phone on 10/25 @ 6:19, were very unprofessional and I sensed a passive aggressive tone. I was also told that an email needed to be sent for a cancellation and it would be reviewed. He did not have any sympathy when he bluntly asked for the reason of cancellation. DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER NEARLY PAYING OVER $300 sounds like a rip-off. ( doesn’t even deserve a 1 star review.)

Kids loved the bounce houses. Pay $10 per kid for 2 hours of playing. Bring drinks for the kids and for yourself. There are tables and chairs to sit and some nice recliner chairs for the parents to relax while the kids are playing.

Very unprofessional unprepared sports camp I enrolled my son to go here one day a week. I enrolled for early drop off and late pickup.I showed up @ 745 to drop my son off and nobody was there. I emailed the lady and she told me it started at 9am and early drop off was not an option no longer. This is my sons first day there and he will not be going back. Don’t deserve one star.

I'm very frustrated with the management of the Sportsplex because I called yesterday and asked when the open bounce would be open for Sunday and I was told 7:30 to 12:30. So this morning I show up with my kids just before 9:00 and lights are off doors are closed there's no one at the front desk I call the number multiple times to no avail. After 20 minutes of waiting I called again and the gentleman that answered said "well I guess they're not available." To which I said, then why was I told there was a 5-hour open slot today? He said I can be there in 20ish minutes. My kids are really disappointed and I am as well with the service.

New turf which is good. Good programs. Extremely dirty bathrooms EVERY WEEK. No paper towels and air dryers don't work. In general needs some upgrade and maintenance.

While I appreciate the effort regarding paper towels, your cleaning service does not know how to clean. Take a look around the toilet bases. Gross. Every week we come for indoor soccer, always dirty. Those bathrooms should be cleaned daily if not a quick clean every shift.
