Great place to play pickleball. Friendly staff, pickleball is open play so you may need to place your paddle in a stack and wait depending on usage. Courts are very good hard outdoor type surface. Times fluctuate, the space is shared with other activities like soccer, basketball, etc.

Brought my kid to the indoor play area and paid $8 since it's been raining for weeks. We had a few friends join us and several other kids were there. The young man overseeing the play area (who clearly has never worked with kids) got frustrated with them as they were playing tag through the play area, running, getting very loud at times, and basically just being kids. First he made them all take a 10 minute break. I said nothing. Then with 30 minutes left till closing decided to shut the whole play area down because the kids were being too loud and not listening. Considering I paid to use the play area for the only 2.5 hours they were open I found this incredibly ridiculous. Luckily the woman at the front desk offered to relieve the young man upstairs and allow the kids to continue play. I wouldn't recommend this on a rainy day, find something else with more qualified staff.

We came to play on the ROCKWALL and indoor PLAYGROUND. The playground was $8 per kid and completely dirty and gross. The play places at Chick-fil-A offer the same amount of fun but FREE. The rock wall was taken down over two years ago, wet it’s not reflected on the website. Theirs an adventure room only open on weekdays. But looking at the room, it looked a complete mess. Would NOT RECOMMEND!

My grandson just started soccer with Coach Chris. I'm kinda jealous of the instruction that my grandson is getting there. I wish that I would have had the lessons on ball control when I was young. Coach Chris is awesome! We really enjoy the WISC facility. It is always neat and clean. The staff there is great, too. Thank you so much!

I have been in Williamsburg for over 30 years and I have witnessed the down fall of the wisc. It costs $8 for an hour of play per child. The play area looks like a drug den. It makes Chuck E Cheese look immaculate. Every toy was torn and beaten. Thick layers of what I think is dirt. Dust bunnies everywhere. The filth. I know adults don’t go inside the play area, but I did with my toddlers. The inside was horrid. Areas that became unsafe were patched up with loose net and zip ties, putting a small bandaid over a large problem. I have written two bad reviews ever, and this is one of them. Worst experience and I wanted to take a bleach bath.

We have had our son and daughters in various programs throughout the last 10 years. It is obvious that very little information is shared with the people working the front desk inside the complex. Communication is very poor, causing a lot of confusion. Teams are made unfairly every single year, yet claimed otherwise. Politics and status are used in youth programs, as I have seen first hand on many occasions. Efficiency, fairness of players and learning
the games/skills should be the three top objectives for youth programs. Sadly, they are not. I have reached out on many occasions to coordinators and not gotten responses. I feel like we have wasted our money and time here.

We got the most basic family pass for $50. I give a rating of 3 as the facility is becoming run down a bit with chipping paint on railings to wall panels that are no longer in place. Some of the photos attached to reviews show a facility in its prime, which is a little misleading. I'd liken this place to a ymca. The kids play area is alright. The staff I met were friendly but posts that mention lack of signage is true and when we stopped there was no front desk attendant. The play place is upstairs, along with small gym and 3 pickle ball courts. Downstairs is a large soccer area. When we went, it was pretty humid in the building and very quiet. One thing I wish the facility was better at is communication. The site that you sign up on is easy to use but I didn't realize it was $50 per month because the site doesn't tell you and then later it shows that one has opted for auto renewal which I never opted for. I sent a message at the link on the site, but never heard back on how to opt out of auto renewal... long story short more communication and signage would be nice like a map legend in the lobby.

My family just moved to the area this Summer & got a family “WISC fit” membership almost immediately. Additionally, my daughter has attended THREE camps this Summer. As it was a hot summer & we had just moved to the area, we’ve been leery about leaving our puppy anywhere (and definitely NOT in the car), so we scouted the WISC out to see if we could bring her in with us when we dropped off & picked up our daughter from camp. NO SIGNS saying that dogs are not allowed, we have seen lots of other people bringing their dogs in, INCLUDING THE OWNER!!! And we even asked a staff member who said it was okay, “Because it’s so hot outside”. And so we’ve been bringing her in with us, JUST for pick ups & drop offs. She’s friendly, quiet, and doesn’t make a mess.. LOTS of people like to say hi to her.. UNTIL TODAY!!! When a young female staff member stood in our way as I was coming in to pick up my daughter and said “Your dog is NOT allowed in here!”. I said, “We’ve been bringing her in here ALL SUMMER and there hasn’t been a problem, and have seen other dogs in here”. She said, “Those are the owners dogs, but YOURS IS NOT ALLOWED”. VERY RUDELY!!! Needless to say, I will be canceling my Family membership & my daughter won’t be taking camps here next year!!!

I play indoor soccer at WISC adult leagues. They have a really nice indoor turf field, the games reasonably well organized. The building has a decent AC so it is fine to play there in the summer. They have other activities going on in different rooms, but I don't know much about them.

Amazing indoor sports complex that has reasonably priced services and contract plans for both long-term or day by day usage! It's clean, comfortable, and has nice staff and amenities, including an indoor rock wall, gym, NinjaWarrior training apparati, self-contained 3 story padded playground complex, along with several outdoor sports fields, courts, and playground! A fantastic outing for the whole family; I highly recommend checking it out if in the area!

There is something for everyone at WISC. But in comparison to other modern gyms, it's fitness equipment leaves a lot to beat desired. A lot of the equipment is old and too spread out. However, with regards to kids activities and facilities, WISC is a 5 out of 5. And it's swimming pool temperature is set for swimmers, not water aerobics.

I have a membership at this rec center but it always smells like Stinky feet! it's not very clean either. And if you have a membership in order for your kids to play around in the jungle gym or the rock climbing wall you have to pay extra for them to use that. The swimming pool is very nice although the chlorine level must be pretty high because when I walked in there to check out the pool my eyes started burning and I started to cough. When my membership expires I will not be rejoining. Take your money and join a different Rec Center

The fitness academy is fantastic! This place literally has it all WOD, HIIT, bootcamp, yoga, Barre, dance, soccer, gymnastics, swimming, training, a regular gym, indoor/outdoor, friendly awesome staff, oh and martial arts, I think they even have counseling services! Can you tell I'm impressed 😁❤️

What an amazing facility! It is so massive and they somehow keep the greens maintained and everything stays clean. Both of my boys play baseball here and soccer. We also go just for the playground and I taught my youngest how to ride a bike here. My whole family will have great memories of the WISC.

My players love this indoor facility for soccer! There are other things to do inside, as well. After a soccer match, take the kids to play laser tag! They had a blast doing that.
