I am very disappointed with Workout Anytime. I canceled my membership back in October 2024 after my husband was diagnosed with cancer, as we knew we would no longer be able to use the gym. Despite following their cancellation instructions and even sending the email that multiple managers asked for, I am still being charged every month.

Each time I’ve spoken with management, I’ve been told something different—some acknowledge they saw my cancellation email and say they’ll reach out to corporate for a refund, but nothing has ever been done. It feels like I’ve been lied to and given the runaround instead of receiving proper customer service.

This has been an incredibly stressful and frustrating experience during an already difficult time, and I would not recommend this gym to anyone.

RUN!!!!!This place is a scam,my husband was diagnosed with Cancer so i wanted to cancel the membership because we would no longer need it but no matter how many time i called they would not cancel the membership, I have never been to a gym where i canceled the membership and they continued to charge me even after i called and spoke with multiple managers who assured me my account is canceled which it was not. Every other day i got a call from the gym asking me about me membership and telling me that it was never canceled by the multiple manager i have talked to. They have still been taking money from my account still even though i canceled. Now i have to call corporate this is a nightmare.

It's good for people with low expectations or that are new to gyms. For those that are use to a more wide variety of equipment and amenities, this isn't the place for you.

This gym is nice, clean, and has a wide variety of machines for a great workout. However, the heating system seems to always be cranked up too high, making it feel like a sauna. It's hard to focus on your workout in that heat. When I’ve mentioned it to the staff, they don’t seem to be very receptive and appear annoyed, which is disappointing. Hopefully, they take this review into account and set the gym to at least room temperature, not sauna-level heat.

Missing a few pieces of key equipment like the plate loaded iso row. There's also only one toilet in the men's room so may the Lord help you if you have one of those mid-workout pre-workout induced poops. But it's a great gym for the small size! I would recommend it!

I love how it’s open 24 seven everything is brand new and most equipment and everything there is state of the art. Employees are very knowledgeable and have great energy would recommend this place to all my friends. And family

Smaller gym but gets the job done plus extra premier perks such as sauna, hydro massage and massage chairs (these are the only ones that I use but there are more!). Very convenient location and with plenty of parking!

Also it smells like a new car everywhere inside the gym. Highly recommended!

So far I love this gym! Hesitant to post review for fear of it getting too crowded for the smaller space but the gym is extremely well equipped and clean! The locker room is small but the lockers provide enough space for everything you need unless you need to hang a suit or something. Only two showers and one toilet in the men's room but beautiful. Premier member access section is amazing with awesome massage chair options, a sauna, red light therapy and tanning booth. Very friendly staff!
