We started going to Workout Anytime because it was our favorite gym in Nashville, and we were so excited when one opened here! The equipment is great, the atmosphere is welcoming, and I love that even on an off day I can still get a good sweat in the sauna or relax in the massage chair. Highly recommend!

This gym is very clearly run by college kids. This is evidenced by the bathrooms being more dirty every time I use them (menstrual blood on the walls for months- really?), how they can’t be bothered to properly clean the tanning beds between guests (leaving them to clean up after the last person themselves), dust under the machines continues to build up, there’s a sweatshirt currently sitting against a wall that’s been there long enough that a spider has created a web in it, the water fountain filter has been needing to be changed for weeks- I could go on. The gym has solid equipment and the price is right but management needs to be whipped into shape for it to be truly great bc so far I’m not impressed and grossed out.

As a Radford college student, Workout Anytime in Fairlawn fit my ever-changing schedule perfectly with its 24/7 access. The gym offered a great mix of cardio and strength equipment.
What really stood out were the recovery features: HydroMassage, infrared sauna, massage chairs, and red-light therapy. I also appreciated the Styku 3-D scans, tanning amenities and the Workout Anytime app for tracking progress and trying new routines. Definitely recommend!

I absolutely love Workout Anytime! The gym is always clean, has everything I need for a great workout, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. One of the biggest reasons I keep coming back is Kinleigh—she’s the best! She’s always so friendly, encouraging, and genuinely cares about the members. I’ve been going to this gym throughout college, and it’s honestly one of the best decisions I made. The location is super convenient because it is right next to campus. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they really make the environment feel comfortable for everyone.

The equipment is well-kept and there’s a great variety, from free weights to machines to cardio. I also love that it never feels overcrowded, and there’s always space to get a solid workout in.

It’s been the perfect balance of affordability and quality, especially for students. If you’re in college and looking for a place to stay active, de-stress, or just take care of yourself, I can’t recommend this gym enough!

Anyone who knows me is aware that I have explored almost every gym in the area, excluding three in Southwest Virginia. Workout Anytime in Fairlawn is undoubtedly one of my top five choices. The manager and staff are remarkable; they consistently demonstrate their willingness to help and offer guidance, even when they are off-duty.

Manager… follow through on your word. If you say you are going to get back to someone please get back to them. If you say you are going to check your email and fix a situation, do so. If you say you are going to investigate a situation, make sure you actually do so and get back to your customer. I’m not sure how much training this person has had in management but by some of the complaints on the reviews and my personal experiences, you need more.

Gym manager is HORRIBLE and unprofessional. There have been SEVERAL times I have been told I would hear back by the end of the day or have my issue resolved, they never call back or look into my issue. I have tried to cancel my membership. I was told to send another email about the topic and the manager would look at it… nothing came from that. The actual trainers there are so kind but the manager is irresponsible, unprofessional, and lacks urgency. I believe I will have to take further action since the gym will not get back to me or read emails.

Not a good location. Very dirty and didn't have soap in the men's bathroom during the whole month of May 2025. I would not recommend this location. Seems like they had of their people post 5 star reviews. I reached out to mgmt about being overcharged and they responded to my email in a very dismissive way me w/no explanation. I posted the review once before and it got deleted.

Customer service is not friendly. Equipment is new though and not many people go here during the day. This is the worse Gym I've been to in the nation.

I workout at alot of different gyms because of work. The availability of use 24 hours a day is extremely convenient. The amount of equipment is awesome and I very rarely need to wait to use something. It has allowed me to meet my fitness goals as well as motivate me to go further.
The ability to use a massage chair, sauna, and/or tanning beds (i don't tan), is a great way to decompress after a long day. Lastly, the staff is extremely nice and seems to know everyone's name. They're always welcoming and positive when you walk in and wish you a great workout as well as when you leave, they send you off with a "have a great day!".

This place is ridiculous. Would not let me cancel even after loosing hours at work. I had to pay for the whole year and couldn't even use the gym. No one will answer the phone. I canceled after the year of over $400 in loss and they still charged me for another month after the contract ended. Now I've been there 5 times in one week and I can't pay the last month because no one will come to the desk or answer the phone. On Top of that, they are trying to charge me for more than one month. This is a terrible place.

I completely agree with the previous reviewer about the music. It's truly awful! Further, it's the same playlist over and over and over. The worst part is that it's blaring so I can't even hear my trainer without him having to yell over top the music. Please, some variety would be nice. There's nothing worse than being in the middle of a hard set and having to push through to some terribly slow gospel song. Or, the same song you've already heard within the same hour. 3 stars because of the music. My trainer Yimi is great. He gets 5 stars!

They are stealing money from my card that I never gave to them (the one that has my personal bank information) they charge me 17 dollars every 2 weeks and 50 dollars every now and then, I actually have no idea what the 50 dollar are for, me and my husband try to cancel or hold the membership but they didn’t let us. I went in person to sign up for a 6 month membership. The tablet was not working properly so a gym rep, Dylan S., said he would complete the transaction and instead signed me up for the most expensive membership and for 18 months. This is so unprofessional but what makes it worse is the run around I am receiving from upper management.

Was a great gym in the beginning, but the contracts make it difficult to cancel memberships when financial & medical circumstances change. Felt a bit pressured to sign up for PT too, as if I was buying a used car. If you're well off with stable income, then it's a decent gym with nice amenities and might be worth signing a contract.

Although the gym is nice and clean, they will not allow you to come in as a guest with someone who has a premium membership even though you are allowed one free guest when you sign up as premium. They will make the guest pay $10 when they come in with the premium member.
