Fine gym, really small, gets pretty crowded during peak times. Very typical gym scamminess when it comes to cancelling. I moved out of the area and have had issue after issue trying to cancel. Through calls and emails I’m being told I must mail a written notice, which I’ve done twice, and have had zero success. I understand things can get lost in the mail but it’s just overtly clear they’re doing everything they can to keep charging me monthly

An appeal of this gym is truly within the name, in that it's 24/7 which has led me to keep my membership here for quite a few years. However, it's incredibly frustrating to come in during peak hours and see staff trainers circuit training clients with multiple pieces of equipment that is spread out within the gym. I understand training people when it works for their schedules, but please be practice a bit of gym etiquette by using one piece of equipment at a time, and not monopolizing equipment and chit chatting when the gym is packed.

I found workout anytime ridgewood farms during COVID! Staff was welcoming and monthly rate is great. They are equipped with the equipment needed for a great workout and they keep the equipment in great shape. Everyone is friendly ..staff as well as members. I really like this place, been going there over a year now, you can't beat the 24/7 access, might not have all the equipments in the world but have enough to get your fix, facility is clean, bathroom small with only two showers, my biggest negative is that the toilet is in the dressing room, so no privacy and if some had a big one it will stink the whole area, wish if the toilet was seperate from dressing room or at least not in middle of it

By far my favorite gym. Not too big and not too busy but they have everything. Cardio, squat racks, benches, rubber weights, a pit shark, and a wide variety of machines and free weights. The gym goers are also very diverse in their fitness goals, and I haven't had any negative experiences there.

We became members in 2021; however, we truly began to fully utilize the gym's benefits in 2022. The fact that they offer memberships for those aged 12 and above is fantastic, as it enables us to instill healthier habits in our son. Despite being a smaller gym, we find great pleasure in this aspect. The gym offers a satisfactory range of workout equipment that is consistently kept clean. It would be preferable if they had more extensive stretching equipment and a larger dedicated space for it as well, but it's still satisfactory. The color scheme is much more pleasing compared to the overtly vibrant atmosphere of other gyms like Planet Fitness. Moreover, the affordability of the membership is highly appealing, and the fact that it operates 24/7, 365 days a year is wonderful.

I do love the 24/7, but i could use less of the racial profiling by a worker there the other day. I was going into the gym as usual scan my keychain and started looking for my ab machine that i was going to use before going to work at 1pm on a Tuesday. Immediately I'm approached by some lady who i guess worked there rapidly coming up to me asking," can I help you with something"? I didn't know actually what to say it was like i hadn't paid my membership fees and I was going to get kicked out for drinking alcohol in the bathroom. I felt bad for some reason and left. I'm thinking about going to Anytime fitness breaking the contract with WROKOUT ANYTIME 24/7.

I'm only paying $19.99 a month better than the YMCA where you have to pay $58 per individual, but there definitely going to miss my contribution for their gym.

Not a bad gym overall for the price and hours. The thing that leaves a bad taste for me is that I called to cancel. They told me that I had to come in and sign a form, couldn't just do it over the phone or email; so I get here and was told that I would be charged for an additional month because they have a 30-day cancelation policy," even though I paid extra to have the 'no commitment' and have been going here for a year and a half.

I took a friend with me for 3 days now with no issues, I have a premium membership that allows guest as long as they sign a waiver. I’ve taken guests with at the Bristol location and the Elizabethton location with no issues as long as they sign a waiver. We went to leave after our workout and we were asked if we usually use this location to which I said no. The lady proceeded to ask if my guest had paid and when we said no she said we weren’t allowed to bring guests no matter if a waiver was signed or not. If I’m not allowed to bring a guest then why do they keep waivers in the first place? Also why was I aloud and told we were fine by an employee at this location for the last 3 days and now it’s a problem? That doesn’t make any sense to me and given the fact that I pay extra to allow tanning and a guest also makes no sense to me. If I’m allowed to bring a guest to any other location why not this one? Also the fact we were inside for an hour working out and she never said a word to us until we were leaving. If it was an issue I feel like she should’ve stopped us on the way in. Definitely not coming back here and I definitely don’t recommend using this location if you want to bring a friend. Absolutely terrible.

My husband and I were members during 2019 and 2020. We enjoyed our time there up until departure. When my husband received notification that we were being relocated for his job, we spoke to the manager, Vanessa, to see what we needed to do to get out of our contract. She provided us with a form to sign and informed us that we would need to pay the buyout fee, which we agreed to. We returned the form to a staff member, who stated that she would give it to Vanessa. Apparently, the form was put on her desk with no additional information. We were under the impression that since we gave the agreement to the staff member, our job was done. A few weeks later, Workout Anytime tried to charge our card for a monthly fee. I called Workout Anytime and spoke to staff who stated that the manager would give me a call to sort everything out due to our account being cancelled. We never received a call from the manager to follow up. After that, no other charges were attempted by Workout Anytime. Several months later, we received a collections notice for Workout Anytime. This is due to the manager dropping the ball and not processing our request. However, we were not being charged as active members and no one ever contacted us by phone, email, or mail to discuss any charges that needed to be made prior to them "finding our notice on a desk". This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. We called Workout Anytime and spoke to Vanessa again. This time, she reported that we could pay the buy out fee and a fee to get us out of collections, which we shouldn't have been sent to in the first place due to her lack of motivation to reach out to us. Additionally, when my husband spoke to Vanessa, she told him that she "did not have to be nice" or provide me with the buyout paperwork to get out of our contract. She also accused me of placing it on her desk without telling anyone. Why on earth would I go into someone's office to do that? Why would I not want to make sure someone had the form so that we could get out of our contract? Also, if no one was there to give it to, how would I have put it in the locked office? Bottom line, Vanessa did not do her part in processing our paperwork but somehow discontinued our monthly gym payment and is blatantly calling us liars with an unrealistic argument.

You definitely are just paying to have access to cardio equipment 24 hours. Literally waiting on a bench press for 45 mins. For the life of me I don’t see why there’s only one flat Weight bench. And it’s not like they have a lot of standalone benches either. I counted 3, 2 of which are constantly in use and another they keep at the smith machine. Seems like a lot of useless equipment that no one really uses or enjoys. A gym should always have at least 2 Olympic benches.. probably going to cancel again after today’s frustration.

I go to this gym almost every day due to the location and anyone else that goes here knows my frustration when I tell you my concerns for this gym and if fixed this would be an absolute 4 star gym for the price. For the love of legs get a power rack with proper floor, take that clunky Smith machine out and the rack beside it. Please start saying something to the a##holes that lay their gym bags over the benches while watching their iPads. It's hard to get a bench sometimes since your not gonna replace the one that sways and is rickety.
