We are a womenβs only gym specializing in small group training. We offer classes in the styles of HIIT, Cycle, Yoga and Barre. We allow a maximum of ten women in each HIIT, Cycle and Yoga classes and eight women in each Barre class. Contact us to start your free week trial today! We also have FREE babysitting!

Solid HIIT workouts with a supportive group of women. The workouts are always different and challenging. Kelly is an excellent motivator. I travel for work and Zing allows me to put my account on hold when I am not in town. I appreciate Kelly and her flexibility in this regard!

Exceeded expectations! I came to Zing Fit for a fundraiser and participated in a 60-min HIIT workout. I would describe myself as βa little out of shapeβ right now, so I was nervous. I let the instructors know, and they were super-supportive and offered modifications. I had more fun than I expected and felt like I accomplished a lot. The workout was challenging but went by fast. They played good music too. I would definitely come back and highly recommend! Kelly the owner is A++++++.

This gym is my happy place! Kelly (and all of the instructors) are fantastic at keeping us motivated to have a challenging work outβ at whatever level we need individually. Iβve never felt so strong and I can tell when Iβm lifting or running after my toddlers! Iβd highly recommend Zing- and I have many times. Check it out!

Zing Fit offers a variety of different classes at a variety of different times. There is more of a family feel to this gym in that you get to know people on the same schedule as you and you feel connected to the instructors who always know your name. The instructors are encouraging, motivating, and approachable. In the HIIT classes, I really appreciate the attention to proper warm up and cool down stretches. No matter whether you take barre, HIIT, or yoga, the class is different every time. While I joined for the HIIT classes, I am equally enjoying the barre and yoga classes as well. I feel better and stronger since joining Zing. Thank you Kelly and the rest of the Zing Fit instructors and members!

Kelly and all of the instructors have done a fantastic job of creating a great community of women for women. Everyone is very motivating and supportive. I have been going to Zing Fit over 3 years and never done the same workout twice. I love the variety with HIIT, Spin, Barre and Yoga-there's a little something for everyone. My Zing workout is one of the best parts of my day.

Working out at Zinger Fit is so much more than just a 45 minute sweat sesh! It has become a necessity for my sanity as a stay at home mom of 3 boys. I can bring my kids with me to the morning workouts because of the free babysitting she provides (or I can come without them!), I get to work on becoming confident in my mom bod with other women and moms, and I am becoming mentally and physically strong in a way I thought I would never attain.
