Excellent studio location with lots of light, and two exclusive 1:1 workout suites of gym equipment. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and start things off slowly--at least I did, since my goals were just to increase general strength and recover from injury, not any particular weight loss or BMI goals. I complement these twice a week workouts with cardio I do at home, or walking to the studio, which is conveniently located in my neighborhood. My trainer Maddie lets me set the pace, but checks in with me each time to see if I want to increase weight or reps. Now that I'm recovered from my injury with her help, I'm looking forward to cranking things up. Making this studio a part of my fitness routine has not only made me stronger, but it's been a pleasure to work out there too.

1 on 1 Fitness is a terrific investment in yourself. The trainers are top-notch (special shout-out to Michelle!), tailoring your workout to your goals, and flexing from session to session to accommodate a trouble spot or near-term goal. They are easy to work with if you need to reschedule. The facility itself is kept very clean and has everything you need, both during your session and for a pre-session warm-up if you'd like. Easy parking for the win.

I've been training at 1on1 Fitness for over 7 years now. My trainer, Darius, has helped me train for 1/2 marathons, designed programs when I was recovering from injury, and most recently, helped me get in my best shape for tennis. I can't recommend this gym highly enough. It is truly individualized and the trainers meet you where you are and help you reach your goals. If I could give 1on1 Fitness more than 5 stars, I would. 100% worth the investment!

1 On 1 Fitness, Madison Park, is a terrific workout studio. My husband and I have been training there for approximately 13 years. My husband trains with Michelle, twice a week, and I train with Darius three times a week. They both have exceptional knowledge and expertise which they use to challenge us, help us become stronger, and motivate us. We've also had the opportunity to work with the other trainers at various times. We can honestly say all of the trainers are equally exceptional. The studio environment is inviting, clean, and well equipped. 1 On 1 Fitness has changed our lives, and we highly recommend it!

After shopping around at many different gyms. I knew I picked the best one. Their individual training programs was tailor made just for me. They took the time to understand my goals, skill level and what I wanted to accomplish. I was astonished how quickly the results came. I am now setting a new goal and I am eager continue my journey.

Working one to one in individual bays containing all the equipment we use is so helpful in keeping my focus and attention on my training activities. My trainer is very prepared with a lesson plan for each session, follow up notes and sets a good pace for our time together.

I have taken training sessions here for 4 months with Erika. She is super nice and helpful, and professional to correct my gestures. And I feel my strength grow gradually here. Erika also change the session content according to my progress so I feel itβs safe and useful to get a 1:1 training session here. My work need to sit a lot so I used to feel not comfortable after a dayβs work. But recently itβs all gone.

Fitness Together is an amazing place to train. Every trainer here is really knowledgeable, super nice, and fun to train with. I've gotten way stronger since starting to work out here and feel like I'm hitting my goals thanks to the customized plans my trainers create for me and the consistency of their one on one training approach. I highly recommend Fitness Together for people of all experience/fitness levels!

One on one training really makes me feel accountable for showing up. Just as importantly, the trainers do a terrific job of making sure there is variation and that I don't avoid the exercises that I need, but maybe don't like.

I joined FT in September 2018. I am a middle aged long distance runner but due to injury had put on weight and lost conditioning. I had tried a trainer at a big gym but couldn't motivate myself to go regularly. Since joining FT, I've lost more than 20lbs, feel better than I have in years and now have an all over workout plan. I've returned to running long distance and am starting to feel young, not old! I highly recommend the Madison Park FT. Between the members and the trainers there is a great feeling of camaraderie. Regular contests keep you motivated and the trainers will listen to your goals and issues and come up with a customized plan.
If you need to get in shape, recover from injury or are just tired of feeling out of shape and old, give FT a try.

Fitness Together Madison Park is a great place to workout. Iβve been going there for 6 years and counting. The trainers are professional, highly motivating and experienced. Iβve lost 40 pounds since starting with Fitness Together. My blood pressure has gone down and my blood sugar is now in the normal range. My Dr. is impressed and I feel great. I highly recommend Fitness Together for any one at any age. They will motivate you and inspire you and work with you through injuries and setbacks as well as victories.

I have been training here roughly 3x per week for nearly a year. The studio was exactly what I was looking forβa no-nonsense, but still fun guided training experience. In the time that I have been there, I have lost pounds, but more importantly gained better habits for exercise and nutrition, and significantly gained in strength. The private studio environment and 1:1 accountability model is perfect for people that are wanting to make life changes. While the larger gyms may have more types of weights, I found that Fitness Together has exactly what is needed to get the right workouts. All of the trainers work well together to make the workout experience effective and enjoyable. While the cost is generally higher than gyms, the experience is well worth the cost.

At FT I learned that I don't need to diet and exercise, but rather eat and train... With this approach in one year I lost 100 lbs, down from size XXXL to L, I am training for the Seattle R&R Marathon in June- and I feel great! Thanks Kirsten, John, Darius, Melissa and Rebecca for giving me back my life. You guys are awesome!
