I have been working with Kyle for a couple months now and really appreciate his approach. His step by step progression is intentional and careful. His clear goals for the future means one exercise leads to another so that you can improve with-out harming muscle groups or over-stress. His style moves you along but in such a way that the hour is enjoyable and the plan he lays out for the week is something you look forward to doing.

I have been participating in the group classes for about a year now. The classes meet the needs for all levels and ages at one time, which is unique. Kyle creates a space that is fun, encouraging, serious and where you can accomodate your ability and always push yourself more. Kyle is very knowledgeable and passionate about whole body health and the 100 Year Warrior community offers a good way to connect with others while challenging and improving your own life. Kyle goes above and beyond to make a connection with you and engage you into healthy living. He is very approachable, smart and has a great sense of humor. Many of the members do one on one, couples and family coaching fitness sessions. What a great way to bond, strengthen connection and be healthy with the people you love! Our community is lucky to have Kyle! This has been a game changer for me and my family, who also go. My 20 year old son has found this type of dynamic to be most helpful. The relationship he has built with Kyle over the past few years has promoted much growth in his life, especially outside of the gym. PS. Kyle’s classes have been so amazing to go to!! They are so much fun and an amazing addition to my riding but also my everyday life!! I absolutely love the community that has been created and beyond grateful for all I have meet through these classes.

I have also been seeing Kyle for massage therapy to help manage my chronic migraines and it has been a complete game changer and he has helped me learn so much of what my body needs and what is triggering them. I always leave with a better game plan of exercises and stretches to help at home.

I worked with Kyle over last summer and absolutely loved it. He will challenge you to be better in all aspects of life (physically and mentally). There’s no doubt that Kyle is passionate in what he does, and has a strong desire in helping you reach any goals you have set, regardless of what they are. He is knowledgeable in what he does and will make the purpose of the exercises clear. I always love to know why I’m doing what I’m doing in workouts and what muscle it is helping, and he doesn’t hesitate to explain every part of it. I cannot say enough good things about Kyle. One of the best (and most unique) things about Kyle is that he does not just help people reach their fitness goals, but he creates an incredible sense of community. I have been a member of many different gyms over the years and I have never experienced anything like it anywhere else. The community that Kyle has created is one in which you feel welcomed, accepted, supported, and challenged to be the best that you can be - it is truly unmatched.

Kyle’s ability to bring people together speaks volumes about who he is as a person and as a trainer. One of the things I appreciate the most about Kyle is that not only does HE push you to help you achieve your fitness goals (and life goals), but he does not allow you to limit YOURSELF. I was never a morning person before I met Kyle and could not comprehend a world in which I completed a workout prior to 8am (at the earliest). With Kyle’s help, I was able to change my lifestyle to routinely make it to his 5:45am workout classes and although I was still not a cheery morning person, I was there. Even after moving away from Pullman, I maintained a schedule of waking up at 4:45am to ensure that my day starts with a workout. Kyle helped change my mindset and his impact on my life/lifestyle is something for which I will always be grateful.

Kyle is also one of the most knowledgeable trainers I have ever worked with. He ensures that you have proper form during every exercise which is so important for injury prevention. On top of everything else, Kyle is just a wonderful human. He will celebrate your victories as if they are his own. He will listen to you and help you achieve your goals. He will encourage your crazy cat lady tendencies (if you have them). And he will do all of it with a smile. If you have not met or worked with Kyle yet, you are MISSING OUT!

I’ll start off that I am not a gym person. I much prefer exercising outdoors and immersed in nature for my “workouts”. So when a friend encouraged me to sign up for Kyle’s indoor class I reluctantly accompanied her, with the thinking that it being winter at the time with shorter days and less daylight hours, this would be a brief workout stint. It’s now summer and I haven’t looked back, attending classes regularly and enjoying my time under Kyle’s enthusiastic and supportive instruction, and appreciative of the community he has built with fellow exercise enthusiasts. As a former collegiate athlete that has been a bit more sedate as of late, Kyle’s warrior classes have helped renew much of my lost strength and increase my overall physical self-awareness.

Regardless of your background, if you’re at all interested in a non-traditional, challenging, yet enjoyable fitness class within a supportive environment, I’d encourage you to give Kyle’s morning or evening warrior class a try (the first class is free to allow you to feel it out to see whether it may work for you or not). Kyle does a fantastic job accommodating to one’s ability and goals, all set in a welcoming and nonjudgemental environment. Classes are dynamic and focus predominately on strength and agility, which will leave you feeling more able to tackle whatever physical situations you may find yourself in. Most importantly, you’ll walk away with an overall increase in quality of life for both your present and future self.

Kyle was recommended to me by a friend for massage therapy, he is very professional, and is always looking for the root of the problem when it comes to massage. After working with him for a few months in massage therapy, and enjoying all the wonderful conversations with Kyle, I decided to start personal training with him on a weekly basis. Every week, I get the joy of working out with Kyle, he focuses on not only strength building, but agility, and control. He is always there to answer my questions, whether it’s about fitness and nutrition, or about other life matters. Along with our personal training sessions, Kyle offers hybrid sessions, where we work out, and also do a shortened massage therapy session. To add to everything else he does, Kyle is an amazing person, and there to help you work through everything life has to throw at you. Whether it’s through working out tough muscles on his massage table, breaking a sweat on the rower, or taking a sledge hammer to a massive tire. 10/10 recommend him for everything he does.

i just had my 1st massage in my life. I had several aches and pains from shoulders to hips. Kyle did a deep tissue massage and i walked out feeling the best ive felt in years. After my massage i had a appointment to try new golf clubs, and boy was i swinging like a 20 year old. I have more flexibility than ever and he gave me some exercises to help with the issues i have. Cant wait to go get my next massage from Kyle.

His massage therapy training provides him with an in-depth understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology that I haven't previously experienced with personal trainers. I've thought long about this review because I want to accurately reflect just how good and professional Kyle is.

I have gone to many massage therapists over the years. Kyle is by far the best overall massage therapist that I have gone to in my 69 years of living and that is saying a lot.

He asks the right questions and more importantly clarifies and listens to you. His professional expertise is at the highest level.

Kyle is the epitome' of customer service which is a rare commodity in todays culture.

I have had chronic back pain for over 20 years due to a ski accident and years of physical abuse due to job demands.

Kyle hit all the kinks and knots and I left feeling much better after his massage. He also gave me good advice how stretch and strengthen certain muscles to help alleviate my condition in between massages.

I have only the highest regard for Kyle and recommend him without any hesitancy whatsoever.

Schedule time with him today for a massage or work out(s), your experience will far exceed you expectations.

100 year warrior makes exercise fun. As a personal trainer Kyle has in depth knowledge of human anatomy and uses that knowledge to help you grow as an individual. He has helped me rehabilitate after an injury and getting back into the swing of things after a surgery. Even when I struggle with strengthening exercises, he works with me to modify exercises so I can keep moving forward.
As for massage, I have been going to Kyle for a long time. For someone that has pain from a car accident, he has helped me get movement back into my shoulder and has reduced the pain as well. Kyle is extremely professional and respectful of his clients. He genuinely cares for you and listens to your concerns or things you want to work on.
I definitely would recommend Kyle for those wanting to change their life and put their health first.

1. Kyle’s Group Exercise Classes are so much fun that you don’t realize you are working out! The exercises in these classes are adjustable and challenging to all physical levels and needs. Kyle varies the exercises and asks for suggestions (you won’t get bored here). Class members are super supportive of each other. You may even earn a little green frog for extra effort!

2. Kyle’s Personal Training will help you reach your personal goals whatever they may be (upcoming marathon, senior strength, injury recovery). Kyle has a true passion for helping folks reach their fitness goals. He makes personal training interesting and challenging and fun all at the same time. Proper form and safety are top priorities.

3. Kyle’s Education Classes on different topics (nutrition, healthy habits, etc.) have tons of value-added information. Kyle welcomes questions and he will help you stay on track with your nutrition goals and healthy habits.

4. Kyle is just plain gifted in Massage Therapy. Ladies, don’t pass up on a great massage because of a male massage therapist. Kyle is the best and always professional.

There are many words I could use to describe Kyle Jorgensen (owner of the 100 Year Warrior training facility): trainer, fitness expert, coach, teacher, etc. The thing I appreciate about him the most is his consistency. Kyle consistently brings his passion for helping people, his love of personal training, and his indefatigable energy into his training sessions—whether it is his group classes or his one-on-one sessions. I do not know quite how he manages it, but he is able to offer classes that are challenging and fun to all skill levels. There are many VERY athletic people in his group classes and I, middle aged and on the bigger side, feel comfortable and welcome.

If it has been a while since you have worked out or you think it is too late, I encourage you to reach out to him. Menopause ran me over last year and Kyle has been infinitely kind and patient in helping me navigate this time of life. Many times, he has tailored my one-on-one sessions to fit what I needed that day—one time I had overdone hiking the day before and he just helped me stretch and recover. He also can be tough and push me to out of my comfort zone. Whatever your fitness level or goals are Kyle can help you up your game. He is very knowledgeable about nutrition, anatomy, and over all functional mobility.
