Every time I come here, the toilets are flooded. If they would just install working toilets, this would not be a problem. The whole place smells like feces! There's a new L.A. Fitness coming to Auburn so I'm making the switch!

This gym is ran down, filthy inside, not maintained well, constant broken machines, outdated equipment, continually cutting good group classes, and the staff is either a hit or miss. Some of them are excellent, while others are just aggressive sales people. The two good things about this gym are 1) it's open 24 hours, and 2) it's not usually packed which limits having to wait for a machine/equipment.

Not bad. Need a leg extensions machine that can adjust further back for people with long legs. Not busy inside. Plenty parking. Missing a few machines and two of the 3 leg press machines make you feel like you will slip. I will go back

A lots of equipment, and I dont have to stay in line to use it like in LA Fitness. Manager Jerry is pretty cool guy. I am treated like a person, not as customer with wallet. And it open 24 hrs.

The gym itself is ok but the billing policies are atrocious and dishonest. I wanted to sign up for a 2 month contract as i was only in state for 2 months. After specially detailing all of this to a sales rep I was still billed for consecutive months. When I tried to resolve the issue I was told a manager would call me back but he never did. I know one time billing for a certain amount of time is possible the "vision quest" now LA fitness did it for me with ease the last time I was in Auburn. I would recommend any gym besides this one as they clearly don't care about anything but money.

I have had an amazing experience with this particular 24Hour fitness. Team members Andrew Barron James and Liz are all genuine people to work with and their customers service just shines. Even the manager Jesse is pretty cool too. Thanks you guys :)
