I am a senior with mobility issues. I found the staff at the Remond 24 Hour Fitness location to be very friendly and helpfull. They always greated me with a smile everytime I arrive to use the facility. I found the parking very easy as they have 7 handicap spots right in front of the building, near the entrance.

I want to call out Joel to express my appreciation for his assistance. Once, he stayed after he had finished his shift to offer me assistance.

Absolutely terrible experience. When I signed up for a 1-year membership at the Redmond location, I made it clear I don’t drive and would be relocating to East Renton in couples of months. The staff told me there was a Renton club, which is why I agreed to the membership. After moving, I found out the Renton location is CLOSED. The nearest gym is Kent, which takes 20 minutes each way — completely unusable for me.

I have been chasing a manager for OVER A MONTH from August to resolve this and request a refund for the unused months. In that time, I’ve called repeatedly — almost every time it’s just the front desk taking my info and promising a callback that never comes. I’ve emailed, filled out forms, still nothing.

The one time I finally got through to a manager (after a month!), he promised to review my refund request and call back within 2 business days. It’s been a week — silence. Now I’m back in the same ridiculous loop: front desk, excuses, and “the manager is always in a meeting.”

This is blatant misrepresentation at signup, followed by horrible customer service and zero accountability. Worst gym management I’ve ever dealt with.

It’s unfortunate how they don’t care too much about the client service. I had a postpartum complication earlier this year that led to three hand surgeries and I’m still under PT/recovery. For obvious reasons I haven’t being able to return to my workouts and asked to the staff to freeze my account after having my baby. No further info was provided about for how long it would be frozen until I received a large charge to my cc like three months after. I explained my situation and they refund me the money and froze my membership for six months. Shortly after, they charged me again a short amount ($15) + the annual fee.
Trying to speak to a manager is hard, the front desk staff will always leave a note on his desk to call me back later. Waiting for a call back and responses the time passed by and the charges turned out non-refundable.
I finally got to speak with the manager today, and explained him my health situation (which is temporary) the charges and my account status. He didn’t care about offering solutions or to refund the $15 they charged me without even stepping inside the gym for about 8 months. At the end the money doesn’t care too much, is the kind of business I’m supporting. It was sad to me to ask him to cancel my subscription but even more to hear his “ok” without caring about the client interest.
P.S. The Zumba classes are not the best (as a Latino woman who likes Zumba. Tho the Pilates are nice.
The pool area is very dirty and so the showers/lockers are. I never complaint about those things because of the convenience of the location, but now I feel like they like to take advantage of the customer patience.

Candy's classes are excellent! She has a great attitude, is fun, knowledgeable and pushes as all to be better.

Club management leaves something to be desired. The sound system for group classes has not worked properly for months. There have been two urinals off the wall for weeks. Club policy says that lockers are not for overnight use. There are quite a few guys who seem to think it is ok to keep a locker permanently for their own use. I have mentioned this to management several times. They refuse to enforce the policy.

I am posting this in public forum as 24hourFitness, Redmond won't address my concerns. I signed up for personal training for 3 months with auto renewal monthly. I was sold/told that in order to get this special rate I have to lock in 3 months. I was fine with that and so I agreed.. After 3 months it again auto-renewed for next month. I was surprised and I immediately called the gym ( within 2 days )and asked for cancellation and refund. The person at front desk was polite and said the manager would call. He never did. Of course the manager is never available no matter what time of the day you call. After several phone calls they stopped my autopayment and refused to provide a refund without any explanation in email or phone call. My advise to anyone choosing personal trainer at 24 Fitness Redmond, BE AWARE of their autorenewal and DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR PERSONAL TRAINING WITHOUT READING THEIR FINE PRINT.

UPDATED: I did reach out per your instruction below and provided more details and I still haven't heard back and still haven't gotten a refund yet :(

Uncomfortable and Unsafe Workout Conditions!

I’m writing to share an ongoing concern about the HVAC issues in the group exercise areas, particularly the cycling room. For the past few months, temperatures during high-intensity classes have consistently ranged between 76–80°F, which is far too warm for this type of activity. Despite being told the AC turns on at 79°F, it clearly does not—we have photo evidence showing otherwise.

The room currently relies on four large fans that were generously brought in by instructor Tracie, who has gone above and beyond to make the space bearable. Still, it's not enough. Several participants, including myself, have felt lightheaded or nearly passed out during class due to the heat.

We love the classes and the instructors, but the lack of adequate climate control in a high-intensity workout space is not just uncomfortable—it’s unsafe! I hope this issue is taken seriously by management/Corporate and addressed soon.

Purely for service on the basketball court. Half of it is reserved EVERY DAY for a large chunk of time. Give the basketball court to the basketball players at least one morning on Saturdays. Compromise and keep more customers happy. Saying you can’t change it because of corporate sounds invalid due to the other locations not having this issue. Pickle ball players on Saturday around 10am at Redmond dwindled to less than 6 players and the other half of the basketball court is stuffed with 30 or more which is a safety concern

Staff has allowed members who have broken rules and behaved aggressively towards others to persist without consequence, which ultimately led to us choosing an alternative gym. I can't say I recommend, 0/10. And yes, I emailed to complain twice with no response.

Edit 3/7/25 - I have reached out via the link listed in the owner's response and emailed the manager directly twice, with no response. My review stands, and I consider this gym accepting (and condoning) of bullying based on their inaction. I will edit if any action is taken.

Many of the treadmills are broken. The walking belts slip causing jerks, which is worse (actually, unsafe) when running at high speeds. They replaced with some new ones, but those are terrible. You just can't keep your ipad or phone and the angle is very bad to view while running.

There is always a draft of cold air blowing over the treadmill area and the large fans also end up causing a chill, which is exactly what you don't want when you are working up a sweat. The staff at the frontdesk were very rude when I brought this up.

Overall, its a very unimpressive gym. Just that the cost is low and nothing else to look forward to

I rated it 5 stars mainly because of the staff, especially Joel. He’s the only one I always see cleaning, picking up equipment, and keeping a positive attitude with a smile. The janitor also does a great job keeping the bathrooms clean. I really appreciate their hard work.

That being said, the gym itself isn’t great. The hours aren’t actually 24/7 like advertised, and it’s always packed, with broken machines too. But the staff, especially Joel, deserves recognition I just hope he’s getting paid well for everything he does, if not either way he's a great person.

Updated: added pic of leg curl machine that has been broken for 4+ weeks now and no sign of it being fixed anytime soon.

Things are constantly broken here. The fans in the building haven't worked in months. One of the front doors has been broken for months now.

Machines constantly breaking and waiting days/weeks for them to be fixed.

I've mentioned multiple times that it smells like something has died by the dumbell racks near the front windows and it continues to smell like death 6 months later.

Roughly 40% of the lights in the gym are burned out and haven't been replaced in months.

The front door has had signs posted on it for months that it doesn't work.

Death + stagnant gym air because fans aren't working sucks. With how many people go here I would expect a cleaner and fully functioning gym.

Security of your valuables could be a concern at this facility.
I took an annual membership at this gym because it was close to my home. On my very first day, someone stole my jacket from an unlocked locker in the women's locker room. The jacket was a custom-made gift with my name on it, so it’s odd that someone would want to steal it. Although the locker was not locked (and I noticed many others weren’t either), which technically absolves the gym of liability, the facility refused to check the entrance cameras that could have easily identified the culprit.

While the gym did take a report of my stolen jacket, they never followed up as promised. The lack of responsibility in ensuring the safety and security of their members is disappointing. The jacket had more sentimental value than monetary, so it didn’t warrant a police report. However, if the gym continues to neglect security measures, members could lose items of greater value in the future.

Since this incident, I’ve only used the gym three times and regret being locked into a year-long membership. That said, I don’t have complaints about other aspects of the gym—the equipment is good, and it’s a decent value overall if you’re willing to compromise on basic building security.

Recently joined and regretting it. I work out mornings before work and the locker room and showers are absolutely disgusting. I’m not the type to leave negative reviews but in this case I am afraid of catching a disease or getting an infection. I have raised this issue with the manager of this gym, who basically listened to me because he had to and in a very “stop wasting my time” kind of way, committed to resolving the issues with the lack of locker room and shower cleanliness. Two weeks later, still absolutely disgusting.

Join a different gym!

Regarding the "Response from the owner": I already used the "contact_us" form to surface this issue, prior to speaking with the manager, but I received no response. Finally making this complaint public has generated a response from you.

My points above are clear. You do not need me to contact you on a form that you clearly do not monitor in order to resolve these issues. Just clean your club to a reasonable standard, at least once a day (multiple times a day would be greatly appreciated). By my estimate your doing a half-ass job once a week. Reminder, I'm in the gym just about every morning.

Pretty good for the price (30/mo), for Redmond. 425 Fitness down the road is literally 4X the price and is only marginally better in terms of cleanliness.

24h is over-crowded every day from late afternoon well up until closing time. But it is good earlier and on weekends.

Some machines have been broken for an extended period of time, especially the leg machines. The 2nd leg extension machine has been broken for over 6 months, which is frustrating because every day I see someone sitting on the 1st machine on their phone for 15+ minutes.

People drop weights. Nobody minds it. I don't mind it. If it bothers you, you will not enjoy this gym though.

Staff is great and friendly.

The area around the pool is unbelievably dirty — there are literal black stains that look like they’ve never been cleaned. The pool walls are in awful condition, and although the water itself doesn’t seem as dirty, seeing everything around it makes you not want to go in. The locker rooms are constantly messy too; at one point, I even saw someone’s abandoned clothes lying around, which was just gross. Yes, the membership fee is low, one of the cheapest around. But come on, guys, seriously? Not only are you a 24-Hour Fitness that doesn’t even stay open 24 hours, but could you at least hire a cleaning company to keep the place presentable?

Feedback on Gym Maintenance and Cleanliness

I wanted to provide some feedback regarding a few issues I've noticed at the gym:

1. Equipment Maintenance The leg extension machine has been broken for an extended period, and I’ve observed that repairs often take a long time. It would be great if the gym could expedite the fixing of broken equipment to ensure members can use all facilities without prolonged outages.

2. Restroom Cleanliness The restrooms often appear to be unsanitary and in need of regular cleaning. Maintaining a clean environment is essential for the comfort and health of all members.

3. Water Dispenser Hygiene I’ve noticed mold in the water dispenser, which is concerning. Ensuring that water dispensers are cleaned regularly is crucial for member safety.

I hope these issues can be addressed soon as they affect the overall experience at the gym. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

Times are tough for affordable gyms to survive in expensive areas. The building needs some TLC.
More importantly, I signed up because of the pool, but it stays too crowded. The women’s locker room & restrooms were consistently disgusting. On the main floor, as cleaning stations broke they weren’t repaired/replaced, & it’s hard enough to get people to wipe down with an abundance of cleaning supplies. If you don’t give them that, then it becomes just nasty. Come on folks, remember COVID, germs are really gross! I gave two stars because some staff are nice and they tried to keep equipment working.
If ownership reads these, CLEAN women’s locker room daily, 10x MORE cleaning stations.

Not 24 hours. Even though i live one minute away from the Redmond location, i always have to go to Issaquah or Lynwood. Cannot give higher than 1-star for a 24-Hour-Fitness that closes at 8pm.

Don't bother going to this gym after 2pm. Because they close so early (earlier than any other gym franchise) it gets extremely busy after 2pm and impossible to do any kind of workout regimen. Multiple times i have attempted it after 2pm. I walk in, see the zoo, and immediately walk back out. I'm very flexible with my workouts and have 3-4 backup plans if my equipment is in use, and that is often not enough as all of them will be occupied.

The gym has a whole fleet of assorted types of benches and seats in front of the dumb bells (incline, flat, decline, seats). After 2pm, you're not getting an incline bench unless you work-in. What confuses me is why not just have all incline benches, since you can do anything with them? They can be used as a flat bench, they can be used as a seat (and are actually superior to seats). Instead, they limit the number of incline benches and make them super competitive to get. Just terrible planning.

This gym has a very high amount of people under the influence or just mentally unwell. The only place i see crazier people is Capital Hill at midnight.

All the equipment smells awful and is frequently broken due to everyone abusing the equipment.

I work at midnight and it would be so nice to drive 1 minute to hit the gym before work. Instead, they close at 8-10pm, and i have a narrow window to hit this gym between noon and 2pm, after my 12-hour shift. Again, this gym is unusable between 2-8/10pm because of the volume of people. I sometimes will use my lunch breaks at 3am to drive 25 minutes to the Issaquah location which is 24 hours. But i just feel taken advantage of doing it this way. Likely going to switch to PF or LA since they have longer hours and are nicer.

I’m continuously finding myself putting weight onto the bar, and some clueless person sets their water bottle down like they’re about to claim the machine.

Should be called 16 hour fitness. Or just fitness. Why even keep the name if you’re not gonna be 24 hours lol nonsensical, especially when it seems that plenty of people are more than willing to come late at night. They’ll try to say it’s something about the pattern of when people come in, meanwhile plenty of people are in RIGHT BEFORE closing making it frustrating to workout since it’s so packed. However, if you go between 1700-1800 hrs, you will find it difficult to find space for doing weight training or treadmills. Please be mindful of that. The swimming pool is clean as well.

Why is it so DARK inside? If you look UP you see about 75 fluorescent lights that are either 100% burned out, or 25% lit. I could get a ladder and put new bulbs in this place for less than $500. Might be something small but it’s damn annoying. Come on. Have a little pride for your own gym for gods sake… I don’t even see how this is legal up to fire code.

I joined 24 Hour Fitness about a month ago and this is my first ever gym membership. To say I was scared and intimidated would be an understatement. My experience thus far has been fantastic! Staff has been most friendly and helpful. I received a complimentary personal training session with Shandel who showed me how to use equipment, workouts to perform, etc. Only struggle at times would be some of the gym goers themselves. In the afternoons it can get a little hectic with young teenagers running around the gym while apparently not working out, as well as people camping at equipment while not using it. I understand breaks in between sets, but people will just sit there and scroll their phones.

In September 2021, I enrolled in 24-Hour Fitness in Redmond, WA. However, in January 2022, I made a concerted effort to cancel my subscription, only to have it inexplicably placed on freeze by one of the local gym representatives, unbeknownst to me.

Subsequently, I relocated to Dallas, TX. To my dismay, I later discovered that my subscription had been reactivated without any notification or consent in January 2024. So, I was unjustly charged $99 for February 2024, despite not going to use any of the services during this period. Surprisingly, the Redmond gym manager has denied a refund. This action demonstrates a disregard for customer satisfaction and reflects a troubling greed for revenue at the expense of customer trust and loyalty.

Also, I'm disappointed by the lack of communication from 24 Hour Fitness regarding the status of my account. It is unacceptable that the company would unfreeze an account without providing any notification or heads-up to the customer, leaving them unaware and vulnerable to unjust charges.

I appreciate your quick attention to this matter and hope you will take corrective action to fix the unfair charges imposed on my account.

How this gym has any 5 star reviews is beyond me.

- Equipment is constantly broken, takes weeks to fix and there is only one of them. IE right now the Smith machine is broken and that is the only Smith machine in the building.
- Sauna is constantly closed for maintenance/because it’s broken. Again, usually weeks to fix and is poorly cleaned, the drain in the sauna looks slimy…
- All of the cardio equipment is disgusting. How often they actually get sanitized by staff is a mystery. I refuse to put my phone in ANY of the cup/phone holders.
- Bathrooms are not cleaned often enough, don’t think Covid taught this company anything about disinfecting or germs.
- So many people just camp on machines and equipment, going anytime after 4pm basically guarantees you can’t do the workout you planned on doing.
- Swimming in the pool will give you a chlorine aroma for two weeks. I went once while I was pregnant, showering at the gym then again when I got home. Daily showers didn’t get the smell off, it eventually just faded.

My annual membership expires in March, I’ll be joining another gym even if it costs triple what this place charges.

This is kind of ridiculous, the floors are disgusting here.... Many of other reviews point this out and the owner seems to respond to most but nothing is actually addressed... Are you guys going to fix it or just lie? What's the deal? I've been a 24hour fitness member for over 10 years and while most 24hour fitness gyms aren't spotless they don't have literal hairy dust clumps scattered throughout the whole gym... Come on guys is it that hard to vacuum??

Hmmm. I just joined a month ago and haven’t experienced the issues in other reviews. There seems to be cleaning staff most times I’m there, plenty of equipment - with maybe a 10 min wait that’s easily filled in by rotating to another exercise. The staff have been pleasant as well. We’ll see, I hope it stays this way. I’ve been a member in the past and have been at several locations, the Redmond gym is on par with the others and a great value.

Update: This facility should just sell to LA fitness or to new ownership in general.
Surprised that a Redmond location is not more accommodating, considering the type of residents and money that live in the area.
While rates are great, I’d rather offer up an extra 200 per year to have a more reliable and clean establishment to further my fitness/ health goals. It is unfortunate that they are one of the only conveniently close gyms.

16 Hour Fitness is great when they’re open!
Jokes aside. The staff are great and friendly, place is clean, and has a great selection of equipment. Just wish they would extend their hours to 11pm. I often get the urge to go for a quick workout after 9pm, but then remember my gym isn’t open. Makes it especially tough in the winter.

This place is a joke!!! I just moved here from out of state, I received the three (3) day pass via email and the email stated "bring a state ID with you to verify identification". Upon driving to the location I was advised that I needed to produce a WASHINGTON ID, Nowhere in the offer did it state that, I was prepared to join for a year, I asked the attendant at the desk if he could just give me a day pass and he stated "I don't think so". Update: Just cancelled my membership.

On the brink of quitting 24Hr Fitness after about 13 years. Already joined a different gym but keep coming here out of familiarity so just waiting for that last push. Maybe you guys will get it together in time. Early closing hours, broken equipment, messy gym with rules not being enforced, insufficient AC during warmer days. Your hip adduction machine has been out of commission for at least 6 months now. The lack of basic gym etiquette by the crowd that it’s attracting lately has also gotten worse. On the plus side, the staff is usually friendly and attentive, I can always find parking, and Bartell Drugs is right next door for any errands. Unfortunately the monthly cost does not reflect the value of this gym any longer.

I called to cancel the service, but the person at reception needs to improve their customer service skills. The issue lies in the inconsistency of communication. I initially signed up for a year of service, but due to personal reasons, I requested to cancel. One representative assured me that I would receive a refund for the remaining amount, while another contradicted this, stating there would be no refund. The representative who denied the refund needs to improve their communication skills. Despite being promised a refund, I lack proof to support my claim. I recommend providing training for reception staff to enhance their communication abilities.

I joined this gym for 2 months while staying in Redmond this summer. The gym was well equipped with lots of machines, weights, a pool, etc. and offered many classes and personal trainers. I worked with Liam on a weekly basis for 8 weeks. He tailored a program of various exercises based on my age (66), physical limitations (bad shoulder) and fitness goals. We started off easy so as not to overwhelm me (I hadn’t been doing any weight training before) and gradually increased weights and reps to build up my strength. Liam was very attentive to how I was responding during the workouts, particularly to make sure I didn’t hurt my shoulder. He also recommended some modifications to my diet to improve my overall health. I was very pleased with the experience and would recommend Liam to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

It is always hot when I go to this gym, no matter the hour. Luckily they have AC in the group fitness room, so I can do my workouts there. I think that the gym is really hot and stuffy, and it makes working out here unenjoyable. I don't know how other people do it. I prefer working out in an environment where it is cool, clean, and does not have any weird smell. I think that the layout of the gym is good, and they have all the equipment that I need to get a good workout. I just don't feel like working out here because of the temperature and how stuffy it is.
I asked the front desk if they could lower the temperature of the gym, and the staff said that the best they could do is to turn the fan to a higher speed.
I have been here during mornings, evenings, and nights, and it is always hot.

Great gym for the price! They have a lap pool, hot tub, sauna, and a steam room. The gym rats like me appreciate the 8 nice squat / deadlift platforms. It can be difficult to snag one of the three benches during peak hours, but definitely manageable. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It's not necessarily the cleanest or best smelling gym I've been to, but that's not a deal breaker for me. As other reviewers have mentioned, they are not open 24 hours and close rather early on weekends.

I think 8pm on sat and sunday… Ive been a member here for about 10 years… they used to have towels. Got rid of that a long time ago. Then they started to close at 2am. Fine. Now they close at 9pm… on top of that, off the top of my head they have at least 5 broken machines. And its been over a month. If i wasnt grandfathered in to my current rate, I’d switch gyms. Management cant do anything about it. Its corporate. 24 hour fitness, this is not… Hours are limited and NOT 24 hours a day. Thus, the gym is overcrowded, machines are taken (if not inoperable/broken), and it smells musky. Expect to wait if you’re doing any kind of workout other than cardio, ESPECIALLY if it’s leg day. I always find myself standing around trying to navigate substitute workouts when machines, benches, weights, etc. are in use or BROKEN. Several cable machines have detached/snapped cables. It also seems like there’s no air condition, even though I think there is. This doesn’t help the malodor.

Pro include the size of the gym and group exercises classes.

With the amount of paying customers, you’d think more money would be put into maintenance and cleanliness. This has the potential of being great but the gym is subpar at best.

This place has been a solid okay for the last year. They’re not great at keeping paper towels and cleaner full but it’s usually fine. Equipment keeps breaking and it takes weeks to fix but they eventually take care of it.

Fine. Whatever. You get what you pay for.

Two days in a row I arrive at 6 AM, within their business hours, and the gym is shuttered. There was zero notice. It’s bad enough this place falsely advertises being open 24 hours but not even opening during normal hours is absolutely ridiculous.

Honest review as always, I'm not reviewing out of a bad situation that happened to me I'm just giving my opinion because i like to help everyone around me, this gym is not so good for anything other than going to train and leave, the community is so bad unfortunately starting with the coaches 2 or 3 know what they are doing and the rest are just coaches to be coaches and make money, if you're not paying them they won't even care to say hi or shake their head when they see you. The people that come to the gym have the worst personality and so closed minded to a point you can't even talk to them about gym stuff which is the common activity we are doing.
The gym generally care about making money without giving back or acting right. Again nothing happened with me specifically but you can go and try yourself and see. It's so obvious, there are dust under some machines that stacked up for years that you can see sometimes..not that i care but if a gym really cares they won't leave it like that.
Again if you just wanna go train and leave it's a good spot almost everything is available and big spaces to do body weight stuff. After all it's each personal experience is what counts.

They need to change the name or change ownership because this "24 hour fitness" hasn't been open 24 hours per day in 3 years. When pressed up this issue, the staff are incredibly unhelpful and cannot (or simply refuse to) even provide a means of contacting the corporate office. Hours are currently 5am to 10pm. I pay way too much for this gym which clearly does not care about its customers. In addition to this fundamental issue, the gym itself and the equipment is constantly falling apart, which the management fails to address or takes MONTHS to remediate.

Of course it's a corporate gym in a busy location, there is never a good time to go here because half the basketball court is reserved 10am-3pm (!!!) For something called "pickleball" which is clearly just tiny tennis for geriatrics.

Take your money elsewhere, this gym is failing and probably won't be around much longer.

Walked in with a 3 day pass and as per the email I asked where the sign-in kiosks were, and the guy said “it sounds that you were a member here and don’t qualify for it”.
I am thinking where is the ‘hello, welcome, how may I help you…have you ever been here before, etc…’ nope not here!

Here you get brutalised as soon as you open your mouth.

That was literally the only words spoken, as after me asking again he kept explaining to me that I was a member there before. A mind reader as well!

Mind you he didn’t even look at my ID to know that, yet he was convinced from the “where is the kiosk” words that I am a frequent flyer there and decided the take advantage of the business…

Also, I just moved here, and wanted a gym to go to, almost bought a year online last night but didn’t because I read the poor reviews.

Then I asked again and this lady just handed me the paper with prices, didn’t mind show around the gym, didn’t exchange a word. Guess you guys are training well the staff.

Liam (Neeson😃) is wonderful and made sure I get the perfect plan for my teen. I would recommend him as PT in a blink.

The hours are terrible and staff have been known to close a little early. Not surprise, when some of the staff just chit chat and do very little, while the trash fills up and people are stealing things. Makes no sense they close so early on the weekend, when other 24 hour fitness's are open longer.

I just moved to the area and wanted to do the 3 day trial pass but wasn’t able to use it because I don’t have a Washington drivers license yet. It doesn’t say anything about this being a requirement anywhere online or in the pass fine print. The blonde at the front desk was super rude about the whole situation.

No class was on when I showed up @9 AM. I love their interesting question and answer at the entrance board every day. Enjoy their clean machines and good instructors.

Great facility. But if you are going to call yourself 24hour fitness then you shouldn't close at 9pm, either change name or lower prices. I signed up for 24 hour not 16hour.

14 hour fitness… this place closes at 8 pm on weekends. 8 pm. Entirely useless.

They had short hours during Covid and we cut them slack, but once the pandemic ended they shortened their hours further instead of extending!

It's been long after the COVID pandemic and hours are still short, despite numerous other 24 Hour locations ACTUALLY having 24/7 hours now.

Make this 24 hour ASAP.
