Thankyou for all your support. We here at 360 choose not to do what's easy but what is right even when it is much more difficult.

Been taking my daughter here for about three years. Sheβs had great coaches and enjoys coming here. We have also done multiple birthday parties here, itβs a great deal and the kids have a blast.

My daughters have loved going to 360 gymnastics for years now. The skills and benefits my girls have received from going here go beyond the gym. Thankful for the coaching and the friendships.

I went to a birthday party here and the place smelt like dirty socks and dirty diapers. The owner is also very unprofessional along with their workers. The worker they had must have been maybe 15 years old and didnβt know how to communicate. They said come 15 mins early and weβre not there on time. I would not recommend this place for birthdays parties. Have heard nothing but terrible things about them.

Very fun. They opened up when they were closed. Nice people. Many activities to choose from. Trampoline under a basketball hoop. Very fun. Could use a pad under the hoop. Over all very very fun.

After a terrible experience here as an athlete years ago, we chose to stop supporting this business. Now, years later, I still see countless negative reviews about Ryan and Jennie Fiske, only confirming that we made the right decision.

Our daughter has been going to 360 for years and she absolutely loves it. This is her 2nd year competing with 360 gymnastics and her team is so fun to watch. The coaching is top notch! To see the continuous growth of each athlete throughout the season is truly amazing.

In my opinion it's very petty if not just wrong to have to pay to "sit in the waiting room" and watch your child play. I paid 20.00 for my son to play and couldn't even be in the building unless I paid 10.00 an hour. Just to be inside. I literally waited in the parking lot instead of paying for myself to sit in a waiting area. Ridiculous

I donβt understand why whoever is answering phones and booking parties has to be so rude and condescending. As a business, I would think you would treat your patrons with more respect. They are not nice, polite or at all helpful. Whatβs your problem? I would like to feel you appreciate my support.

We brought our kids for open and they wanted to charge everyone in our party to just watch him play from the balcony. So we left. Owner is rude!

I normally don't write bad reviews because I have worked professionally with the public a long time so I'm aware of the difficulty it can intail. I felt this needs to be addressed and the owners have yet called me back after multiple attempts at leaving messages... I sadly had to remove my daughter from classes. I felt the overal communication was horrible and I always felt in the dark. There had been times we were told conflicting instuctions by different people which resulted in my daughter crying and me being frustrated. I understand we are in a pandemic and finding good help is hard right now so we stuck it out a little longer. Long story short, I continued to be frustrated over the lack of communication on my daughter moving to a different class so I temporarily unenrolled her and was told the refund will be on my 360 account to use in the future. I felt the owners may be interested in hearing about the complications I was having so I called and left a massage for them to contact me. Later that day I recieved an email stating they had refunding my bank account and informing me we weren't welcome to come back for classes in the future and adding a snooty "good luck" at the end signed by Jennie. I was shocked! But what upsets me the most was having to inform my daughter, who deeply enjoyed being there, that the temporary break we were going to take is now permanent. The way they handled the situation is very unprofessional and they broke my daughters heart. I don't understand why we were treated that way. I guess they justify treating people poorly because they are the only gym that provide gymnastics in our area. After talking with other parents I've learned that this is "no suprise" and that other people have also been treated similar. So "Good luck" if you decide to trust your child with them.

My family loves 360 Gymnastics! I have two daughters that are in the mixed preschool class and they love it, even more than anything else they are involved in. All of the coaches are amazing, the owners are always very friendly and they take great care of the gym. They are all so helpful, my oldest daughterβs class was full so when my youngest turned 3 years old, she had to be in a class on a different day and Lisa and Chelsea both helped to get them in the same class so I didnβt have to go all the way over two days a week which I really appreciated. I also went to one of the Gymnastic Meets that was held at 360 and I was absolutely impressed by how well the girls did, they were definitely the best and Ryan was very professional and encouraging. Definitely plan to stick with 360 Gymnastics and encourage others to give them a try as well. Also, they do birthday parties and they are by far the best place for birthday parties in town, the kids and adults love itππ

My experience is with the preschool classes.
The kids were verbally asked to perform an unfamiliar movement and when half of them didnβt understand and continued the movement inaccurately there was no input from the instructor and this continued for the remainder of the class for 20 minutes.
More interestingly, a 50 minute class was begun spending the first 13 minutes of it with 3 water breaks!
So basically if you want to pay a little bit extra for a play hour go for it!...

Quoted from their web page;
**Make-ups allowed for current student only (if you dis-enroll, make-ups are forfeited)
Essentially if your 4 year old will be trying dance next and giving the Gym a break they no longer feel the need to honor a make-up, which would be only accomplished during open gym times anyway. So even if honored, your kid would just be hanging out alone trying to self-entertain.

I went here for gymnastics a few years ago and was absolutely in love. I did the sport for recreational purpose and had so much fun in doing so. I had to stop due to me moving and now that i;m back in the valley i would totally take classes again if only I wasn't too old.

This facility is by far the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. I was working last Saturday and my children were invited to two birthday parties here. My husband took the children at 1:30pm and was told to fill out permission for the kids to play and jump in the bounce house. My husband was told it was ok to leave the kids and pick them up after the second party. He left 3 phone numbers to call on the form. Long story short my 5 children were forced to sit in a small kitchen for 3-4 hours because of some time mix up. Neither me, my husband, or my home was called until after 5pm. The owners were VERY rude and disrespectful. Ryan was screaming at me on the phone AND also hung up on me when I tried to find out what happened. It's sad that in that big facility with a mix up no matter whos to blame, my children were made to sit at a table for that long. All Ryan kept saying is that my husband and I needed to compensate them. Nobody even tried to contact us until 3 hours later. My children were traumatized by this entire situation. I would NEVER trust these people with children. NEVER EVER!!!

Can't say enough good things about 360 gymnastics! We love going to their Winter Spirit meet and playing in their gym during open gym days. My kids do not compete for 360, however Coach Ryan has always been a good go to for when my kiddo gets stuck on a skill. Knowledgable and ready to help her improve. We've had nothing but great experiences with all the staff at 360. If we lived in Lewiston/Clarkston we would definitely be members!!!

My daughter has went to camp here for the last 4 years and absolutely loves it. Ryan and Jennie are so amazing not only as coaches, owners but people as well. At Gymnastics Competitions Ryan would give Kyia advice and help her and cheer her on and so did the girls from the Team that she attended Camp with All the staff at 360 treat the kids great and the kids loves them. If we lived closer to 360, Kyia would attend this gym in a heart beat!

Great experience for my daughter and our family so far! The coaches take safety very seriously which is very reassuring and they really promote team building amongst the gymnasts.

My daughter loves the coaches and her teammates at 360. I love that they encourage comradery with the gymnasts no matter their level. Ryan spoke to the team the other day and it meant a lot to my 10 year old. He spoke of having 300+ kids that he's looking out for and there for...my daughter was so blown away and excited he thought of all the gymnadts as his kids!!!

Ryan gives a great speech about how they are all about your child, but in the end, it's all about the money. Read the contract carefully, and don't trust any verbal agreements. We found out the hard way.

Great program! Everything offered from parent and tot classes, fun recreational classes, and their competitive program is fantastic! The coaches are knowledgable and enthusiastic, I can tell they really care about the students and teaching gymnastics. Also, best birthday parties in the LC Valley!

Horrible owner. Publicly humiliated a friend of mine and her interracial family for no good reason. She has 0 class. I would never bring my daughter to this place.
