If I could give 10 stars I would. I found myself intimidated by the standard CrossFit classes because, due to my own insecurities, I didn’t think I belonged in that workout setting. The issue was I didn’t immediately know the movements and I couldn’t lift as much as others in the class. That was me making excuses because they offer all of those resources but I didn’t seek them. When I tried out 3B, since the classes are smaller, there was much more guidance and there are movements that my body just won’t (yet) do. They have amazing alternatives to some of the more technical movements that my mobility won’t yet allow. We are about 6 weeks in and I feel a big difference in my strength, mobility and attitude. Give 3B Jon and Ash a chance to make your life the 4th B, BETTER!!!
