9Round is the best kickboxing fitness studio in Mill Creek that helps you grow stronger with fun, full-body, HIIT workouts. The exercise program focuses on strength training and cardio in a 30-minute, circuit-style format. With no class times, you can work out at our gym on your schedule because a new workout starts every three minutes. With trainer-guided sessions, our program is scalable for all fitness levels, from beginners to pro athletes. I have been a member at this 9Round for 2 months and I can tell my body is in much better shape. Dante and Cole are exceptional trainers and they show you how your form should be if you aren’t doing the workouts correctly. The other members I have come across are nice and friendly. It’s definitely a little community at this Bothel Everett location. I highly recommend 9Round if you want to get stronger and also punching it out. The owners are very nice and they have another location in Kirkland. Thank you for all the killer workouts.

I started going to 9Round twice a week about two months ago. The changes started happening after the first session! Not only I am burning calories faster than before (even on non-exercise days), I also feel overall lighter, younger. I love the effort and dedication all the trainers have while they teach us. They project energy, encouragement, they push you to your limit while making sure that you are monitored and do not overdo it. During the 30-minute time I give it all that I have and leave the gym feeling energized! I strongly recommend 9Round to everyone, no matter if you're a beginner and can barely jump rope (which was my case when I started) or if you had been exercising for years.

This gym experience is fitting for everyone. Come when you want and have immediate access to trainers and a whole body workout. Unlimited use, too. It’s a kickbutt workout that fits into any schedule! I’m horribly uncoordinated and still zapped at the end of “9Rounds”. Joey has a magical corner on time, able to support and inspire all in the gym. Pauline is encouraging and helpful with form and motivation. All the trainers will work you hard- while still personalizing the experience. You gotta try this place-you’ll love it!

I am addicted to 9Round! The trainers are motivating and always have encouraging words! The circuit rounds are 3 minutes each and the workout are always different! Someday soon, my challenging workouts will be a warm-up for me, and that is why I keep going back!

I've been going to 9Round for a couple of years now. Everyday is a different workout so I don't get bored and if I need to modify anything I can do that. It's for all skill levels! I love that there is strength training and not just cardio and it's only 30 minutes! The trainers are well trained and will keep you motivated and help you with proper form which is important. The new owners are very nice and have made several positive changes. I recommend coming in for a free class and see for your self how amazing it is!

Their workouts are designed around busy folks (read parents, professionals, both) as there are no set timings and a couple of trainers are always present to help out. So I drop in whenever my schedule allows and get my sweat on. The workouts are relatively short (30minutes) but intense and I can feel the resulting spike in energy and alertness lasting the whole day. A big shout out to the trainers who always go above and beyond to care for their customers.

I go to the mill creek branch, love the place. Anna(one of the 2 owners) is very sweet and the trainers are very good. Kickboxing workouts are refreshing from the mundane treadmills and dumbbells that I'm used to. It's also friendly to all skill levels, me being an absolute beginner.

Bad customer experience.
I tried to cancel my membership but was caused delays because of their staff and then I got charged 1 month extra, they force you to cancel in person which causes delay and hence gives them more time to cheat you out of money.
Be careful, start cancellation 2 months before your end date, else be ready to pay extra.

Not recommended if you value money.

Note: Their work outs were fun, but their business practices are duping.

Horrible customer practices - I call to cancel my monthly membership after a back sprain and they still would not cancel in the current month and said they will charge an additional month. Even with 30 days notice they want to charge a complete cycle. Super disappointing way of making customer pay out even if they cannot use.

I've been coming to 9Rounds in Mill Creek for about three weeks and its been great. The staff here is keen on technique/form and they don't mind demonstrating the proper way to do the workout for those of us who are visual learners. Because of the staff and the fact that the workouts differ day to day I'd recommend this place to anyone willing to put in the work and stay consistent.

I really appreciate how enthusiastic all the trainers are when you walk into the room. You never feel ignored and always are felt welcomed. All the trainers that I have dealt with so far seem to have a well around of knowledge when it comes to knowing how to hit and how to stand correctly. I feel that nine rounds is a very welcoming facility. With the way the lifestyle is now I feel that 9 rounds fitness helps me with so much, especially stress, irritation and anxiety. 9 Round Kickboxing has become an essential component to my health maintenance routine. It helps me get stronger and builds my cardio along with increased flexibility and agility. I’ve struggled with weight throughout my life and I’m thankful such a fun and effective option is here for me to use. Having no class times is also a massive plus. Being able to come in whenever I’m free can’t be praised enough. If you are weary of this type of exercise, don’t be! People of all shapes and sizes are doing it. Young, old, athletic, way out of shape... it’s for everyone. You take it to your level. You workout with a group of people but it’s still an individual workout. Totally worth it! If getting healthier and stronger is the destination you want to arrive at, then get on this train and ride it all the way. You’ll get there!

The friendly and very knowledgeable trainers! That’s one of the best things about coming to 9Round! Not only that but the killer and diverse workouts that I definitely feel the next day and how good I feel getting a workout in! The different style of this gym vs your typical gym is very helpful for keeping a good and constant workout, it’s such a game changer getting to work with trainers and getting tips and advice on what you are doing every visit. Quick, targeted workouts are the best for my schedule. I can pop in whenever I have the time, get in a quick workout, and be on my way. The staff and owner at the location I visit (Mill Creek, WA) are amazing. I get help throughout my time there, and it helps that they're all super nice people. They seem to be excited to keep me going, teach me proper technique, and to help me utilize my time well. Overall, it's a nice change from the scheduled, 50 minute circuit training classes I'm used to.
