My fiancée and I love this gym. The trainers (we met Ali and Jeannie) are so welcoming and guided us according to our different levels of experience with kickboxing. The workout can be as intense as you’d like because of the 9 round format, and we both feel accomplished and very sweaty afterwards. Overall, great people and fun way to get fit!

Excellent HIIT Kickboxing workout, the staff is welcoming and helpful and the program is well designed to maximize your time spent at the gym, the convenience and flexibility of the schedule is a big plus as you never feel bound by a class schedule, if you like community and a friendly atmosphere this is a must. Great addition to the Ballard neighborhood.

Amazing place to workout! Highlights (in no particular order): Flexible schedule (no set “class” times), flexible workouts (details change daily- while the format stays consistent), amazing staff/trainers, clean, great location, and rates options that also provide flexibility for a variety of budgets. I am thrilled this gym has moved into the neighborhood and you should check it out ASAP!

This is the most efficient and effective HIIT style workout I’ve ever done. The owners and trainers are welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive. Without set class times, this workout works for anyone’s schedule, and it feels so empowering to punch and kick the heavy bags. Bonus: the parking lot right next to the studio has free parking and the first workout is free too!

Had my first workout at 9Round Ballard today. Jeannie (the owner) has created a great atmosphere, and everyone there was super friendly. It’s the perfect workout for anyone looking for a non-intimidating intro to kickboxing fitness. The trainer kept the energy up and made sure I was pushing myself, and in just 30 minutes, I got a solid full-body workout. You’ll be hooked after your first workout.

The 9Round workout is such an efficient workout! It’s only 30 minutes, fully body, and the workouts change daily so I’m never bored. Also the trainers are SO knowledgeable at this location. :So happy this location just opened up! Oh and they have parking in the plaza so it’s extra convenient.
