I love Aditi! Over the past few months, I have taken prenatal yoga with a variety of teachers, taken the couples massage for labor workshop with Alice, and done acupuncture with Brittnie. All of the staff, teachers, and practitioners are so friendly and knowledgeable! I highly recommend Aditi for perinatal support!

Nice community, instructors and studio. I’ve only taken the prenatal classes, which I found to be extremely slow and dull.

I’ve been taking classes at Aditi throughout my entire perinatal journey. I started with prenatal yoga, then joined the postnatal classes after my baby was born. As my little one grew and became more active, we attended the Baby & Me (crawler/waddler) classes, right up until he outgrew them. And now, we’re excited to start taking Family Yoga classes together. I can’t speak highly enough of the wonderful instructors and the supportive community I’ve found through Aditi. I’m incredibly grateful for this space. Highly recommend!

Been coming here for prenatal yoga since 7 weeks with Joey and sometimes Kim and prenatal massages a few times - lovely and supportive studio. My husband went in for a massage this week and he said it was great, too. Highly recommend.

Aditi has the best prenatal yoga classes I’ve taken. They are consistent, well informed, gentle and safe. You can tell that the women who take them are healthy and happy in their pregnancy. I recently learned that you don’t get that at some other established prenatal classes in the area. I recommend this yoga studio to anyone and everyone.

The world seems so daunting when you're newly postpartum. The places and spaces that felt familiar and easy pre-baby are suddenly obstacle courses that you have to navigate with a hungry infant and all her accessories. Luckily I found the Baby & Me class at Aditi during this time. It provided me with a space to softly tiptoe back into the world. Parking is easy, the cancellation policy is generous...you don't even have to bring your own mat. You show up with your baby, one of the lovely teachers offers you tea and for the next hour or so you can just hang out with with your baby and get reacquainted with your body. It's not a strenuous workout, but it is so very restorative. So glad this place exists.

I adore Aditi prenatal yoga! Morning classes with Julie are fire, evenings with Christy are rejuvenating and classes with Suzette are a perfect balance between. The only thing I would ask for more of would be music during class, only because the occasional music is lovely and just my cup of tea.

I absolutely love both the prenatal classes with Suzette and the prenatal massages as well! Autumn was great to really work out those pressure/tight areas. She is sweet and makes the whole experience comfortable. It was super helpful to get some pointers and what’s tight and then talk through some stretches after. Kalika’s massages are very relaxing and I feel like I’m in a meditative state. Super helpful for when I need to just escape. We can’t forget about Suzette and her incredible prenatal yoga classes. I feel taller when I’m done! She is so wonderful about going at your own pace and the stretching helpings tremendously. She makes the whole experience about connecting with yourself and your baby. Can’t say enough positive things about this place. It doesn’t hurt that it’s beautiful and has an easy online booking system. Thank you Aditi for making this pregnancy experience empowering and managing my pain!

I have been regularly going to Aditi for prenatal massages since my second trimester. I have gotten prenatal massages from Amanda and Iris. Both of them are very good. Currently getting prenatal massages from Iris, she is so good and knows exactly how much pressure to put and where I need it the most. They have also recommended some stretches for me which help as well. I highly recommend Iris and anyone at Aditi. The place is always clean and comfortable. The oils and balms used are also natural and relaxing. They use pillows (not hole in the middle on the table) for prenatal massages, I find the set up very comfortable. My back, calves and hips have been in constant pain through the pregnancy but after prenatal massages with Iris, I find immediate relief. Thank you Iris. I am going to continue to visit Aditi even after delivery for postnatal massages and yoga. I highly recommend them.

Prenatal yoga at Aditi was a great part of my pregnancy! There's such community in this space. Julie and the rest of the team are wonderful. And, don't be fooled, just because your 40 weeks pregnant doesn't mean you're not going to work in this yoga class (squats galore)!

I couldn’t recommend Aditi to pregnant ladies and new mamas more. The prenatal classes were one of the highlights of my pregnancy -- an amazing combination stretching to help with aches and pains, labor prep (squats!), and relaxation. Now that baby is here, I am loving the Baby & Me, postnatal, and barre classes, and it’s so helpful that babies are always welcome. The studio is beautiful with lots of natural light and Julie, the owner, has created such a wonderful community.

After going here for a year, I have to find a new massage therapist. I have chronic migraines and medical massages are something that's helped me. When I first started going here, there were no scheduling restrictions for insurance clients. Now, however, you can only book Monday - Friday, before 5pm, making it impossible if you work normal hours. It seems like people who need to use insurance are treated as second priority. Pretty much every time I look to book a massage, there are new rules and restrictions. Providers should be looking to improve access to care, not make it harder.

I had an amazing relaxing massage with Kendra this week as I prepare for my upcoming wedding. I’ve had many massages before and hers was seriously one of the best I’ve ever had. I can’t ever remember saying “that was awesome!” in the middle of a massage before. If you want a massage therapist who’s kind, receptive, and technically experienced, schedule an appointment with Kendra!

Julie's not only a wonderful yoga instructor and person, she also has tons of knowledge and experience with pregnant women. Her classes helped me with issues throughout my pregnancy, and I used several of her tips during labor. I love Julie, her classes and Aditi!
PS Her massages are a must too!
