Ageless Fitness is a great program. Working out with a trainer has given me more confidence in doing everyday life tasks and has given me more strength and balance than I could have ever imagined, especially after breaking my pelvis! I recommend this program to everyone!!

The whole training team has been incredible. They structure my exercises around my personal needs to accommodate my old back & knee injuries. I’m getting stronger and improving my flexibility. The trainers check in on my personal goals and help me plan the smaller steps I need to take to reach my larger fitness goals. It’s been so helpful to have someone teach me how to safely use all the equipment and adjust my posture for healthy strength training.

The Ageless Fitness team at Anytime Fitness in Barclay Village in Bellingham is your place to go if [like me] you plan to live to 100. In order to get there I need to stay in shape.
The regular workouts with Charlie and his team gives me the confidence I need to keep moving, improve my muscle tone, and stay active.

The Ageless Fitness program is amazing! Our instructor, Charley was very knowledgeable about how my aging body should move. I worked out with a small group of women who like me, had different challenges. Charley was attentive, challenging, motivating and knowledgeable. Work out times were a highlight of my busy week. It is so fun to work out with others in my age bracket so I don’t have to risk injury by trying to keep up with a group much younger. I have not found another workout better than this one.

I joined Ageless Fitness in Nov 2021 after putting on 20 lbs during the pandemic. The team and classes have been incredible, fun and I’m getting back my balance, strength and tone. Never thought I’d be at the “gym” at 68 but I’m loving every minute.

Charley has been a fantastic trainer. He has been flexible in scheduling. He quickly learned my strengths, my weaknesses, my aches/pains, and my personality. My wife and I have been coming to Anytime Fitness for over a year and have joined a morning class. Instructors have been great. The exercises are geared to our strength and fitness. They push us but also monitor our form to avoid injury. it’s a great way to stay motivated and learn some fitness techniques from qualified instructors.

Ageless Fitness has been the best thing that has happened to me in a long time. My balance is way better and I’m much stronger than I’ve ever been. I can bend over and pick things up off the floor easily now and I am doing deadlifts of 90+ lbs and I am NOT throwing my back out. The best part is I am back to wearing shorts! 🥰 Thank you to my trainers and Ageless Fitness for giving me my life back!
