Great facility. I took my son (2.5 years old) my sister and my nephew (2 years old) to this facility at toddler time, first time here. My son has sensitivity issues (and has never jumped), and i thought he would hate this place and that my nephew would love it. I got that way wrong. My son loved it, and my nephew only liked it a tiny bit. Even though my son is unable to jump, he loved the facility. He enjoyed going to the diving board and having me drop him into the foam pit below or watching the kids swing into the foam pit (he was scared of that). He enjoyed running down the long trampoline. The staff was a nice, clean facility, and i liked how the lockers functioned. You could open the locker as many times as you want and still be charged the same amount. Toddler time comes with free access for one parent to play. that's great. The socks you have to use on the trampolines can be used over and over. Toddler time had about 40 kids near the end, and it still wasn't very crowded. I recommended this to my other sister, and she went next week at toddler time. Great place would love to go again.

Probably one of the worst I have ever seen. Children running around screaming, most of them seem to have hurt themselves without supervision, I watched as a group of kids poured soda or water on two others sitting below the railing, there were wet paper towels smashed against the walls in the bathroom and even around the fire sprinkler. Most of the time, I only saw one person on staff. I occasionally saw two roaming around but they didn't seem to care anyways. Rules were never followed with any of these children, most of the time there were multiple kids in foam pits at a time as more jumped in (in most areas it was 1 at a time). I even saw things being stolen from the drink locker/cooler near the cafe as it was left unsupervised and kids would just take as they please. I have no clue what the hell I had walked into, but I know I won't be seeing this place again.

We had an amazing time. Everything was clean and the kids had a blast. It was a great birthday experience. My only concern was the staff allowed anyone to charge jumpers on our package that I wasn't planning for. I think they either need to review the policy to ensure the card holder is the only person allowed to add charges or the staff needs to be trained a little better in this area. Other than that, we all had a great time!!

Couldn't make a decent pizza if their life depended on it! The sausage was all in the center with a four inch ring of nothing but cheese between the sausage and outer edge. The crust was so tough I could hardly chew it. It's obvious your pizza maker could care less. After reading the reviews of others I can say, poor management and greedy owners will keep me away.

There was a much wider variety of activities for all ages. A small zone for littles. And fun activities to do instead of just jump. Like lack zone. Rolling log. Monkey bars. Rock wall. Laser maze ($1). My 8 year old loved it and I did too actually. I loved jumping and playing with him.

Visited on Saturday night (May 3, 2025) for the premium “Lights Out” event. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Despite paying extra for the special event, the staff was noticeably unfriendly and unenthusiastic. We asked multiple times when the lights would go out and were repeatedly told, “Any moment now.” Eventually, one employee bluntly said, “Please go away — we’re not allowed to turn the lights out because we don’t want to deal with kids in the dark.”

I was genuinely shocked. I’ve visited several times before and never had issues, but this visit fell far below expectations. Definitely not the experience we paid for.

My friend and I where here for a first time experience with our 12-13 year old sons and their friends on a Saturday night, 7-10pm. The conditions where absolutely abysmal! Lack of staff(and what staff was available seemed to be primarily, if not totally, teenagers who spent most of their time conversing with each other), all trash cans where full to the point of overflowing onto the floor, which was also covered in trash, tables in the dining area where covered with used cups and pizza boxes. The "jumpers" where poorly supervised, with multiple fights, arguments and suspect behavior being reported by our kids. The bathrooms where very unsanitary! With our sons reporting that there was urine "all over the walls and floor" in the men's room. Every surface, floors, tables, benches, etc was sticky. The cafe apparently closes at 9pm but, no announcement of this was made prior to closing and my friend was not notified, when she purchased a "refillable" beverage pitcher that she would be unable to refill after 9pm. The culmination of the evening was when a full grown, adult man stood in the entrance and screamed threats, accusation and slurs at what appeared to be a small group of teenage girls. This was when we decided to leave. As we were trying to safely extract our children from the location, a female who may or may not have been associated with the man was walking around in the parking lot, standing behind people's vehicles, taking pictures of people's license plates and screaming about "the cops being on their way". While I don't hold the owners of the property responsible for these people's behavior, I do hold them responsible for the interior conditions, including the lack of appropriate supervision for what appeared to be a very large and rowdy group of kids. We where very disappointed and uncomfortable with this experience and will likely not return!

Pretty fun. Although, they charge $1 per play for the laser maze. So you pay for your entry per person, then you pay for food and drinks when you get hungry, (both of which are acceptable charges). But then, they have an attraction they advertise on the website that doesn’t come with entry. I’m very frustrating and disappointing for those of us who have larger families.

This place was fantastic for our party of 11+ kids and adults! Great deals for members and plenty of room for the kids to get that energy out. Complete with the trampolines, arcades and even food! They have private party rooms or just claim a table out in the common area! To start our host a young man was lovely-tried his very best. It seemed he was the only one working -hard or at all during our experience. Before we arrived we had an issue-on the website it says we would receive a phone call within a week of our party. We did not, I called the day before to confirm our details and nothing I have put when the deposit was paid was available. I had to give the young lady on the phone all the details again. We arrived day of the party & were ignored for around 5 minutes (at the waiver desk) before I stopped someone to check us in. We already had guests in our party room without bands and no one had greeted them either. Things were OK until there was no one "manning" the trapeze bar, not only the kids in our party but lots of kids would have been unable to enjoy this because no one was working on the floor. I did see the same male worker having a good time chatting and walking around with a female though. Same male who opened the laser maze for us. OPENED is the key word he explained nothing and we figured it out without them. Only to be called to our table for pizza before the laser maze time was up - we lost out on almost half the time.

My opinion is their party packages are expensive and not worth the value. Shame on you.

The trampoline park itself is fine, on par with others. I made the mistake of signing my kids up for the membership. I've been trying to cancel the membership for 9 months now. I've gone in and filled out their paperwork multiple times, I've got disputes filed with my bank and it still continues. They don't answer phones and don't return messages so your only choice is going there physically and talking to an 18 year old who has no idea what to do other than hand you the cancellation paperwork you've already filled out a half dozen times.
They posted a response to this review with an email, but they have not responded to that either. I'm disputing the charges with my bank but I have to keep adding to the dispute each month.

The facility is clean and well maintained. It’s not overly crowded although I’ve only really hike during the day M-F. The membership is excellent value! I bring my wild toddler here weekly now to burn off energy! It’s open so I am able to keep eyes on him without having to run everywhere. I will say compared to other jump places, altitude is the most friendly for toddlers and young kids! Older kids and teens may find it has less options. I’ve brought friends and we’re actually able to talk and connect while our kids play. Great winter weather activity for cooped up parents and kids! Definitely recommend!!

Definitely fell short on making sure things were orderly and clean. The floors were incredibly sticky and filthy. The staff ignoring the bathrooms cleaning was unbelievable. Kids going to the restroom in socks coming out with wet socks because it was unsanitary. The drinking fountain unsanitary and horrible. Website post they have safety and training standards. What better way to ensure safety to ensure floors weren’t wet and bathroom are clean for children. It was safer to not touch the sink or step anywhere in or near the restroom.

This was our first time to Altitude Spokane we've been to several on the west side of the state. The valley location was extremely gross. The whole place was filthy. The carpet was filthy the floor between the "cafe" and bathroom was sticky, the bathroom smelled like someone ate the pizza they had rotting under the heat lamps, there were no paper towels in the bathroom. At first I didn't think they had staff working the floor but then I realized a few of the kids in sweatpants had whistles. I get its an athletic job, kinda, but only one guy at the front looked like he worked there the rest looked liked they rolled outta bed in their pj's. Can't really blame all the children who work there but also couldn't find any adults who did. It wasn't fun jump house chaos it was inmates running the asylum chaos. Half of everything is out of stock or out of order. My sister called it the temu version of flying squirrel.

We have been going for a while, very expensive unless you get the membership, which sucks. Also going there unlimited amount of time sucks especially for older kids over 10 years of age. My kids tail bone hurts, there backs always need adjusting. My personal opinion. Costumer service not so great. We became members thought it would be worth thr money. Nah. It was not. Can't cancel anytime like they say. Anytime would be logging in to account or calling or emailing costumer service. No you have to print out paper sign stuff send back or go in to facility. Very inconvenient for some of us who don't have time to go and do that.

Altitude was amazing in comparison to ‘other’ parks! We went yesterday for the first time. Myself (31) and my husband (43) came to our friends kids 8th birthday party. These guys are super birthday oriented!!! I love how they make announcements over the intercom to rally the group up for pizza/cake and even a private dodgeball game.

Pros-
Their trampolines have so much more bounce to them. They’re not super stiff, in comparison.

There are wayyyy more activity courts here!!! Trapeze, kids zone, dodgeball court, 2 person light up head to head game, basketball court, rock climbing wall, monkey bars, spinning balance roller with ropes, many trampolines including the ones that bounce you really high, balance “Lilly pad” thing with ropes, food court arcade and I’m probably missing a handful of other things!!

The employees were very helpful and I really enjoyed that they weren’t so uptight!!!!! Compared to the other place, I didn’t get “spoken to” at all how I was doing something ‘against the rules’.

No foam pits!!!!! And the ‘air-bag’ padding they had was SO much easier to get out of!!

Cons- not many!! I would say the AC could’ve been turned down a bit. We were extremely sweaty in there, in comparison. Birthday timing…. Our friend messaged us the original time the party was planned. A week later she messaged us again and said there was a time change because there was a mix up. Ok.. no big deal.. then the day before the party she messaged us AGAIN saying there was a time mix up and gave us another new time frame. While it wasn’t our kids birthday party, I can’t imagine how frustrating that was for the parents planning this. We felt the frustration for them. We were up in the mezzanine (awesome area btw) once the kid had cake, an employee came up and talked to the mom (party organizer) and I overheard the employee saying “just as fast as you can” and we hadn’t even opened gifts yet.. so… I think timing coordination and communication could use some improvement.

Overall, we LOVED altitude and we will be back by ourselves in the very near future. Awesome workout. We’re feeling it today :)

My son went to there last night with a group of friends and his phone fell thru a crack and he went and told them what happened and the guy got mouthy with my son told him he's basically screwed and his phone was stuck . Alas once, I was a happy patron of Altitude until they failed to suspend my monthly tribute despite twice sending missives and making a personal visit to their castle. They assured me the issue would be resolved, yet still, the gold continued to be taken from my coffers. To add insult to injury, their system charges twice monthly!

Our party was great! Our host made it super easy and fun! Reasonably priced and so convenient. All we had to do was show up with cupcakes 15 minutes before and our host Jose did the rest! Highly recommend.

FYI - this is a long review and includes multiple conversations. It started as a 1 star review and after talking with Jose changed to a 5 star review!

I rarely write reviews but because Jeff (apparently a manager) at altitude was so incredibly rude, I feel I have to. Let me start by saying he’s the only employee I’ve encountered at Altitude that has ever treated me with disrespect. We’ve done birthday parties and jumped many hours here but because of Jeff, we will not return. When I called to cancel our memberships a few weeks ago I spoke to a very nice employee, Justin, that explained the process and emailed me the cancellation form. I filled it out and emailed it back the same day. However, I was still charged today so I called to see if they had received my cancellation form and before even checking the emails, Jeff decided to inform me of the cancellation policy being 60 days which is the complete opposite of what Justin said when we spoke and even in the email Justin had sent me. His tone and words were very condescending from the second he answered the phone. He looked up the membership and it hadn’t been canceled on their end so I forwarded him the email I sent 3 weeks ago with the cancellation form and asked if I could speak with someone that has customer service because I didn’t like the way he was speaking to me and he said no and he was no longer going to speak with me because he was taken aback (I’m not sure how) that I wanted to talk to someone nicer. Instead, he said you can call back and talk to Justin tomorrow because I don’t want to talk with you anymore! I said so you’re not going to check the email you asked me to forward and he said nope. I replied ok I’ll call back tomorrow, thank you.

I really just hope their calls are recorded so Jeff can listen to how he speaks to people and learn from it. I understand we are human and have bad days but if you’re a manager, I’d expect that you'd, at the very least, be able to treat your customers with even a little respect in those moments. I’ll update this after my conversation with Justin tomorrow.

We will be taking our business to the flying squirrel from now on!

The issue is not the 60-day cancellation policy. It’s that you don’t know how to speak to customers. When I’m calling to make sure you received my cancellation form and you reply with your 60-day policy (that doesn’t begin until you process the cancellation form) and continue to talk over me, dismissing my reason for calling, I realized I needed to talk to someone that would listen. Hence me requesting to speak to someone else. Then you decide to end the call and have someone else deal with it another day. I’ve actually never experienced such poor customer service.

UPDATE 8/29/24
I called to speak with Justin and got a very helpful manager named Jose. He confirmed that everything Justin told me earlier in the month. He also received my cancellation email from 8/9/24 and said I shouldn’t have been charged again because the cancellation policy is cancel anytime. He took care of refunding the charge and canceled both memberships. Jose did it all in less time than yesterday’s phone call where nothing was accomplished. I sure wish Jose was the one that answered the phone yesterday and because of his great attitude we may return in the future and I’m going to add a few stars to this review. I sure hope Jeff can learn from both Justin and Jose in customer service as well as cancellation policy requirements.

Had our daughters birthday. Fantastic atmosphere, super organized, we had plenty of room. We were very well taken care of, the staff was friendly and prompt - even on a busy Saturday! Thank you guys for a fabulous time!

This company used to be cool, but then they got bought by a bigger company and now it’s just a scam. They don’t tell you when you sign up, but they charge you 3 months membership automatically instead of just doing things month by month. Big rip off.

Edit: you’re definitely not doing a good job building trust. Just making yourselves look greedy. Didn’t really sound like you’re not a larger corporation either. Not local small business. But keep it up. You must be making a killing 👍

Another trampoline park is closer to home but we thought we would try Altitude out after a friend recommended it and raved about th membership price. I felt safer and less anxious than the other location because there is only one entrance and an employee frequently walking and monitoring, plus great seating for parents close to each area. The staff was very friendly, efficient and professional, the facility was clean and great food options were available at a very reasonable price for those wanting snacks or lunch. My kids loved it so we will be back!

We did my son’s 7th Birthday party there and it’s was so fun all the kids had a blast, and most of the adults got in on all the jumping fun as well. The staff was extremely friendly and very on top of the party planning.

Decent trampoline park service is decent, the bathroom is clean, the snacks are expensive as U come to expect in today's economy😮‍💨 anyway the employee at the desk sold us a day pass and didn't tell us that the season pass was around the same price😑

We have had a membership for at least 5 years and trying to cancel it has been an absolute nightmare! I went in person like they required and had to fill out a form, which they would not provide a copy of. Then I waited the 2 months while they continued to charge me even though we weren't using it. Now I continue to receive monthly charges even after I have called their location, their corporate offices, and submitted complaints through their website. The general manager has been in touch with me once, promised resolution, and nothing since. So now I'm forced to file a dispute with my credit card company, file a complaint with the BBB, and write this review. It could have been handled so much better if they just canceled the membership as promised when I filled out their form over 3 months ago.
By the way, the reason we want to cancel the membership is because every time we go there are too many teenagers who are bullying the younger kids and none of the staff will do anything about it. It's gone way downhill since we signed up.

Lots of fun and a multitude of things to do. Equipment in good shape and area clean. Great supervision on equipment. Only thing was they had two people working both the desk and the cafe which left one or the other with long lines and long wait times. Also vending machine was mostly empty. Otherwise everything was great and my family had a great time.

My children thoroughly enjoy this venue, which offers a diverse array of activities. Their favorite is the "Floor is Lava" attraction. It's an excellent way to spend time with the kids, particularly with the passes that allow them to jump for up to two hours each day.

We have the monthly membership for two kids—it’s great value. We usually bring a friend, and their cost is discounted when they check in with a member. Also, there are different perks —today our friend was free. Members bring a friend on a weekday for free. I’m not sure how long this will last, but it was a nice surprise! Kylie the worker with purple hair ,she was disrespectful and yells at my child when he is having fun, this is the only worker i have problems with and all the other workers are nice and don’t yell at my son , im am very disappointed of how she treats my child , he gets in trouble for just being a kid , she deserves to get written or even fired , this is a every week thing, i would like to see a change.

kylie is not the best worker and yells at my child way to much when she is not doing anything that isn’t against the rules.my daughter always comes home complaining how she give her 3 warnings everynight but at the end of the night the warnings are gone.My daughter has told me she hangs out with her friends and has a social life of talking but for some reason kylie always has something to say about her volume?even tho we paid for her to go.she deserves to get a talk or in trouble(it is a constant thing and want to see a difference in this place my daughter likes to hangout every weekend) thank you!

Waited 30 minutes for my pretzel at lunchtime. After inquiring about its status, the apathetic cashier told me the cheese was still warming and would be at least five more minutes. Never once did they communicate that pretzels would take some time. It was lunchtime, ffs. Left with my toddler screaming because he was hangry and I wasn’t willing to wait any longer so we went elsewhere. Get it together, Altitude.

The staff is very friendly. The monthly membership of $23.55 for 120 min daily jumps so worth money. My one suggestion add a monthly membership with arcade tokens, 1 trip to snack bar...I'd buy that for my kid.

A bit overpriced for what they have to offer IMO. I wish I went to Get Air or Flying Squirrel. The cashier station is very hectic, no organization. I was waiting in line for Almost 20-25 minutes while being 2nd in line, and the cashier let another customer cut in front of me who was neither standing in line nor close to cashier table. They didn't have the size socks we needed so my kids had to wear socks that were way to big.
Some of the staff who watch the jumpers in the trampoline area were very off putting, almost seemed mad or angry. One had a very blank stare and tone, like a robot. Even felt like staff didn't want to be there. Not joking. Yeah, IMO go to flying Squirrel or Get Air. Flying Squirrel and get air seemed bigger and more to offer considering the price comparisons.

The positives, my kids liked the basketball court but bigger kids took the whole court over so my little kids didn't get to really enjoy it.
