I’ve been working out with Angel once a week for about a year now and it’s been amazing to feel the change in my body, and also in my attitude. I can honestly say that Angel has opened my eyes to how challenging and rewarding strength training can be, which I was surprised by as a person who had only ever focused on Pilates, yoga, and some cardio. The challenge was tough at first, but now I look forward to my sessions with her all week - there is no feeling like being truly tired from a great workout. Her vibe and the community there is so positive, while at the same time feeling much more natural and relaxed than other gyms and classes I’ve been to. I can’t recommend Angel enough!

Angel is the best trainer I have ever worked with. She really listened to my goals (strength, balance, flexibility and rehab of a shoulder injury). She crafts each work out to be challenging and doable. She is encouraging and hands on. 5 stars!

I have been training with Angel for a short time, but I have found her to be incredibly responsive. I have some knee and hip pain that I’m working to improve. Angel always has a modification that works. She also has done some research to help me with my specific issues. Additionally, at a time when I’m really busy, she has agreed to just tell me what to do, which is helping me exercise when I might not have. Angel creates programs for me to do in between sessions and is super encouraging. Finally, I’m learning that beyond being a very qualified physiologist, Angel is a really great person.

Highly recommend working with Angel! Not only do you get training from someone that is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, but also has access to tools (phone app for virtual workouts, tracking protein intake etc.) that makes the process 10x easier. Angel crafted my workout plan to my strength training goals for functional fitness and performance in sports (rowing, surfing, snowboarding etc.) while also adjusting it when needed for sporting accidents/surgery. I've worked with various personal trainers in large cities and she is the best by far - very grateful to be her client.

Working with Angel over this past year has vastly improved my quality of life. I’m a 66 years old woman recovering from a stroke and with Angel’s strategic rehabilitation exercises I can now walk without assistance. Her education and background affords a scientific approach and she measures and records my progress as I work towards our goals. She makes use of technology and my home workout schedules are on an app! She has a delightful personality and makes workouts fun. She is patient and encouraging and we celebrate improvement as I continue to get stronger. Angel is the best and I highly recommend her!

Angels' ability to modify in the moment offered the ability to feel safe and to maximize my time spent with her. It was more important to execute healthy body mechanics than to move quickly. Her bright personality and beautiful laughter were a bonus to the challenging but rewarding workout. Her knowledge of anatomy and ways to move into verse away from pain was aligned with all the ways I approach life. Training with Angel for a year and a half changed my relationship with myself for a lifetime. It was a priceless experience.

Angel is awesome to work with! She's very knowledgeable and punctual. She listens to what your goals are and work towards that with you. She makes working out fun, knows when to push you, makes sure you're not cheating on yourself, and inspiring. I always feel great after my training sessions and I don't feel nervous going beforehand. I recommend her to my friends all the time!!
