Way too small and really only has exercise bikes. I have to wait until evenings just so I can get a chance to use the free weights and only squat/power rack.

Most of cable and free weight equipment are damaged or broken.
There used to be a hole in the wall, to put one end of a bar bell, just so people could do tee bar rows.

Out dated equipment. Equipment not secured to floor. Equipment shifts. Smith Machine is out of alignment, and it is old.
Parts do not move smoothly. Most equipment needs attention from maintenance. Lubing, grease, tightening of components, etc. .
Floor is coming up in free weight area. Many of the dumbells are damaged. Benches are old.
~ A lot of the equipment should just be replaced with better, more modern units.
But they are very friendly.
Staff is some of the nicest people I've met in a gym.

My only complaint is that i can't pay for a year membership all up front. They keep you in a monthly payment plan which blows because some months i can't afford the membership fee, then they tach on fees and overages etc. I canceled. If they give you the option to pay for a full year I'll sign back up.

Super unprofessional, signed up for a gym membership was not told it was a year contract. Tried canceling my membership because I just don’t have time like I thought I would. The owner said too bad now as a local business owner myself I find that highly unprofessional, so will be canceling my card and putting a stop payment.

The equipment is bare minimum. You can get a $10 membership if you go to Spokane. They put you under a predatory contract. If you choose to end the membership early for whatever reason they will demand $700. Unless your desperate save your money and go elsewhere.

I requested to cancel my membership months ago because of an injury and I couldn't go anyways because of covid, I never got a reply once. I went to the gym last week and my key fob was declined and i then found out that my membership had been canceled for who knows how long. I have been charged the whole time. Extremely unprofessional. I have sent in many emails with questions to no rely. I think the facility itself is nice and the atmosphere of the place is great, however, management is very unprofessional. I will miss calling this my home gym.

It’s a shame this is the only gym in the area because it’s impossible to even get ahold of a staff member to inquire about a membership. I’ve called numerous times without an answer and left multiple voicemails, I filled out the online inquiry form that says “someone will reach out to you in 24 hours!” and nobody ever did, and they don’t seem to be there during their advertised staffed hours. Because of the 24/7 access, the door is permanently locked, so I can’t even attempt to go inside. If I can’t reach them by phone or their website, what else am I supposed to do? Super frustrating.

I'm not even a member of this gym, but after reading the comments about " great staff" ect Id like to know why I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone there going on two weeks. I have called at numerous different time of the day, I have left voicemails ( several ) and no answer or returned call. At this point they just lost a potential customer for simply not being available to talk to someone about there memberships. If its this hard to try to be a member then I'm sure the gym isn't even worth going to!! Pretty up set to say the least.
