The faculty is in terrible shape, cancelling my membership was a nightmare that ended up costing me money even months after I had cancelled. I cancelled in September because I was moving to another state and two months later I was still being charged, I had my bank block any transactions from them and they kept adding to my account as past due and the late and due emails kept arriving.

This place is a joke. I had a year membership and went to cancel it a month before it ended I have email proof I will attach saying I would be charged $117 then it went to $149 and now my card is saying $175. They make it impossible for you to close out your account jumping through hoops. If you sign up do month to month because they will charge a ton of fees to close and not be up front about it, I’ve never went to a gym that for 1 makes it hard to close your account and talk to 3 people to get it done, 2 charge outstanding fees. If you need a gym go to planet or the complex because be aware they take your money and the equipment is old. I also go to check my account and they tried to add another late charge as I am paying to close it and my account still says active and I owe the months payment. I emailed them no response.

When I signed up for my membership, I made it well known that I had plans to move, and I was assured multiple times that I could cancel my membership at any time I wished. The time came that I had to move, and I was told that I could not cancel my membership by the manager who had signed me up, and the new manager who had taken over. I had some other problems with this specific location, but blatantly lying about a contract just takes the cake.

Anytime Fitness in Moses Lake is not the best example of the franchise. Much of the equipment is dated and not in the best of shape. They have just built a Planet Fitness next door with all the modern amenities so my suggestion is a face-lift to compete. There are a minimum of 6 workout facilities in the area so it is going to be important to present well!

Do not go to this Gym.. The guy running it is completely worthless. Talked me into using my insurance instead of paying up front. Now I am paying 60 a month and still can’t get access to this gym. What a joke.

The Manger is awesome and makes you feel welcomed. Love his 0 tolerance for harassment and bullying. It's very clean and everyone is very nice. If you need a gym I definitely recommend this place!

The only other anytime fitness I went to near Seattle was way nicer than this one. Every single free weight bench here is torn and worn out. All the free weight equipment is old and pretty beat up. Still works but not ideal. For instance, the new hammer strength racks have a track to slide the bench into. The equipment is also not organized well. Random plates everywhere. Mainly the old beat up equipment just makes the free weight area look grungy. They do seem to have newer machines and cardio equipment up front, where the decor is nicer coincidentally.

Anytime Fitness is affordable for membership, or $5 for one drop in workout. Great personal trainers on staff to maximize your efforts! Snack and water vending machines. All essential cardiovascular and strength training equipment. Once a committed member, you're able to use your key fob at gyms nationwide!! Most equipment is Bluetooth and Apple wired to plug in your devices.

I appreciate that they got some classes back but when they did that they increased the rates considerably without warning. Plus they are only available for members which means you can't invite friends without them paying to get into the gym. Every time I have tried to get a quote for my friends to join it has been a different rate for each person. The staff is there sporadically which makes daycare a real issue, especially when they offer night classes without the option of childcare. Otherwise the gym seems to be clean and organized and taken care of. I agree with the other reviewer...the music selection is lame.
