This gym when it was first opened was great. Now it’s filthy and disgusting. The gym is not maintained, dirty floors, sticky equipment, fans have dust swirling all around, ontop the doors from view site of the step mills (that don’t work) are dusty and gross. We go to work out for our health and wellbeing, but working out in a dirty dusty gym does not fit that standard.
I emailed management with my concerns, I hope they take it seriously and clean this gym from top to bottom.

They have done a better job with cleaning...not sure if it's from the bad reviews. But the gym is still stale. Never music playing. and they don't update equipment. But better with cleanliness but I would still wipe down the equipment LOL.

Not entirely sure if anyone actually works at this gym.

Membership transferred while I was staying in the Snoqualmie area and attempted to cancel before moving & renewal. Went to the physical location on 5/23 during staffed hours and no staff could be found. No notes, but the phone did ring in the office. Left several messages over the course of the next 2 weeks but no one ever picked up or returned our call.

Resorted to filing a dispute with my credit card company. Didn’t realize I had to jump through that many hoops to cancel a membership.

Doesn’t help the gym is constantly overrun by teens in the area sneaking in on a single membership at night. Not really a mystery as to why the gym was a filthy mess every morning.

The 2 managers I’ve dealt with (Conrad and Grace) are rude, unwelcoming and unprofessional. Glad we have better options in the valley for a gym with better people running them.

Excellent gym, cleanliness has come a long way over several months past. Bathrooms are improved and the gym has made a big turn around. Equipment is older but it works and there is a lot of equipment to use. 24/7 Access is a big plus and can't beat the location.

It does seem like the facilities have been updated since the last time I lifted here around 6 months ago however it is incredibly dirty. I figured it would be a one off but it been consistently dusty, the mirrors are dirty with sweat and marks, and things look very disorganized. Disappointing to see since I've been lifting here for at least 5 years now.

Small gym but it's great! As long as you don't go when the high school boys are standing next to every machine and slamming 50 pound stacks like they're heavy. Seems to be a gathering place for teenage meatheads but it's not the gyms fault. This place rocks!

This is a great space to work out and be your best!!! Always super clean and music is never too loud....they also have so many options of work out machines for you to choose from. Best gym in this area!!! The only reason why I'm not giving it a 5 star is because there's no pool or sauna. But still great place to work out!!!!!

Charged account without fully making aware that their gym was open. Expected that because we were under lockdown that we would be made well aware when our accounts would be charged. Didn't use the gym since February and saw that they were billing since August. Apparently they "emailed" ever since then but I didn't even see it come through and I use hotmail. Very disappointed with the way their staff handled reopening; didn't even give a call to let me know they were open. Their voicemail stated that they would work to make sure we were getting billed fairly. However, this was just pathetic and they were not considerate or willing to work with me on this at all.

Anytime fitness does a good job of being covid friendly by checking temperatures and providing masks and gloves. There is also a large variety of machines and equipment provided for their members. There hasn't been anything that I've come across that's made me think negatively of them.

Gym itself is fine, clean equipment and relatively big facility.

I have a huge issue with their pricing. This facility/franchise is charging it's members $20 above the average monthly membership in other Anytime Fitness locations.

The average cost for an Anytime Fitness membership in the US is $36.50 (This statistic is on the ATF website), this facility is charging $56.

I come from a big city with a comparable cost of living. I've been with ATF for over five years. I was paying $36 at that ATF location. There is absolutely no reason for the $20 difference. Small fluctuations based on cost of living are understandable, this price gouging is not.

Awesome gym and ownership! Sean, the owner, is amazing and super helpful! The gym is clean and smells good. They strive to update the equipment when needed and make the gym user friendly for multiple types of people who enjoy working out. Has a large variety of cardio machines and weight lifting machines. Lots of space, not like the typical anytime fitness. Lots of room to stretch out and enjoy your work out without hoards of people. Nice showers and bathrooms. Excellent views from the second story level where the cardio machines are located, views of the mountains. I would make this gym home!! Quiet, peaceful, allows for an awesome workout!

My girlfriend was trying to get some things straight financially with her membership payments and her debt card. Shaun answered the phone and proceeded to belittle her and being extremely rude to her. He then decided to cancel her membership and tell her not to,come back. Very disappointed the owner couldnt be more mature about the matter.

It is so worth it!
Being open 24hours a day makes all the difference.
There is a lot of equipment to use.
It is not the cleanest gyms.
Water fountain is corroded.
Bathrooms are Rusty and kind of dirty.
The StairMaster is literally put in a corner for no reason it's like you're on time out when using it.
But the extra mirrors in the hours make it all worth it four out of five.

Filthy! Dirty equipment and dirty rags to clean it. I used to live in NYC and things get dirty with that density of population, but NYC gyms have nothing on this place. The Renton, WA location, which has MJ smokers and homeless people frequently, is still CLEANER than this place. This looks like it was another gym/dance studio before and the new franchisee owner is just in it for the money, which isn't wrong since it is Snoqualmie bourgeois. Affluent people usually have clean gyms.

Join the YMCA, it's busy, but much cleaner and the hours are pretty generous. This anytime fitness is "low rent."
