I took a shower in the sink. Best sink I have ever used. I only go to gyms for the sinks. If you have a problem with the sink, then you forgot to turn the faucet on. How dare you forget to turn the faucet on. The faucet needs love, and the faucet needs life. The faucet flows. The faucet knows. Do not forget... or the faucet will sink you far below. All hale the faucet.

Clean, not crowded, ability to use the parking garage. Less amenities than other gyms but 24hr access is great. By comparison, Golds in Camas closes at 7PM on weekends.

Confused on the business strategy of being a 24 hour gym but having such limited staffed hours that if you have a normal business hours/weekday job, you’ll never be able to get in for their required in-person sign up, aside from 2 hours in the middle of the day on Saturday? 😅 Please widen your staffed hours or give the option for a fully online signup/trial pass.

Second, why do the staffed hours on the door reflect 10-6 Mon-Thur and the (rather hard to find) hours listed online say 930-6?

The Employees here are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I GET DIRTY LOOKS, THEY NEVER GREET ME AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE. MY HUSBAND AND I WILL BE CANCELING OUR MEMBERSHIPS. There are much better gyms in the area. What a joke of a business.

I've been working out at AF Washougal for over a year now. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who wants to have access to a clean gym run by professional staff who are always willing to help out and answer questions. The equipment is new and clean. The AF app provides plenty of suggestions for routines. I love the natural light and the underground parking. You have 24/7 access so there's no excuse for not working out!! Thanks so much for being a part of downtown.

I’ve seen the same sentiment in a couple negative reviews so I just wanted to post my own opinion - several people have commented that they were surprised to learn that they were in a contract, and allude to the fact that they where tricked in some way. The staff could not possibly be more transparent with the pricing. They go over every single cost during the tour, then during signup they hand you a pricing sheet that once again details the cost and the commitment length choices (there are several options). Then when you sign up, the contract once again states the cost and length of the commitment. Nothing is hidden. Anyone surprised by this didn’t listen and didn’t read what they were signing. And for those needing to cancel - they are very understanding and offer several options. The staff at this location is wonderful, caring and attentive. They care about their members, and unlike some of the bigger gyms - they know every member by name. The facility is bright and always squeaky clean. An added bonus is that you get access to every single location worldwide (even though this location is locally owned). I visited a location in London last year, and I even recently learned that Anytime Fitness is the only gym on all 7 continents. That’s right - you can even use this gym membership in Antarctica 😆 Highly recommend this wonderful gym community.

Went to go take a look and evaluate the gym and it was all locked. From the window there was no one working and it looked like it was a tiny room with only a couple of machines. Maybe if they want people to come they will have someone there.

I have been a member since it opened. So much easier to workout in than other gyms because it is light and airy as well as spotlessly clean. The staff is great and readily available for questions or concerns. The other members are generally low-key and appropriately friendly. I would highly recommend if you are interested in your health and fitness.

I have had the great fortune of traveling and using several Anytime Fitness gyms. This location is definitely my favorite. Lots of natural light, great equipment, clean and attached to an underground parking lot. You don’t have to get wet. The gym is smaller but there isn’t an issue with using/sharing equipment. Love this place.

Incredibly expensive for only 20 pieces of equipment. To cancel you have to pay half of the rest of your membership. $54 a month is absolutely insane. How can you expect anyone to recommend this gym when other places are only charging $10-$20 a month and have 2x the equipment. Half the time you can't even use what you want because they do not have duplicates of anything other than the elliptical and treadmill. Was told to either freeze my account, pay the $200 to cancel it or try to find someone to take it over. Will not be recommending this gym to anyone who actually wants a good caring gym.

I have moved several times and worked out at many gyms including other AF locations. I found this gym while looking for a gym that would allow me to work out for a few months while I'm here temporarily. This location is exceptional - it is the best gym I have attended.

The staff here are incredible. Justice, the manager, help set me and my brother up for a short-term modified membership, and will be helping set my brother up for long term once I'm gone. The trainers, Jenn and Jess have been very helpful, helping me with form on some of my tougher lifts, discussing exercise science, and just chatting. I see them training their clients every day, and I can see that they are very efficient, knowledgeable, and make workouts fun.

The facility itself is modern, very clean (even their cleaning solution is top notch - it smells literally like chai). Members clean up after themselves. There is a very wide variety of equipment, from cardio/treadmill/ellipticals to gym machines, rowing machine, Airdyne bike, free weights, etc. I primarily train for strength and conditioning - there is ample space for the main power lifts, as well as accessory exercises with dumbbells/kettlebells, and conditioning. They have trap bars, belts, a boxing bag, boxing gloves, ab wheels, literally all the equipment you could want.

One of my favorite things about this gym is that it is not crowded. At home, I sometimes have to wait 20 min for a squat rack to open up at my crowded commercial gym. Here, I walk in, warm up, and then get to work. It's that easy. There are also cubbies to store your things, members get discounted protein/energy drinks, they have periodic free classes, the list goes on. I get the sense that is a gym that cares about the community and the people it serves. Having had this experience is going to make it hard to go back to the gym at home, but I look forward to coming back one day. Thanks to the AF Washougal team for making my time here awesome!

Understand you are signing a CONTRACT!

I signed up thinking I was signing up for a gym MEMBERSHIP. Memberships I have signed up for in the past have the option to cancel at anytime, however, I was excited, the gym was clean, up to date equipment. The sign up process was quick and painless. Should have raised a red flag for me but it didn't as I wanted to start working out using a clean place to do so. They even welcome suggestions. Here is your suggestion - explain to your prospective customers that they are signing a two(2) year contract.

Life happened and I found myself in a completely different state and the closest Anytime fitness not worth driving to. I inquire about canceling my "membership" and I am told ... "Our policy requires a 30-day notice and half of your remaining balance to be paid. I see your contract runs through May of 2023". MAY OF 2023! Say what? A 2 year contract for a gym. I now see how these gyms afford to stay open! A "2 year contract" was never mentioned during the sign up process.

Thank you Anytime Fitness of Washougal for an expensive life lesson. I will NOT recommend Anytime Fitness to anyone!

I joined Anytime Fitness in Washougal about a year ago, and I couldn't be happier. I was kind of a mess physically and finally decided to do something about it, which meant joining the gym and getting setup with a personal trainer. I've been training with Jennifer ever since, and it's been amazing. My body feels 10x better, I'm stronger and leaner, and perhaps most importantly in a better place mentally. From being patient to motivational and just a nice person--Jennifer is great! She's also an outstanding communicator which makes fitting training into a busy schedule nice and easy. The gym itself has great equipment and is always well maintained and clean. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and honestly, its just a great place to be. I'm thankful that I found this place when I moved to Camas--if you're looking for a gym in the area, this is the one!

Love this place..
Ive worked out in so many different gyms all over the US and I have to admit, this has to be one of the nicest fitness facilities I've been in. In fact, being from Los angels this gym rivals even some of the very best training facilities we have there.

The equipment is top of the line, modern and organized in a way that makes your working out time efficient.
Unlike the huge gym chains, there are real people who own this place and actually care about you the client. They are are very down to earth and extremely accommodating.
If you're looking for a place to exercise look no further.

Started coming in COVID. Wipe down your machine/equipment before and after you use it and you'll be fine. You don't have to wear a mask (only when coming and leaving)
Sessions are limited to an hour, which most people don't follow this rule. Wish you had more than 1 squat rack.

Great place for 24/7 gym time.
I drive all over NW Oregon and SW Washington for work, and there's an anytime fitness just about everywhere I go!

Doors are secured after hours, and the locations are well lit.

This specific location has a great variety of free weights and machines. Nice area for large workouts and an enclosed space with a large screen and free workout videos.

Anytime fitness is a great gym with a good atmosphere. It's super clean and the employees are very helpful and friendly. Paul the owner is a great guy who can be trusted. The gym its self can fit any fitness need from average Joe to crosfitter to bodybuilder. And FYI I am not an employee just a happy customer.
