Awake bodies is awesome! I did the amazing red light therapy & Vibragenix machines. They are incredibly rejuvenating and leave you feeling completely renewed. If you’re in town visiting or live here, I recommend Awake Bodies Pilates Studio for all things wellness & health. Hali is a true professional and will ensure you’re dialed in and on the right path. You won’t regret stopping by & prioritizing your health! Make sure you do the red light therapy❤️

Awake Bodies is a hub for healing! The owner Hali helped me walk after I blew out my knee. She is highly knowledgeable about the human body she did way more for me than my PT was able to do. She also aided my husband in recovery from several bulging discs! The doctors wanted to do surgery but after a few visits with Hali he learned new ways to exercise is body through Pilates and now he has been pain free for over two years!! Yes we are a very lucky community to have Hali’s vast experience and her love of helping others heal!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Awake Bodies is wonderful. The instructors are so helpful and kind. They really create a sense of community. I’ve struggled with a left hip issue for years due to running. I’ve been attending weekly reformer classes for about 6 months and I feel so much stronger and no longer have pain. I am so thankful for this studio.

I've been going to Awake Bodies for 2 years now, and Hali is an absolute gem of a human. I take a weekly Reformer class and have done several private sessions. I consider each class/session to be my version of physical therapy. Each time I leave the studio, I feel refreshed and strong. Hali is friendly, kind, and funny, somehow making even the toughest exercises feel doable. She has a wealth of knowledge about the body and healthy movement patterns, which she weaves seamlessly into every class. The studio also has a warm, friendly atmosphere, with everyone supporting each other and not an ounce of that unpleasant competitive vibe I've experienced in other studios and gyms. My time at Awake Bodies has improved my performance and recovery during all my other favorite activities--hiking, mountain biking, SUP, skiing, etc. Highly recommend!

I started coming here in September and was excited to find such a great studio in the valley. Hali is an incredibly knowledgeable instructor with great cueing and demonstrations. She’s friendly and welcoming and delivers a well rounded and challenging workout. The studio is gorgeous and her equipment is clean and well maintained. Whether you are looking for a fitness class, rehabbing an injury or just want to try something new this studio has something for everyone. Highly recommend!

Hali is an absolute gem! Her knowledge of the body and how it moves (and shouldn't move) is incredible. Before I found Hali I had been seeing 3 other drs weekly. I rarely went a day without lower back pain/hip pain to find out that my body was compensating with the wrong muscle groups for years bc of old injuries and traumas hence the tremendous increasing pain. Literary within one private visit I felt a difference! Now I'm in a Reformer Class and my body loves it. I am moving and walking without pain and breathing correctly with better posture then I've had in 30 years! Hali couldn't be more welcoming and understanding of what my body needed. I am so grateful to have found her. Hali you are an angel, thank you!
