Love that its keypad so i can go at anytime that is convenient. Clean facility and has all the necessities. When I made the decision to join the owner met me that day to set things up. Very accommodating.

I'm recovering from a total knee replacement! It great to have a clean, fully equipped gym to help with my recovery! Gym owner had been a great help to point out what machines I should use to help my recovery! Great value for your money, don't have to drive to Spokane. Great job#

Great place to work out! Never crowded, and everyone is respectful and friendly. Price is a touch steep but still affordable. Plenty of equipment to get a good sweat on. Wish they had a good power lifting section, but limited space means limited function. I love working out here.
