I have not been to Barbell Blueprint, however I can tell you that I had the pleasure of training with Jordan Ruhle for 4 years straight, 3 days a week and my husband joined us after 2 years. We stopped only because Jordan left for college. Jordan is extremely knowledgeable about physical fitness and how to achieve optimal results. He cares deeply about teaching good form, correct movement, proper weight, and varying strength, flexibility, cardio, and agility. He is an excellent trainer, has a great personality and is a genuinely good person. My husband and I would both go to Barbell Blueprint if we lived closer.

Excellent trainer for every skill level and body type! Great at modifying for each individual while still getting everyone training. He will help with your goals both athletically and is very knowledgeable about sports nutrition and rehabilitation. π― recommend!

Jordan Ruhle is an excellent instructor. I was in a cross fit training group a few years ago when he was our instructor. Jordan was always patient, giving clear instruction, knowledgeable of proper form and body composition. Jordan also helped me achieve goals I never thought I could. Jordan is an awesome person hard worker, and enjoys helping people achieve their goals of fitness! Iβm excited for his new journey of having his own fitness place. Jordan was my strength coach for a few years, and then went on to be the personal weightlifting coach for our son for over 4 years. Jordan is incredibly knowledgeable, detailed, and highly disciplined. Iβve seen him manage groups of people in the gym with completely different needs, fitness levels, and ages. He is an amazing motivator, keeps you on track and focused, and writes programs that work. You donβt just get stronger with Jordan - you also learn correct form, understand movement patterns, and know how to workout safely and correctly. If you need a strength coach I can think of no other more qualified.
