Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness, designed to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.

I received a five pack of Barre3 classes. I have used all five of them, and have been able to meet very nice people and my instructors in this case Becca and Lily are exceptional. I plan on re-upping as soon as possible. I noticed there’s not that many men that attend these classes. I have to tell you that the women that are taking the classes have a leg up on all of us ,men, because it is a complete and challenging workout.

I have been going to Barre3 for the better part of a year and half and love this place. Great instructors who tell you what muscles to work for each exercise and how it is helping you. Fun music. The front desk people are friendly and welcoming. The bathroom is always spotless. On top of all this, there is a wonderful crowd of women who frequent this place. They are all shapes an sizes, all ages, and all super kind with each other. I highly recommend this place. And I forgot to mention it is an excellent workout! Always leave sweaty and happy.

My absolutely favorite physical activity! I love all of the instructors - seriously every single one of them. I actually want to get up early and come to class because I leave so rejuvenated and it starts off day right. It is not just about strength and stretches, it is spiritual as you are first don't believe that you can pulse in that lunge position any longer and get reminded to close your eyes and take a moment to appreciate your body. I love Barre3! A unique mix of stretching, strength, cardio, and developing core muscles - with friendly teachers who know bodies, encourage modifications, and care about us. I’ve hit the jackpot with Barre3 in West Searrle. I’m over 60 and while the class has studients mainly in their 20’s, 30’’s , and 40’s, it is a great workout for all ages. , I feel comfortable and challenged. I’ve taken many different kinds of cardio and strength training, but Barre3 is my favorite. The teachers are great, kind, fun and knowledgeable .

I've been hooked on Barre3 W. Seattle for a little over a year now. I really love the instructors, especially Lauren's classes 🔥🔥🔥 I really appreciate how Lauren takes the time to connect with her students on a personal level; asking how work and life is and showing genuine interest. The music is always amazing and gets me in the zone.

cons: people who bring cell phones into the studio and look at messages between workouts 🤯🤯🤯 and sometimes the vibe can be a bit caddy. I walked into the studio today and overheard two ladies bad mouthing co workers and complaining about their performance; not the vibe or energy you want to be around when you're coming into a space that should be safe and community oriented.

These classes are great for high intensity but low impact. I have joint issues and am susceptible to plantar fasciitis and I thought my great workout days were over. I started coming to Barre3 in January with the personal goal of strengthening my core and improving my overall fitness. From day one, I knew this was the place for me. They welcomed me and made me feel at ease from the minute I walked through the door. I loved it so much that I became a member and take 3-4 classes each week. I leave every class with a happy, sweaty, sense of accomplishment. The instructors are ALL amazing, supportive and encouraging. They challenge me and motivate me to work harder than I would on my own. The Barre3 community of (mostly) women is also friendly, encouraging and the group atmosphere is so motivational!
If you’re on the fence, I encourage you to try a Barre3 class! I’m willing to bet you won’t regret it!
P.S. My core is way stronger than it was in just a few months of consistently taking classes at Barre3… not to mention the added bonus of stronger gluts, quads, biceps, deltoids….! The "play lounge" caretaker, Lana, is so sweet and attentive to the kids/babies, and has a great attitude even when it's pure chaos. Oh my gosh! I cannot rave enough about Barre3 West Seattle. I signed up not knowing anything about what the exercise was or if I’d like it. What stood out the most was the whole experience basically: from the initial contacting of the company, to the nice greeting walking into studio, and the coolest group of women in the classes-even though we don’t know one another there’s that unity of making it to class, the studio is clean, the classes aren’t too crowed, try it, you may love it!!!

Great classes with a lot of different schedule options and a truly welcoming atmosphere. The teachers learn names quickly and remember them. The barre3 West Seattle studio has been such a great part of my workout routine now that we're able to be back in the studio. The energy in the classes is amazing and they have great instructors. Some of my favorites so far are Sarah H and Lyndsey A. I'm really enjoying the 12:00 pm weekday class that meets for 45 minutes - it's a great, quick workout that doesn't take up too much time mid-day. Highly recommend it :)

Such a great experience at Barre3. Great instructors that offer a variety of movement and music helps to keep me interested. The class times that are offered somehow manage to work really well for my hectic schedule, I can almost always sneak in a class. Love, love, love this studio!

I've taken a class with almost most of the instructors now, and they all know how to challenge you physically and mentally, while also having fun doing it. I'm a very athletic person and I have yet to come out of a single class without my muscles shaking and burning (in a good way!). The last few minutes of every class also includes doing breath work, which has been a godsend for my anxiety and "blah" feeling over the winter.

The ladies there are all super friendly, personable, and quick to remember your name. The studio is very clean and up-to-date, too.

I have been going here for a couple weeks now and am hooked! The instructors are amazing. All are knowledgeable, super motivating and willing to adapt workouts for people of all levels. I love the cardio mixed with strength training, balance challenges, and even stretching incorporated in the workout. I literally feel stronger and longer after these workouts! I have not attended group fitness classes regularly for over 4 years. As a former fitness professional, I am very particular about instructors. This group of ladies are amazing! I have taken classes with 4 different instructors and each add their own bit of "flare" to the workout. I am feeling better than I have felt in years. Hands down this is the best barre studio in Seattle!
