Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness, designed to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.

Barre3 Yakima is simply amazing! What I love most about Barre3 is the community, the movement and how good I feel after each class. I usually take classes at 6 am, which normally would be a struggle for me, but at Barre3 I look forward to it! If you want a work out that’s guaranteed to be challenging and rewarding, then Barre3 is for you!

If you need a sign to sign up for a class here, this is it. I am not a huge fan of group classes/workouts, but these classes are different. This was so fun to try and do. I have done 2 classes. A big push for me was my 1st free class (offered to everybody). I have had Janine and Via, as my instructors, and they are both so fun, friendly, and energetic. The energy in the entire studio is so infectious the minute you walk in! I love that the workouts have modifiers for a beginner like me. I feel no judgement, and you have so much fun, that a 60 minute class flies by. Not to mention how great and accomplished you feel for the rest of the day. In my first class, I was suggested to try being in the front of the class, and it’s a suggestion I pass on to anybody trying this for the first time! :)

I have only been to 3 classes, all the staff is very nice and friendly. Especially the blonde tall woman (I think her name is Erin). She greeted me at my first class and was very sweet and motivating, it helped me ease the nerves and want to go back. I have enjoyed all three classes but had extra fun at Nikkis. She had such a fun playlist!

I could go on and on about how much I love barre3 yakima. It’s full body cardio, strength and mindfulness. Low impact and modifications available for any age and every body! Great community, clean space, conveniently located off 40th.

Absolutely wonderful! Great staff and instructors. This exercise program is VERY low impact and there's always modifications if your body is like nope I'm not doing that. I have back and shoulder issues and this class has helped get me moving again.
The instructors will always challenge you no matter which one. As a male everyone was very welcoming staff and students. It's a bit awkward being the only one in class a lot of times but you get over it. Highly recommend for people looking for a low impact course to take.

If you’re reading this review then you might be looking for a new exercise routine. Give Barre3 a try. Do yourself a bigger favor and purchase the 10-day pass.
Concrete reasons: there are classes everyday, variety of time slots, childcare for the little kiddos, clean and inviting studio. More abstract reasons: each of the instructors are awesome and unique. You’ll not only find an exercise routine but also a great community of people working just as hard as you and cheering each other on.
Give it a try! At the very least you’ll move your body and get a sweat on!

I absolutely love this studio! It’s got a happy vibe, super clean, ample parking and great location. During class the are always modifications suggested to help accommodate different bodies. It just feels inclusive, positive and friendly. I highly recommend treating yourself to an awesome workout at a great place.
