I love this place! There is so much intentionality and joy that Jen and Team have put into making both of their locations unique to meet every client where they are at. Their instructors are motivating and great at correcting your form to ensure you don’t hurt yourself. I have been taking their strength classes at West Canal Yards since they opened in July and have noticed such a difference in my strength as well as reduced pain in my hips and shoulders. Highly recommend taking classes here!

I just finished my two week/two class intro pass at BHN. I took classes with Katy and Dianne and I am so incredibly happy that I found this studio. The classes are fun and challenging, instructors are welcoming and very motivating - they each kindly checked in with me before class. No leaderboards (thank goodness!), just show up, sweat and dance the class away. Front desk is 10/10, big thanks for setting me up! I’m very much looking forward to returning.

I first visited BHN on my birthday last year in July and I had no expectations, and yet somehow they knew how to really make me feel at home instantly. I remember my first class being with Katy and she saw it was my bday and asked me what song I wanted to request. It was one of the most fun rides I’ve had the pleasure of doing and the fun hasn’t stopped more than a year later! Their WCY strength training class is challenging, but approachable and you feel like you’ve conquered the world by the end of it. I could go on about how cute the facilities are, how swaggy the merch is and how every addition to the space sparks joy, but the real MVPs are (1) the people - obvi and (2) that the playlists NEVER miss. I’m so thankful for this community. Lastly, a shoutout to some of my fav instructors: Evander, Aliah (come back!), Michael, Katy, Q, Nate and Colin 🫶🏽✨

This was my first time at Be Here Now, and overall I had a good workout. The staff was very welcoming and the instructor had great energy, which really helped set the vibe. I arrived about 5 minutes before class since I was rushing from work, and the staff still took the time to walk me through the setup, explain the class, and show me where the lockers and restrooms were, which I really appreciated.
The only downside for me was the shoe rental. Since it was my first class and I don’t have cycling shoes, I wish the rental was complimentary for first-time guests it left a bit of a sour taste in an otherwise positive experience.
I don’t think I’ll be returning, but I do want to acknowledge that the class itself was not bad and the staff was friendly.

Fitness, joy, community: Be Here Now really has it all! I was brand new to cycling in December, and BHN has been the most supportive and welcoming community. For the first time ever I am excited to workout each day, all thanks to the wonderful people who make this place so special!

Be Here Now is the place to be! I haven’t taken a spin class since college (almost 10 years ago…) and when I was invited to go to BHN I was so nervous. However, when I first walked through the doors, I’ve felt so welcomed by the team and was able to pick up where I’ve left off. The team helped me set up my bike and provided me with enough guidance to feel confident during my first class. And now I’m over 50+ classes (and as someone who has a hard time sticking to things I’ve started), I’m so grateful for this community and space to begin again and again and again!

Attended my first spin class and I had no idea what to expect but it was better than my expectations. Funnest group fitness class I have done. I have a background in high school and college sports and this was a great workout to add to my weekly routine.
Leah was an awesome instructor, super engaging with great music. I highly recommend signing up.

I can’t recommend this place enough. As someone who was brand new to spin, I can say this is the most welcoming fitness studio ever. They go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and are ready to help you set up the bike your first few visits. All the teachers are great, but my favorite classes are always with Evander 🤩 he is the best!!!

I don’t make it here as often as I’d like, but every time I do, it feels like a full ‘me time’ session. No stress, no distractions.. just riding in the dark to incredible music, surrounded by people with the best energy. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and inspired. If I could make it here daily, I would! It’s such a special space, led by awesome individuals who create an environment that’s welcoming and empowering. My favorite part? No pressure. No screens, no competition, just amazing vibes.

Best spin studio I’ve ever been to! I used to go to spin classes every so often and had such a hard time finding the rhythm and enjoying myself, but that’s all changed since coming to be here now. It’s such an incredibly welcoming space with really fun instructors and awesome members. I love being able to chat with new people every time I come in! Absolutely love it here and go on a regular basis, which I would have never saw myself doing before. Highly recommend for folks that hate or love spin!

I would give be here now a 100/5 if I could.
I moved to Seattle from LA a few months ago and was looking to find a new spin studio to call home. I found be here now online and booked my first class & was immediately at home here.
The community that is cultivated here is unmatched - from the front desk to the locker rooms having every little thing you could need, to the top notch instructors who clearly care to meet you and motivate you, the magic of this place is hard to put into words. My favorite instructor is Lauren but they are all amazing!!!
The mental health aspect of spin is my favorite part and be here now nails it, always reminding riders to check in with themselves and do what feels best for their body.
Lastly, if you're new to spin or struggle with numbers with your workouts, be here now doesn't do any stats or races which I love - your ride is your ride only, comparison is the thief of joy <3

Such a great studio!! I've never actually been to a formal spin class (only rode stationary bikes, mountain biked, etc.) & I had such a fun time. I really enjoyed the workout. The staff was super helpful getting shoes rented, showing where stuff was, even helped me get on the bike and adjust the height and help me clip in. All the other people in the class were also super super cool - one person helped me unclip at the end of the class without asking! I will definitely be going back.

I’ve been attending classes since April and I’m really happy I’ve joined this studio and the BHN community. They have been very welcoming and each instructor is intentional in their instructions and creating an environment in their class to have you feel empowered and supported.
The studio itself is really nice. The locker rooms have some nice amenities. The membership price is at reasonable price compared to other studios ($140 monthly). BHN offers occasional themed rides which are fun - some of the ones I’ve attended include Charli XCX, Emo, and Halloween.
If you’ve been considering joining a cycling studio (even if it is your first time doing it!), I highly recommend checking out BHN. I’ve never cycled before joining BHN and I’m so happy I did. It’s a wonderful community and space to be a part of in Seattle.

So I started coming here on a whim a few weeks ago. I usually rock climb and lift weights but I was looking for something fun I could add in the cardio space.
A few things really stand out to me about this place.
1) The instructors are AMAZING, super supportive, and kind.
2) The community/vibe of this place is so good. For my first class, the front desk folks were so nice in helping me with the shoes, and then a CLASSMATE helped me out with adjusting my bike.
3) The studio is SO clean! I know that sounds kind of silly but it's just a very clean and well decorated space. I feel very safe and calm there. The locker rooms are well stocked with nice towels, products, etc.
Much love to Jen and the bhn team. You're building something really special.
update: I've been going here consistently for about 6 months. the review still stands. even though the studio is growing, it's still a cozy and special community!

Came in for a free class via CSRD and the BHN crew is so fun! Definitley carried the same welcome energy that we have in the running community. Dianne and Jen were great & super encouraging! Was nervous to try a cycle class but the 45 mins flew by and I’ll definitley be back. Did I mention how pristine the studio was?? They really thought with intention about their customers and it was just such an awesome time!

Awesome person, full of energy to keep you hyped in her class. Love the supporting staff as well, great for new comers as well as they’ll get you situated at the beginning when you come in to make sure you enjoy yourself.

I wish I could give this studio 999999 millions stars. I've taken several classes at BHN and every instructor has been warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and makes the class approachable and adaptable depending on the need of the attendees. They always ask my name if they don't recognize me and I always feel included when I attend class.
As a person who experiences a lot of anxiety in scoping out new fitness studios, I am SO glad that I took the leap to try BHN. The facilities are impeccable and I am always met with the brightest personalities when I come in. There aren't any metrics on the bikes, which means that I can go at my own pace without fixating on a number that might not fit my needs for that day.
They've supported me in all of my questions and are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I'm set up for success. The classes are super fun, challenging (if you opt in to the challenges!), supportive, and always bring me back to the moment.
Shout out to the owner and teachers for making this an environment that folks feel safe to move their bodies in <3

This studio is exactly what every city needs. Jen and her team have created a GORGEOUS and SAFE space for EVERYONE! I love to bop around to different fitness studios bc I like variety but I made sure to buy a package of classes here so I can drop in whenever I want. I feel like all levels of fitness can thrive here - if you’re really fit, sit in the front row and dance to the choreo but it’s not mandatory so it’s totally fine if you don’t! I love a lil dance moment in my spin classes!

Everything about the experience at Be Here Now is filled with kindness and joy! The space itself is beautifully decorated, but also SO functional with locker rooms that have everything you need if you need to shower after, sweat towels provided for the workout class, and basically anything else that might be needed in studio (hair ties, Bobby pins, beverages, shoes, EVERYTHING!!!!). The staff and community members are so caring and have created a space that is for everyone. Never a bad time at Be Here Now :)

Can't say enough good things. I am not someone who enjoys cardio or cycling but I absolutely love BHN. The front desk folks are SO nice, instructors are great, and the facilities and amenities are very impressive - especially for how cheap the classes are.

I look forward to my be here now classes every week. The studio has such a good vibe, the bikes are awesome, and the people are amazing. I challenge myself, I have fun, I feel supported and in community 🥰 The space feels very safe and the instructors always encourage being in touch with yourself and what you need. Plus I love riding in the dark with candles!
I weight lift and wanted good cardio and a full body workout in community so I tried different types of classes to feel out the vibe. I had never done spin/rhythm cycling before and this community was the perfect fit! So happy to have them in my neighborhood ✨

I’m a Cyclebar loyalist but figured I’d try out the new neighborhood spot! Full disclosure, it can be A LOT if you’re a mega-introvert like myself (I did accidentally go on an instructor’s birthday night so it definitely had that vibe x1000) but either way - go with an open mind and an appetite for a good workout and you won’t be disappointed. I can tell that with just a few visits, you’d feel right at home in a new community, which is tough to come by in Seattle.

Taking a class from Breezy this Sunday at 9 am was just the energy and vibe I needed to kick-start the day. The playlist curation remains unmatched, I forget that I am in a spin studio and feel as if I've been teleported to a nightclub, rave, or music festival. She knows just how to find those thick, sticky beats and I always end up coming away from class feeling so content and excited about discovering new music. I 11/10 recommend her class to any and everyone.

A. While I have only attended one class, it’s obvious that BHN is something far beyond just cycling. The community, bikes, music, and teaching is all 🔥
B. The largest sensation and perhaps the most meaningful is the sense of belonging and openness in the space. There is such a space held by the community and teachers that you KNOW you can bring what you have that day, whatever it is, and there is space for it. A hard thing to find. Super grateful for the BHN squad, their vulnerability, encouragement, excitement, and what they’re doing for Seattle, couldn’t be more stoked.
C. Take a class, you’ll have ball.

As a fervent believer in the vision and expertise of the founder, I couldn't resist sharing my thoughts on the much-anticipated cycle class, even before attending. From the moment I heard about it, I knew it would be nothing short of exceptional.
The founder's reputation precedes them, known for their unwavering commitment to quality and innovation. Their passion for fitness and creating enriching experiences shines through in every endeavor, and I have no doubt that this cycle class will be no exception.
While I haven't yet had the pleasure of pedaling through the high-energy atmosphere of the studio, I can already envision the exhilarating ride ahead. The thoughtfully curated playlist, meticulously designed routines, and motivating instructors are sure to propel participants to new heights of fitness and enjoyment.
One aspect I particularly admire about the founder's approach is their dedication to inclusivity and accessibility. I trust that this cycle class will welcome individuals of all fitness levels, fostering a sense of community and empowerment among riders.
From what I've heard through the grapevine and seen in glimpses of promotional material, the studio exudes an atmosphere of positivity and encouragement. It's not just about burning calories; it's about embracing a lifestyle of wellness and self-improvement.
While I may not have yet experienced the cycle class firsthand, my confidence in the founder's vision and expertise leads me to anticipate nothing less than a transformative and unforgettable fitness journey. I eagerly await the opportunity to clip in, push my limits, and join the ranks of those who have already been inspired by this remarkable endeavor.

I went to a class at BHN for the first time this morning and I absolutely LOVED it. I was so impressed with the space, with the atmosphere, and with the teachers (Jen was the instructor!), especially for it being such a new. I'm fairly new to spin and felt so welcomed and supported the whole time, and I loved that Jen reminded us to breathe + watch our form throughout the class. Already can't wait to go back!

Everyone here is so welcoming and nice. Your workout is focused on enjoyment & fun instead of competition & pain. It's hard to find exercise studios with this kind of energy. I always leave feeling happy and confident (and sweaty). This place is what you're looking for if you need to start adding HIIT or cardio to the mix but dont know where to start.
- The room is dark. This changed my focus to my form & feeling instead how I look or being self-conscious.
- The music is amazing! I always burn more calories at this studio than in other places because I am having fun climbing hills or sprinting to the beat!
-Instructors & Staff are kind and welcoming. They make an effort to remember your name and make sure you're comfortable.
- Facilities are clean and beautiful. The locker-room is stocked with the personal items and amenities you need to shower and get ready for the rest of your day.
- The bikes are really nice!
-Bonus Points: Dobby! The owner's very cute and friendly dog who likes to welcome everyone as they arrive and leave!
I cannot emphasize how positive and amazing this place is!

It’s been a while since I’ve done live/in person classes (I was doing Peloton) and I’m hooked. The studio has a warm/enticing energy. The classes are challenging (!) but also let me push myself at my own level. Seems like the owner is often there and she’s amazing. She’s added so many little touches too, like the towels they have if you want to shower after are a great size (not just a little rag). Also somehow everyone is hot.
