I’ve been attending the aerial workshop in Kirkland for a while, and I absolutely love it! The instructors are amazing—encouraging, patient, and always supportive. It’s such a unique experience, especially since this is the only studio in the area that offers aerial.

I tried aerial yoga for the first time because a friend recommended it may help with my back pain. I was very intimidated because I hadn't worked out in a while and wasn't sure if I would be able to last the whole class with my back issues. Deandra was very kind and immediately made me feel at ease and the whole class was so much fun!

Enjoyable hot yoga studio. Great teachers, challenging classes but you are encouraged to go at your own pace and comfort, supportive environment. Studio is very clean, which is often an ignored or neglected aspect of other studios. 🙏🏽

I’ve been here many times. The classes are generally solid but if you don’t arrive very early, even with a reservation, you will not get in. In general I would expect a reservation to ensure you have a spot but here it will not. If you want to go here show up 20 mins early and a reservation, otherwise go elsewhere.

Be One Yoga studio is a Kirkland's best dedicated Hot Yoga studio. Classes provide healing improved focus. Jordan, Joyce, Michelle, Amanda, Flip, Adam and Jo are amongst many incredible teachers- too numerous to mention! A welcoming community with judgement-free classes. Local hot yoga I am deeply grateful for.

I’ve been going to this hot yoga studio for a few months now and have really loved it! At the end of each class, I always feel refreshed and the yoga flow always helps get the aches out of my joints. I do a lot of sports - running, climbing, hiking, and swimming. At the end of each week, hot yoga helps me recover and prevent injuries.
Steve is my favorite instructor I’ve had for any hot yoga class. He has amazing energy, is always kind and supportive, and leads classes that leave me feeling refreshed and inspired. I also feel that Amy is wonderful and so kind - I’ve really enjoyed her hatha classes.
I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 because I’ve taken a handful of classes with Joyce, and I don’t feel that she is very friendly. There have been multiple times that she’s called me out or snapped at me in class for doing a variation of a pose instead of what she precisely instructed. It makes the class feel rigid and stressful. She hasn’t cared to learn my name or to give me any positive encouragement. I decided I won’t take her classes anymore cause I always feel stressed out at the end of them.
The instructors sort of make or break your experience, and most of my experiences at this studio have been positive, and I do plan on continuing to come back.

I went for the Feb Aerial Sound Bath with Adam and it was a transcendental experience.
If looking to add to or up your Self Love/Self Care routine I highly recommend signing up for a session.
I've also done a yoga Nidra/sound bath session with Adam elsewhere, so looking forward to attending a session with him at Be One in the near future.

I would say I am a mid-level in in terms of yoga experience, and I have been to quite a few studios. I’m going to say this is the best yoga studio I’ve ever been to. It’s a very welcoming space, nice lobby area, a generous bathroom with two showers (for women’s not sure about men’s), and a decent sized room that’s a good hot temp that gets you going but not dying.
All the instructors so far have been great, and my favorite is Steve. He leads the free class on Saturdays at noon. Seriously, the best kept secret in Kirkland!
My absolute favorite part about the studio is that they give you a cold lavender towel at the end of class, as you relax into your final Shavasana.
Lastly, I feel like the people that come here are pretty chill. I would say there’s a lot more diversity at this studio than I’ve seen at others, in terms of background, age, as well as skill level/experience.
The only sort of annoying thing is their website / sign up - sometimes it’s clunky or doesn’t work for me. When that happens I just show up and the staff are always lovely and accommodating. I’ve never been turned away!
Okay that’s all this place rocks!

I am quitting hot yoga because of this gym. I would give this studio a 5 but because they lack awareness towards their customers, they deserve a 2.
This gym does many things absolutely perfectly. The teachers are excellent, the locker rooms are clean, the community is good, and both women and men feel welcome here.
The reason I'm leaving is because they heat the rooms too hot.
On the day that I decided to quit 30% of the class was lying on the floor because they could not complete the asanas (the yoga moves) because the temps were too high. Two people had to leave the class to get fresh air.
Hot yoga is dangerous, for example, if you're on medication.
This studio could teach their staff to pay closer attention to what's happening with their students and adjust temperatures. Especially during the busy sessions at 4:30pm and 6pm.
I understand that Bikram teaches a very strict temperature routine, and many love to follow this practice.
Still, I find it exclusionary and non-customer-focused to hold a strict heat regime if your customer isn't able to manage it. Businesses have a responsibility to listen to customers through observation.
My background bias for this review: I first learned yoga in 14 years ago and became a practitioner (some who does it regularly) 6 years ago when I discovered hot yoga.

After a decade of shoulder pain and lots of wasted money. I Gave a Sunday 8 am class a shot. The teacher was very welcoming and helpful. Only going once a week helped reduce my discomfort so I started going twice a week, twice a week turned into everyother day. Now 9 months later I am pain free and train every day. All the staff are the best and will help you to the best of their knowledge. Also free classes and many seminars. If you are new come to a Sunday class, a very stress free enviroment.
Thank you

Amazing class. Just took a Hot Vinyasa with Steve Wimmer, and it was absolutely wonderful. It was my first class and he gave me a great pre class tour of the studio, explaining how everything works/ how hot yoga works and where to lay my mat if the heat is too hot. He was also very helpful and encouraging throughout the class.

Unprofessional and un respectful, Wednesday 11/9/2022 at 7:45 pm I stop by to get more information and ask about instructors, 2 young lady at front desk with a very un polite and un necessary hand movement told me it’s close which I understand, but I was checking the board for their rate one of them stare at , I was wondering what’s that reaction and anyway i left to my car she came outside with her phone and took picture of me , I called the studio to talk to studio manager they refused and when I asked why did she take picture of me ? She answered because it’s late and for safety reason they have to take picture. It was my first and last impression of this studio. Yoga it’s not just a sport it’s a life style based on equality, peace and respect but I didn’t got any of them and I think it’s because of lack of proper training and incorrect insight. I feel offended and I am very disappointed.

Camo brings a unique style and profound level of awareness into his yoga instruction. He consistently maintains a passion for subtly exploring often overlooked muscle groups and areas of the body in new and varied ways, within the framework of traditional practice.
Camo's patience and calm gently encourages participants to delve deeper, while still providing safe modifications for all.
A pure, deep breath of ancient Hawaiian mindfulness and energy radiates in every class. One of my favorite instructors in 25 years!

First visit, on the first day of brand new ownership! This yoga studio is so awesome! The space is huge and beautiful, professional flooring unlike any other yoga studio I’ve ever practiced in, quality heat, good vibes, great instruction.
Tracy, the brand new owner taught an awesome class and although I was just passing through town, I could tell there were tons of cool events and energy around the studio. I met other students, other teachers who were practicing in class. Great community.

Although I have not attended the Yoga sessions, I would be doing everyone a huge disservice if I did not take a second to endorse the Reiki sessions provided by Hannah T at this fine establishment.
The environment is great. Not over the top, but certainly cozy and welcoming. I have yet to encounter a staff member who did not greet me with kindness and a smile.
As a practioner of spiritual healing, Hannah is outstanding. Patient. Present. Compassionate. Considerate. I can't really explain the magic that happens but both times I have come in, I left feeling as though something inside me was inexplicably taken apart and put back together better than it was before. And that feeling doesnt fade moments after you leave either. If you are at all spiritually inclined or curious about the journey within, I would highly recommend giving this a try. It isn't cheap, but the returns are priceless.

I stumbled across this place when I was looking for a hot yoga studio to go to during a four week visit to my daughter in Kirkland. I have been to six hot Hatha yoga classes so far and love, love, love, what it has done to my body and spirit. The staff is welcoming and warm, the atmosphere is calm and accepting, the studio and facilities are clean and inviting and the teachers are professional and gentle. What more can anyone ask for? I highly recommend this place and intend to return to it any time I am back in Kirkland.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this studio! I'm brand new to yoga, but went in for the hot yoga to help me get warm in these chilly winter months! :) Good news, I'm warm, and hooked!! The people at the studio are wonderful - practicing yogis and teachers alike!! Hadn't finished the 1 month trial before I signed up for the reoccurring monthly subscription! I also really love that the floor in the hot studio is a bit soft with just the right amount of give to it :)
Yoga can be SO intimating to start up, but these guys just made me feel welcome and great every time I leave - no matter how much of the class I spend confused and trying to catch up :)

I have been coming here for about 9 months now. I have taken Vinyasa and Hatha courses. Previously, I took classes at Root 2 Rise Yoga in Woodinville, and I had also taken courses at a few different locations in Arizona.
This is by far the best Yoga studio I have ever been to. Their instructors are excellent and offer tips for improving your practice throughout each lesson. In addition, they are always available for questions before and after class. They are invested in their students practice, and super welcoming to all. I have enjoyed Yoga, but have never been able to get in the regular habit of going. Over the past 9 months, I have managed to make it to Be One just about every week. This is because the instructors are great, so I feel like I'm constantly improving. It is also because they offer so many classes at various times, I feel like it's really easy to find a time that works. Finally, they offer kids classes as well so I can go in and drop off my little one.
I could write a whole review on the kids classes and how great Julia is. My daughter absolutely loves going to the class, and her happiness has been a great motivator for me in ensuring I make it at least once a week.
Be One also does a great job of accommodating all skill levels. While I'm a novice, there are some very experienced individuals in the class at well. The instructors do a great job of working with everyone regardless of where they're at in their practice.
And I know I mentioned welcoming above, but they truly go above and beyond. The diversity in the classes is great. There are representatives from all ages, genders, and races. It's absolutely awesome.

Hand down the BEST yoga studio in King County! I've been to many yoga studios in Seattle, Kirkland and Redmond, Be One is not only my favorite studio, but also many others' first choice that I chatted with. The studio has a great ambiance, always clean and smells nice. Awesome merchandise including a local yoga wear brand. They also sell manduka at a reasonable price, so I would highly recommend you check their prices before buying Manduka items online.
Be One has many variety of classes, including Vinyasa, sculpt, Hatha, Dharma Wheel, and other workshops that you don't see anywhere else close by. All the teachers are absolutely amazing! They are all trained under well-know gurus and have tons of experience teaching. I suggest you take classes from all the instructors to see what style fits you the most. The cherry on top is the LAVENDER TOWEL!! Trust me, you would appreciate it SO MUCH after a hot yoga class! :) I will continue to come here for my regular yoga practice and recommend this wonderful place to all my friends and family.

**edit to add
The owner did contact me via email. It went to a junk mail folder so I wasnt aware of it. Changing my review to 3 stars
I registered for one of their try out" aerial class when they had the system back in last year. I registered twice in December(or january I cant remember exactly). The first one was cancelled , dont know why and the second one was cancelled also due to teachers illness. It was very disappointing as I was looking forward to try new yoga. After a couple of months, I saw on their website , they began "workshop" so I registered for 3/25.
On the workshop day, I was 5min late. And they let someone else (who just walked-in hoping for extra spot) to take my spot. There was nothing about 'being late 5min and your spot will be gone' notice when I registered. Or they didnt even call me to see if I was coming or not.
I have 3 kids under 3. It is not easy for me to get out of house and workout. I had to arrange a playdate with friends or find a nanny to look after my kids.
The person at the desk told me the manager will be calling me to figure something out. 1 week later, nothing.

Beyond dissatisfied with my experience at Be One Yoga. If it was possible to give zero stars, that would be my rating.
I purchased a 5-class punch card ($90) for prenatal classes thinking it would be great to go to yoga for the next couple of weeks before baby arrives (I'm currently 35 weeks pregnant). I've practiced yoga in the last and have stayed fairly active during my pregnancy so my doctor was encouraging when I mentioned that I was interested in trying prenatal yoga. I was super excited to go to my first class. Since I didn't know how busy it would be, I arrived 30 minutes early to be sure I got a decent spot. Upon my arrival, I was asked whether I had pre-registered online. I said "no", since I was not aware of any pre-registration requirement. At the time I purchased my pass earlier in the week, I was told that all I needed to do was show up and print my name and phone number on the sign-in sheet at the front desk and that it was not necessary to bring my receipt or a card or anything. In fact, the lady that sold me the pass couldn't print my receipt (which I found a bit odd - they don't have a printer?) and wasn't able to email it to me because she had entered my email address incorrectly, and didn't know how to fix it. I was told that if I wanted to, I could go online and set up a profile. I was not told that it was necessary to go online to pre-register for all classes, nor was I told that all prenatal classes for the next two weeks were fully booked and already had waitlists.
As you can imagine, at 35 weeks pregnant, I probably only have two or three more weeks in which I'll be able to do yoga before the baby arrives, so a 5-class punch card would only really be effective if I went to every class (since classes are only offered twice a week) for the next five classes. This was fine with me and I was happy to commit as I started my maternity leave early. Such a pass would be totally useless to me if I had known that classes were fully booked for the next two weeks (taking me to 37 weeks pregnant, e.g., full term). After waiting 15 minutes to speak to the owner and explaining the situation again, I was again told about the "no refund" policy which is apparently posted on their website (note - I just checked their website and can't find any mention of this policy) and all of their print material (note - the no refund policy is not mentioned on the only two documents that were given to me at the time of purchase - the prenatal registration form and the schedule). I said that had I known that pre-registration was required and that all slots were taken for the next two weeks (and that there was a waitlist for each class), I would not have wasted $90 on a pass that was of absolutely no use to me. In fact, it's super misleading to sell something to someone when you know they're not actually going to be able to use it (the lady that sold me the pass knew how far along I was). AS YOU CAN TELL, I'M NOT IMPRESSED. I strongly discourage you from using this yoga studio.

I have been coming to Be One Yoga intermittently (and now regularly) since they opened their doors. If the prospect of a Five Guys right next door seems improbable and perhaps tantalizing to you (as it did me)-relax-the smell doesn't permeate. That aside, this is the most fantastic yoga studio I have ever practiced in. From the calming ambiance, to the open changing rooms, to the comfortable post-yoga lounge area, to the sincerity and friendliness of the staff and students, you gain a real sense of community. Be One Yoga has a variety of instructors, and this is awesome because when you blend their individual tips for postures, you end up with a more complete instruction, and an improved pose. At the end of each class, a cool, lavender scented towel is offered. The towel completes the class in a way that brings the movements and the final Shivasana full circle. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to begin a yoga practice, or anyone looking for a yoga community. Best experiences ever.

I went here for the one month trial period, I think it was one month unlimited for $20. I really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place looks nice and clean. There was enough varying temperature spots in the room, that you got a choice of hot your workout was. They have different kinds of yoga and many teachers! The instructors actually teach you how to do yoga and will help you do the moves properly. I love when they walked us through difficult moves and would walk around to make sure we were doing, whichever variation we chose, correctly. Definitely worth checking out. If I had the money and lived near by still, I'd totally keep going.
