One of the few exercise physiologists in the city who is also a personal trainer working in a community setting! Michelle is a wonderful person to work with; unlike a number of other personal trainers, you will find no supplement selling or obsession with one single exercise modality. In fact, not once has she even mentioned protein shakes or anything of that sort in my time with her. These are all wonderful things to see for a scientifically minded client striving to incorporate some strength training in one's lifestyle! I recommend her without a doubt.

Michelle is a professional and effective personal trainer. I have worked with her for several years now. My sessions are always challenging and fun. She changes things up so that not only do I stay strong but I also stay interested. If more stars were possible, I would give her ten!
