I have been working out off and on for years, a staple to my fitness has been Ryan at BeeFit. The knowledge and professionalism exhibited by Ryan at BeeFit is beyond exemplary. So much so that even through the hard times where injuries have plagued my ability to lift. Ryan coupled with his knowledge has allowed me to find modifications on lifts that do not cause pain but allow me to continue with my weight loss and fitness goals. The equipment is awesome and the environment and encouragement breeds everyday self improvement.

I brought my 12 year old to train with Ryan at BEE FIT and I couldn't be more pleased with Ryan's ability to work with my son. He explains everything in terms he can understand and knows when to push and when to encourage. My son's progress has been awesome and Ryan's guidance on both the physical and nutritional needs of a growing athlete have made a visible impact on my son's confidence and performance.
I was so impressed that I jumped in and started taking classes at BEE FIT also. As a first time weight lifted I was very nervous but Ryan and the rest of the clients at BEE FIT are so supportive. I love the comaraderie of the group and the changes that I am seeing in my body.

Let me start of by stating that I drive one hour one way just to train at this facility. Why you may ask?! Because I want to BEE FIT! (Had to throw in one lame pun) Bee Fit is HANDS DOWN the best training facility I have had the privilege of utilizing. The owner/head trainer Ryan Bee is incredibly knowledgable, patient, and client-goal oriented. Ryan has taken me throught every stage of my own personal "fitness journey" from weightloss to muscle building. Because of this company, I am confidently able to make healthy lifestyle and food options. Education is a huge part of the training style here. Its not only about "do this, tone that" it's about your body type, your physical limitations or adaptations, and your progress. Every program is customized to you and your ideals! Ryan helped me find a huge passion for fitness and also coached me on winning my first endurance/weight competitions!

Coming from an athletic background I was looking for a trainer and program to work with and around my lifestyle. Bee fit is an amazing facility and Ryan is an excellent trainer, coach and motivator. Ryan has really helped me regain flexibility and mobility from past injuries. By focusing on proper lifting techniques I've gained more defined muscle and overall improved my confidence inside and outside the gym. I highly recommend coming checking out Bee fit!

I joined BEE FIT because I sucked at lifting weights. It's said that you should focus on your weaknesses, and I had some serious weaknesses in my body. I knew that if I joined some other box-gym, I would just be wasting my time since I had no idea what a good weight routine looked like, nor how to lift them. Ryan's attention, knowledge and drive keeps me on task, encourages me to push harder and reminds me of proper form when I get fatigued. I'm a long distance runner that was frequently pestered with overuse injuries, which I knew were related to my lack of strength. After 3-months at BEE FIT I can see significant improvements in my strength, endurance and overall well-being. The cross-over to running I'm getting is incredible! I've shaved over 30-seconds off my mile splits and I've barely been running at all. I endeavor to race a 100-mile ultra marathon, and BEE FIT will be part of my training plan to get there.

My husband Jerry and I work out on a regular basis at Bee fit and we absolutely love it! Our trainer, Ryan, is extremely diligent about teaching proper form so clients can achieve optimal results from their workouts. He is also well educated about healthy eating, which is essential to a fitness plan. Ryan’s knowledge of fitness and health, and his dedication to helping others achieve their goals of living healthier lives, is very clear. Awesome place to workout! I greatly appreciate the knowledge and expertise of the training provided. Workouts are customized for your level so anyone can workout here, and Ryan will help you make and reach your goals. Not only is workout advice given, but dietary/nutrition advice is given too, which has helped me immensely! Can’t recommend this place enough!
