Cannot say enough wonderful things about Ryan and Beefit. I went in for a single personal training session this week to work on my deadlift and squat form technique. I have had previous injuries and was feeling discouraged in my workouts as a result of needing some modifications to these movements. Ryan took the time to welcome me, put me at ease, listen to my concerns, and modify my workout to meet my needs. I came away after having learned A LOT from him—not to mention that he did the workouts with me so I would feel especially supported! Afterwards, he followed up with a nice email to highlight everything we talked about in our session so I wouldn’t forget, which I really appreciated. He wasn’t pushy at all in his invitation for me to sign up for a membership, though offered a gentle reassurance that I could reach out anytime for training of my choosing. I’m already implementing what he taught me from our session and am feeling so much more confident as a result.
Perhaps what I’m most impressed by, however, is Ryan’s passion and commitment to his trade. He takes so much pride in his work and has so much integrity. He told me that if he couldn’t make his gym approachable for all ages, peoples, and backgrounds, he would feel he had missed the mark. He keeps the gym sparkling clean, and ensures everything is organized in an intentional way so that things are both accessible and sanitary for all. I’m definitely coming back, and find that Ryan is an extraordinary human being in a day and age where he level of humility and collaboration is both rare and profound.

BEEfit is a phenomenal gym with new equipment, kind members, and a phenomenal owner who keeps it all running. It’s super clean in there, the atmosphere is welcoming and fun. Ryan - the owner - makes it a point to get to know you as a member. While I never joined in any of his group classes, everyone was always having a good time! Ryan is incredibly knowledgeable and always happy to assist or answer any questions. Can’t recommend this gym enough!

I've been training with Ryan for a few months, and just had to add my voice to the chorus of compliments.
I will begin my saying I have never been particularly successful at building a gym routine. I tend to stick to the few machines I know, and don't push myself nearly as hard as I should. After having two kids in two years at the tail end of my thirties, I realized it was going to take more than that to get myself feeling healthy again.
The other positive Google reviews persuaded me to give Bee Fit a try, and I am so glad I did! Ryan is very conscientious about using the limited time I have to maximum effect. I am feeling stronger every week, and actually enjoying it to boot. Ryan is so knowledgeable and a stickler for correct form--this is the place to go if you want to learn how to build strength while avoiding injury and developing good habits, right from the start.
Everyone I have met at Bee Fit has been so kind--this is a great little community. If you are unsure about where to start on your fitness journey or feel adrift at the big chain gyms, this could be the place for you. Thank you, Ryan!

Ryan BEE Da Best!
I had this plan to continue my health routine by trying weightlifting. Did a little research for a personal trainer in Jan2024, and what drew me to BeeFit Gym was Ryan’s cunning/ motivational videos and biography. Focused on me, he created a nutrition and weightlifting plan. All I had to do was sleep and the muscle hypertrophy just happened. Ok, not really it took me showing up, and Ryan’s meticulous guidance through each session with emphasis on good form, centric and eccentric movements.
I love weightlifting now! I feel great and have amazing muscular and mobility improvements throughout my body.
If you want to improve or start weightlifting, I Highly recommend you check out BeeFit Gym and schedule a training sesh with Ryan. Did I mention that he is just an awesome people and passionate in helping others achieve their health ambitions. Mic drop.

I started at BEEfit in May of 2022! My brother and I personal trained with Ryan for a long time and we got great results with his programs! Lost fat put on muscle! I feel and look the best I have since being a younger man.
Ryan is a great teacher and helps you with technique and makes sure programs are well rounded for mobility, and strength. He pushes just the right amount.
The gym is well laid and has brand new lifting equipment! The anytime access system is great and simple to use and he has tons of parking!
Thanks for all your help getting a guy turning 40 back to feeling young and refreshed again!

If you are serious about getting in shape, losing some weight and improving your overall health - this is the place to go. Ryan is a great trainer with lots of insight and he focuses on the little things that make a big difference. The gym is clean with a huge variety of equipment and the atmosphere is very welcoming. No Globo gym vibes to be had anywhere.

I've been training at Bee Fit with Ryan for several years now. I appreciate the variety of equipment, the gym's cleanliness, overall atmosphere, and the security of the keycard entry. Where to even begin, can't tell you how much love I have for this place the owner Ryan permanently healed me.
Helped me through a herniated disc, got me back to being able to work full weeks.
The environment of this place is wonderful, it's stacked to the gills with the proper equipment knowledge and positivity.

You are obviously looking for a gym. You could go to any gym; pay the membership; get a couple lame hours on an elliptical; do a few curls and then never go again. That's what most people do.
I've been training with Ryan for several years now. I've had a couple trainers in the past, but I've haven't looked or felt better in a long time thanks to Ryan.
His training style focuses on strength, mobility, good technique and good nutrition. Great for an old guy like me. Half of the gym is dedicated to "on your own" work, but I have always attended the group sessions. The format is customized for each participant and can be as easy or difficult as needed. The atmosphere is supportive and nonjudgmental.
The facility is clean and spacious; the machines are all new and a pleasure to use; lots of dumbbells, benches, squat racks, Olympic bars and really everything needed to get to a desired fitness goal.
The special thing here is the training and motivation. Try the class.
