Crystal is amazing and her care and compassion shines through in all she offers. First I attended a yoga workshop which to my surprise included a handful of other healing elements I love, like sound healing and also divination tools. I found her incorporation of these mediums made the yoga workshop a full experience of the body, mind and spirit. The workshop was also easy to do even with little yoga experience myself. I’ve since had the pleasure of experiencing a 1/1 reiki session with Crystal which was even more magical, but also shed light as to why her yoga workshops are so powerful. During the reiki session she incorporated sound healing as well and her space was filled with plants and art which really amplified this experience. In the weeks following the reiki session I experienced profound shifts within my healing journey and ALSO relief of the pain I had been experiencing in the areas we targeted. It was like a deep cleansing of my soul and I can’t wait to go back for more! Whether it’s a 1/1 or group experience, yoga or reiki, you won’t want to miss an opportunity to connect with Crystal! Crystal, is an amazing teacher. I had never had a real yoga class only done them at home from YouTube. She was very helpful with getting into proper poses and explaining each reason as to why they helped. I highly recommend her for beginners to advanced. She goes at the pace needed for individuals in the setting.

Crystal is an amazing instructor. Her approach is very warm and inviting, she made me feel comfortable and welcome and did a fantastic job guiding someone who’s new at doing yoga. Her sound baths and reiki are also incredible, I feel so much better, more centered, relaxed and clear-minded after the session. She’s very knowledgeable about yoga, meditation, sound healing and reiki, and is awesome at tailoring those skills for what you need. 5 stars
