Absolutely loved the Silk Foundations (0.5) intro class with Emily Cordz! As a beginner I felt welcomed, safe, and totally inspired.

Emily is a fantastic instructor, providing clear instructions and tons of encouragement. She made everything approachable while still giving us space to challenge ourselves.

Highly recommend for anyone curious about aerial silks (or any of the other classes they offer, I’m sure they’re all great)!!

BAD is an incredibly welcoming community. As someone with no aerial, dance, or gymnastics experience I felt very much out of my comfort zone in the beginning but everyone there, instructors and classmates alike, instantly made me feel supported and at ease. Bright, clean studio with very knowledgeable instructors and a great community. Everyone I've met here has been a delight and the space is very welcoming. I have tried Lyra and Fly pole and the instruction and material was wonderful. I am looking forward to trying more of the classes here.
