Blosm is a great place to reset your mind and soul. I first attended a big summer event in 2025 with Kundalini yoga (beginner) and south bath and chanting. It was fabulous. The people attending were all connected in wellness and healing.
I HIGHLY recommend the weekly Transformative Breath gatherings. I have participated in many types of breathwork, but this type of circular breathing takes me to another place. It is simple, but the more minutes pass, the more meditative it becomes until I am lifted in spirit and get incredible somatic release of all things swirling in my mind and body. It is a joy.
Roger and the other facilitators are kind, gentle and open hearted. His gong sound baths are wonderful. Feel into the love at this place.

I had the wonderful Good Fortune to have a dear friend invite me to a summer solstice event that brought together the marvelous talents of three healing practitioners. This particular event began with some Kundalini yoga transitioning to the most marvelous sound healing I've ever experienced and I've experienced a fair amount. If one person with crystal or brass bowls is fresh wonderful mist on the face this was like jumping into the ocean. There was some guided meditation and then a mantra finish. I love the diversity of offerings here; it's not just a single application practice space.

Roger has taken over this space and created an outstanding and very unique list of offerings - from Kirtan to deep Breathwork. This place is still flying under the radar but it is an absolute gem.

I recently visited Blosm Studio and was thoroughly impressed by the calming and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a sense of tranquility that set the tone for a truly rejuvenating experience.
Cleanliness: The studio is impeccably clean, with every corner exuding a fresh and serene ambiance. The pristine mats, neatly arranged props, and soothing color scheme all contribute to a space that feels both hygienic and uplifting. For this, I am extremely grateful.
Supportive Environment: The instructors and special guests at Blosm are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive. They take the time to ensure that each individual feels comfortable and accommodated, regardless of their experience level. This created a sense of inclusivity and encouragement that is truly rare to find as I'm a sensitive person.
Yoga and Sound Healing Experience: The classes offered seamlessly blend yoga and sound healing, providing a holistic approach to well-being. The gentle movements paired with the ethereal sounds created an experience that was both grounding and transcendent. It was so fun attending gong trainings and sound healing performances.
Overall, my time at Blosm Studio has been nothing short of transformative. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to not only deepen their yoga practice but also to nurture their mind, body, and spirit in a beautiful and supportive environment.
Be sure to join the mailing list to stay informed about their many workshops and events. Roger and the crew at Blosum Studio are gems of Seattle.

Attended a transformative breathwork class here. The facilitators are world class in their craft. I have never felt so safe to feel what I needed to feel, and this was far from my first rodeo, when it comes to energy work. High quality studio and equipment. High quality instructors. High quality experience. Come with an open mind, heart, and body, and you will walk away a new person.

Tried the gong bath but as a person with sensitive hearing the acoustics rattled in my ears the entire session. If you're sensitive to sound this may not be for you. It appeared that no acoustic material is on the walls or ceilings which may have been the issue as well.

I am so glad I found Blosm! I really enjoyed their Kundalini yoga and sound bath offering with Michael. As a sound healing aficionado and practitioner, I was blown away but the collection of gongs! I have never heard a sound like the one coming from the most giant gong Iβve ever seen! Canβt wait to check out the rest of their events!

I visited this studio for a gong bath with the owner, Roger, and Wayne Marto of Beneficial Sound. This is my first gong bath in almost four years, and it did not disappoint - it was even better than I remember and I floated away feeling so much love and peace in my heart π These lovely humans are wonderful musicians and hold such a nourishing space, allowing participants to feel safe and held in the experience. The studio also offers thick mats to relax on along with soft blankets, neck pillows, bolsters, and blocks!!

Attended a gong session and as someone with an intensely active mind who finds it hard to slow down or relax during the day, it was a supremely enjoyable experience. While this stuff has never really been my cup of tea, I'll be finding my way back in here again.
