I am a 57 year old man, i NEVER thought I could do Pilates! My sister got me to go and I LOVE it!! It has been so great for my flexibility! I had back surgery back in 2007 and have hip and neck issues too. Thanks genetics and 20 years military. Jennifer is sooooo amazing! She really works with you and cares about her clients. Her energy is amazing and she doesn't try to push you past your ability. So if you are a guy and getting a little inflexible this is the place to be!!! I am so glad I went! There is more if a personal touch there cause the classes are small and Jennifer will work with you when yours new. I haven't been to any other Pilates class and i won’t. Jennifers class is the best fit for me!! I don’t feel like i’m in some big class that feels like boot camp. This is the place to be in my opinion!!

Whether it’s your first time at Pilates or you’ve been doing it for years, you won’t be disappointed with Jenni’s Classes! She juggles all experience levels with patience, kindness, and instruction. She also has some gym equipment in her studio. If you have additional needs as she is a personal trainer as well. My class was made up of multiple ages. I’ve seen both men and women in the classes, and even as a 67 year-old woman, I felt very comfortable.Highly recommend!!

The BEST, cutest & most fun pilates studio! The first time I went in there to do a class, I instantly connected with the vibe and atmosphere. Jenni is fantastic and makes you feel right at home. Excellent instructor, takes her time to help and explain and is always accommodating! I've been going 2x a week now for 2 months and only wish I could more. I look forward to my next class every time. :)

My husband and I loved our time at It’s Jenni Fitness! After my knee surgery, I was nervous about returning to fitness, but Jenny, made all the difference. She tailored sessions to my recovery needs while still providing a great challenge. The welcoming atmosphere and her motivational approach helped me regain my confidence. It is seldom that you find a personal trainer that genuinely cares about each and every person who walks through their doors. Jenni is that person!
I went to Jenni to help prepare me for a total knee replacement surgery. I found Jenni to be kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable. She has been able to tailor my sessions around my abilities while never making me feel unable to keep up.
Every move was explained in detail so I knew exactly what to do and where I should be feeling it. All my pre surgery workouts put me in an excellent position for a speedy recovery.
I am now back to working out with Jenni to regain the muscle loss you are left with after surgery. I look forward to my workouts with her and plan on continuing long after my recovery.
If you have never taken a Pilates class and are curious and wondering about it I encourage you to reach out to Jenni. If you are experienced in Pilates then you know how important that right trainer is. I guarantee either way you won’t be disappointed with It’s Jenni’s!!

The atmosphere at Jenni’s is one of a kind! Semi private!!! I came in nervous and left ready for the next session. She is very kind and knowledgable. She is able to modify for things you are unable to do and able to create workouts around targeted areas. She will also push you (once she gets to know you more). She offers many types of fitness… Pilates, CrossFit like (floor) activities, aerobics, line dancing! Plus, first session is free! Don’t hesitate to try- you’ll love it!

It is my pleasure to write a testimony for my cousin and friend, Jenni, who has also been my fitness coach and Pilates instructor for the past 10 months.
Jenni’s gym is spacious, beautiful, and very clean, with 4 Pilates beds and 6+ other fitness machines. My personal favorite is a vibration machine that is so good for arthritis! I have erosive osteoarthritis in my hands. I credit vibration therapy with keeping my hands from getting too crippled to write (erosive osteoarthritis is the fastest acting and most crippling form of arthritis). I have my own machine, but mine is like a Volkswagen Bug, compared to Jenni’s Rolls-Royce! And the Pilates beds are actually fun to work out on!
Jenni makes it so much more fun with music and her individualized support. I’m amazed at how she keeps track of what everyone needs, even in a group of 4 to 5! I always feel stronger after my workouts, even if exhausted! On top of excellent fitness coaching and great equipment, Jenni is well-connected with a diverse holistic network and loves to connect people.

Jenni is the real deal! She has pushed me and my 51 yr old body to get back to doing things I haven't done in years and, at the same time, listens to what my goals and limitations are. Jenni is an amazing instructor!! She really listens to what you would like to accomplish and any body complications. She then creates a workout program around those parameters very effectively!
I would highly recommend Jenni fitness for both the young and older alike! my parents are in their 80s and ever since going to Jenni, their mobility has increased.
She provides no stress workouts on her Pilates tables. She also has Peloton treadmill, bicycles, free weights and a large workout mat. On the large workout mat, a person can do stairsteps, work on their balance and stretch out.
The atmosphere is very inviting and calming!

I started my journey with Jenni in 2022. I was generally fit but I'd had an accident years before that had compromised my ability to walk well. I had been seeing a chiropractor for nearly a year with good results but still not where I needed to be. I was referred to Jenni to build up my strength in my core primarily. I ride horses competitively. When I started to work with her she immediately was able to identify areas of my body that were weak. We actually found a whole muscle group that had stopped working entirely. I was so excited that someone had finally found it! And I started my healing Journey. Over the course of about a year I became very strong. Thanks to Jenni. This didn't require daily workouts. I only worked out 1 to 2 times a week. Today I can boast some pretty killer muscles. I'm extremely strong in my core and I'm excited to be competing on Horseback again. I'm excited again for my future and I'm 57 years old today as of 2023. I intend to continue working out with Jenni weekly because it's been such a positive experience for me. Whether it's alone or with a group she makes sure that you get what you need. She's aware of your strengths and your weaknesses. I can heartily recommend coming for a workout and see for yourself! I love my workouts with Jenni.

I've been with Jenni for over two years. As a 69 year old lazy retiree, I have not lost any weight, nor have I gained any! But going to Jenni's is not like going to any gym. It's really a fun experience with a great group of other folks. As we all work out together, we laugh and joke as well as sweat and keep moving to the music and Jenni's individual attention and encouragement. Great instructing and hard workout! I always thought pilates was a easy workout for old women, but I was soooo wrong. I'm an active climber and runner who's 20 years old, and I was dying by the end! Strava rated it as one of my hardest workouts in weeks 😅 Jenni is also a great coach and overall very friendly! Whenever my mom can get me to come next, I'm sure I'll enjoy it

I absolutely love working out at It’s Jenni. I grew up playing soccer and played at a collegiate level. Being in my late 30’s now I still crave working out but due to hip surgery and issues after I couldn’t run or lift like I used to. I tried everything to get my hip better but it always seemed to hurt after traditional weight training or running. I can honestly say doing Pilates has changed my life. It’s a different type of workout than I’ve ever done before and as I’ve been doing it consistently my hip pain is gone. Being an athlete I was skeptical about what Pilates was and if it would even be challenging enough. But it is! And after every session I feel stronger and better than I ever have. Jenni has been in the fitness industry for years and is amazing at personalizing the workout and modifying if needed to make it work for you. She is very intuitive and knows her stuff about proper form and technique. I’m hooked. The other thing that makes Pilates different is that I never dread or have to get myself pumped up to workout. The whole experience is therapeutic but also a challenging workout. Jenni incorporates breath work into every movement and is so attentive with every movement and form. It’s changed my life. My husband has even noticed the strength I’ve built and I feel so long and lean now. I love it!!!!

I’ve been going to It’s Jenni Fitness since October 2022. I started going because I needed to lose weight and build muscle. During that time, I’ve lost weight and inches and gained noticeable muscle tone in my arms, legs and core. I love the structured Pilates classes with peers.
