Brooke is fantastic -- she has been my personal trainer for over a year now, and I am continually impressed with her knowledge and expertise for all things fitness and nutrition. She has really helped me to achieve my fitness goals, and provides me with the motivation and advice I need to push me towards my goals, but within my capabilities -- for example, I play soccer regularly and my legs are often fatigued, Brooke introduces exercises that help to work/develop my lower body, while ensuring that I am still able to perform on the soccer field.
Overall, I highly recommend Brooke for all your Personal Training needs.

I have been training with Brooke for many years, and she helped me achieve all my training goals and fall in love with exercising. She makes sure to push you where you need it, and pays close attention to any problem areas you might have. You can tell she truly loves her work and her clients. She is an amazing personal trainer, and I could not recommend her more.

I have been working out with Brooke for almost a year now! she is very knowledgeable and has taught me how to workout properly. I have a bad knee so this has been very crucial to me! Would definitely recommend!

I have been working with Brooke for about 8 months, I started because I wanted to build some upper body strength in preparation for a Spartan race. I continued long after the race was done because I was so impressed with the results. In addition to accountability and knowledgeable training, Brooke has also kept track of my weight and measurements for progress tracking. My results in just 8 months have been fantastic, I couldn’t recommend Brooke more!

Brooke is a very professional and knowledgeable trainer who always helps me really get the most out of my workouts while keeping me focused on my goals. She has great observational skills to make sure that my form is correct, with a focus on doing movements at a consistent pace to avoid injury and really work the target muscles.
She also has great knowledge on nutrition, which has been invaluable in my journey.
In addition, she’s very flexible with her scheduling, so long as you can give 24 hours notice, she has no problems with changing times or fitting you in.
Overall, highly recommended.
