Rebecca is everything you would expect from a dream personal trainer: knowledgeable, setting the bar high enough, attentive, focused on your goals and limitations, flexible when needed, and extremely kind! Rebecca is awesome. She was the first personal trainer I’ve ever had and she helped me get back to my pre-COVID weight and fitness level. I’ve been working out with Build it for Life for about 3 months. I made dietary changes about 9 months ago and hit a plateau. I travel a lot for work, so when Rebecca offered virtual training sessions I jumped on it. With her consistent and clear coaching and guidance, I hit my target weight for my yearly cruise 3 weeks before my sail date! I had a rough couple of weeks, slipped up a few times, and didn’t get in my homework as much as I should, but after I got my mojo back, I weighed in and had still lost a few pounds because of the solid muscle she helped me build!
