The personal trainers are really invested in your success and functional fitness, and they really know their stuff. The studio is also exceptionally clean, and since it’s a personal training studio there’s never an abundance of people there and in your way. As someone whose a bit of a germaphobe, it’s a spectacular place to work out.

I have trained with Kisar & Traci since August of 2022. I have never been the person to really enjoy physically challenging myself until I started training here at Burntown. The trainers are very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and happy to discuss goals and answer questions. After coming to the personal training studio, I am now hooked! I love the challenge and I can see the results (what more can you ask for?)! I usually train 3 times a week and often I am practicing what I have learned at home. I’ve been training with Traci and Kisar since May 2022. I wanted to lose the COVID weight and get into better fitness level. Happy to report that I lost the COVID weight and have become much stronger. I’m also very thankful that I can finally get back into playing tennis! It’s not easy to stay committed and consistent when life gets crazy, but Traci and Kisar have been very supportive in this journey. They know how to motivate you through a tough workout and also have fun! This is really a great boutique gym to get stronger and feeling better about your body, no matter the age!

My wife and I have had several gym memberships over the years, but none have been as rewarding or gotten us as good of results as Burntown. Kisar and Traci are excellent trainers who tailor the training to each individual’s needs. Additionally, they offer excellent insight into how to plan a healthy diet and make sure you are taking care of yourself in all ways. We started working on my diet just about two months ago, and I’m down 24 pounds in that time. They’ve helped me with accountability and encouragement when I’ve needed it. The private training sessions are far more rewarding than standard gyms can offer, and they can offer better personalized insights into what would work best for your individual needs. Started training at Burntown in August 2023 and have been going twice a week ever since - Kisar and Traci are knowledgeable, driven, flexible, and most importantly, are people you'd actually want to spend time with, even outside of a gym setting. After a few months of training, I wasn't seeing the results I had originally envisioned, so Kisar reconfigured my workout plans and helped influence my diet - I've since lost over 20 pounds, built muscle where none existed before, and have never physically felt better or more confident in my life. I've had many trainers all over the country before coming to Burntown, and I can honestly say they are the best around - do yourself a favor and take the first step with them!

Traci is an excellent personal trainer here! I went for a consultation before doing the 8 sessions package. She's always upbeat and smiling in the mornings despite me not being a morning person in return. She was very flexible and patient in working with my hectic work trip schedule.

Decided to come here in March 2022 based on stellar reviews and both Kisar and Traci certainly did not disappoint! They carefully listened to my goals with the utmost respect and were acquainted with me beyond working out. Their tailored workouts were and still challenging every session. Kisar and Traci always kept me accountable and provided me with the motivation I needed to succeed. My body was deconditioned due to a lack of working out for several years throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, but after working out with them for nearly half a year I am now back at my prime or better. The gym is clean and will be even cleaner once they move into their new location which I very much look forward to going to. I will continue to work out there for as long as I can so that I can push beyond my limits. The best of both worlds: A small local gym with tough & intense workouts. I have been coming to Burntown weekly since November, and no class has ever been the same. They have all the tools and equipment to keep classes interesting. Their 3 instructors, Traci, Kisar & Barbara, truly put their hearts & souls into every class. They’re extremely motivating and always full of positive energy. My favorite thing is the loud music of course!
Since covid, classes have been small and socially distanced. It’s super easy to book through the mindbody app. You must wear your mask when walking around & setting up your station, but you’re free to take it off during the workout in your personal square. The gym is super clean and they sanitize everything like crazy.

Definitely recommend! The trainers are great. They keep you engaged and challenged, and also ensure that classes fit everyone regardless of individual levels and abilities. Classes are 45 minutes so they move quick and fit your schedule, but you leave plenty tired and happy you came.

I worked out with Tracy, she is badass. She interacted and corrected exercise forms and is very attentive to every one individually. Great full body workout. The owner Kisar is friendly and really has the studio set up great. It was very clean and sanitary and they meet and exceed the COVID regulations. I highly recommend it if you want a fun fast paced full body workout. Be ready to sweat.

I was invited to try out a class (and the 6 week challenge) by a friend. I thought of every excuse to ditch my friend and not go to that class.... I'm not motivated, I'm so out of out of shape I'll never be able to keep up, it's going to hurt too much, it's too much work to lose the weight, my back hurts, I'll have to give up drinking wine....the list goes on and on. But I showed up and that first class was not pretty for me - not going to lie. I thought I may possible die because my heart rate hasn't seen numbers like that in years. However, I liked the atmosphere, the people, the small setting, even the exercising! So much is packed into 45 minutes - you work hard, but then you're done! It's nothing like a traditional big gym. You're not running on a treadmill for 30-60 minutes then meandering around the weight machines wondering what to do next. BT plans the whole 45 minute session and you just do what they show you to do. You get cardio, core, and strength training all wrapped up in one session. The 6 week challenge incorporates nutritional counseling and I really stuck with it (and I did sneak some wine in from time to time). I am amazed at how I transformed my body in a short amount of time. I lost 17 pounds and over 29 inches. I feel great. Can't thank my friend enough for inviting me to go!

I've done lots of different types of workouts before, but this is by far the most fun and effective thing I've done. Everyday is different, challenging, and I don't dread going like other places I've been. The owner and staff are fantastic and really get to know you and your goals. I’m at that middle (ok late middle- I’m 54) stage of life, haven’t been working out regularly in a loooong time, and had moved to the area about a year ago. Signed up for the 6 week challenge and it was amazing. The workouts are about 45 min long so it’s pretty easy to fit around any schedule. The the best part about Burntown are the coaches and staff! Just finished my 42 day challenge with Burntown Fitness.
Man, I was blown away with the whole processing the results I achieved.
The entire team is so supportive from the front desk all the way to the trainers/coaches as well as the clientele.
They really do keep you accountable, motivated and wanting to keep coming back no matter how worn out you end up after the 45min workout!!
Everyone pushes you to do your best even if you need modifications to do some of the exercises.
The classes are small enough for the trainers to really focus on everyone aiding and assisting all while making it a very fun class that brings something new every day

I. Love. This. Gym. Every class is different and every class is a killer workout. The coaches are super motivating and there is lots of one-on-one attention. A familiar smile and greeting awaits each client before the class. The classes are intense without being intimidating. Fourth-five minutes of hard work goes by fast—get it done and get out of there. I routinely burn 350-500 kcalories each workout. The owner Kisar is also so great. He’s very personable and takes pride in knowing each of his clients. I highly recommend this HIIT gym.

I’m not a big reviewer but I thought if this review could change the mind of one person it would be worth it. I saw Burntown as it was getting ready to open but was very intimidated when I looked at the website and decided to pass. Fast forward a year later when I was searching for a personal trainer and Burntown popped up with a fitness challenge. It was late at night so I wasn’t thinking clearly and just filled out the consultation form, never intending to go. I had all those thoughts I think most people who aren’t into “the gym life” have. I’m not fit enough, people will judge me, I won’t like it, or they will suck me into paying all this money and I won’t ever go. Well to my surprise I actually went to the consult and met with the owner Kisar who was very professional and listened to my concerns and expectations. To my surprise he described a program with accountability and support both of which I needed badly. I brought a friend to my first class for that suppprt ... :) and was amazed at how amazing everyone was. Whether it’s day 1 or 100 you feel like everyone is your friend and they genuinely want to help and see you succeed. When I was frustrated Kisar even connected me with another memeber who delt with my same situation to help. I was amazed at the level of connection Kisar has with all his members and continues to support me even though the challenge is over. The trainers are knowledgeable and can work with every fitness level. This place has truly changed my lifestyle and attitude in a way I never thought possible. I hope anyone who thinks they can’t do it or is uncomfortable with gyms finds Burntown and joins one of their challenges. I’m happy with the results I’m getting and will continue to stay committed to the lifestyle with the support of the Burntown Team.

Burntown is great! I did their 42-day challenge at the beginning of 2019, and the entire experience was awesome. I lost 28 pounds and 3.3% body fat in 42 days, and definitely couldn’t have done it without the nutritional counseling Kisar offered along with it. Burntown’s system is great for those who want to get in, work hard, and get on with their life while making progress towards their goals. 45 minute classes mean that anyone can find time in their schedule to make it in and make fitness their priority. All you have to do is come in to give it a try.

I have been attending the Burntown fitness studio for over 3 months and thoroughly enjoy it. The workouts are setup in 45 minute sessions (warmup, workout, cooldown/stretch) with multiple time slots available throughout the day. I like the small group setting since I am not skilled in exercise moves and the trainers leading each session have plenty of time to correct my positions making them more effective. I never liked the "big gyms" because I never knew what I was suppose to do. At Burntown I just showup with the right attitude and they guide thru the whole routine. They must have an endless list of 45 minute programs since i have never repeated one yet.
In addition to the normal workout programs I recently signed up for the "21 Fitness Challenge" that focuses on specific weight and body fat goals. The program uses the regular workout routines but aligns it with a planned nutrition strategy that, when combined, produced great results for me! I dropped over 15 lbs and almost 3% body fat loss.
In summary, great modern facilities, great workout routines/classes, but most important by far, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable trainers who take great joy in helping you. Burntown works for both those trying to lose weight or those just keeping in shape.

I first saw evidence of yet another workout studio announcing its pending arrival when I noticed the BURNTOWN lawn signs popping up along the streets of Camas and East Vancouver. Having seen any number of “Lift and Grunt” and “Cross-Fit ‘R Us” storefront gyms come and go in the past 3 years since I’d lived in the area, I gave BURNTOWN 6-12 months max to survive what has to be an extremely competitive market. Then a handsome, inviting BURNTOWN Fitness sign appeared at the site of an attractive new commercial development at SE 192nd Avenue and SE 20th Street near the Candlewood Suites. Based on experience, I halfway expected a “custom” vinyl banner from the local print shop. But BURNTOWN was different. This was no slap-dash, get the door open and sign ‘em up kind of operation, rather it appeared to be an intelligently crafted and well executed professional organization. I really didn’t know what to expect, but since I was pretty satisfied with my local athletic club and felt I really had no reason to switch horses in the middle of the stream I just ignored it.
Then things changed when I was approached by two of my future step-daughters who insisted I needed to be a guest of theirs, for free, to partake in a 45 minute Burn Method Bootcamp. Their invitation was accepted and the rest is history. I absolutely loved it. The space was clean and bright and obviously specifically fitted out to be an exercise facility with men’s and women’s restrooms and lockers; excellent ventilation with numerous ceiling fans; windows to let in natural light; four large screen TVs to illustrate the exercise rounds; a wall of mirrors for checking your form (or whatever)… and it was delightful to discover that all the equipment was new and first class.
This is all a prelude to the 45 minutes and 4 rounds of guided exercise by an excellent staff of committed professional trainers… I’ve worked out in many gyms, by myself, in classes, and with personal trainers, so I’m no stranger to the process, promises and results. As they say ‘result may vary’, but I have to say, after committing myself to Burntown I have been sore in areas I never thought possible which is a good thing.
The facilities are first class, the staff top notch, and the clientele are normal folk just wanting to get a burn on. I’m totally impressed and enjoy my time at BURNTOWN immensely. Well done.

Always a great workout. You get pushed, but all the instructors are very well versed in how to modify the moves in case you have limitations. TOTAL FULL BODY! You get some cardio, you get some arms, you blast those legs, and focus on the core too. Get that good soreness your body needs to get in shape.

I discovered Burntown through Class Pass. I purchased a packaged directly because I wanted to attend more often. The staff is friendly and the studio and equipment is clean. I love that I can get in and out in 45 minutes feeling energized and pushed to give it my all. After 4 classes I already notice a difference in my body.

I love Burntown workouts. The instructors are all amazing, and the classes are very well-organized, intense, and very low impact on my joints. One of the things that set Burntown apart is the instructors take warm up and cool down/stretch very seriously. That's so essential for injury preventions. I highly recommend!

I love Burntown! The workouts are fast paced with a nice variety so they don't get boring and they are adaptable to all fitness levels. The staff are all really personable and encouraging. I've done a bunch of workouts with Heather and she is a great instructor, lots of energy and very clearly explains all the exercises. Burntown also has a great schedule with lots of class times available.

Great workout place! You'll get your workout for the day in 45 min. Prices are affordable and trainers are awesome! If you're a beginner the trainers will help you modify the exercise, but I promise you after a few sessions you'll be able to keep up with the trainer. It's quick, it's fun and it will get you in shape! I have been doing it for a month and I'm loving it!

I love going to Burntown because of the different intensities and challenges of the workouts, and the high energy and hard core instructors: Emily and Heather. Also the workouts/training are different each day - love their system. I noticed the results after a week and a half of working out (5 days a week). I highly recommend!

I love that I just show up and before I know it the class is over! Super friendly and personable trainers, efficiently/fun led workouts that are only 45 minutes, and my body feels it! I've had incredible results from going a few times per week in combination with my regular yoga routine.

When I first heard of Burntown Fitness, I was teaching a Zumba class at one of the big box gyms. They said a new place was opening up, so I was so excited to try a new class out. Anyways, I really liked the way the structure was, so I started taking classes weekly to mix up not only my teaching routines, but also to create change in my own program. Anyways, I liked it so much that I asked the owners if I could possibly teach when I wasn't teaching Zumba. Fast forward till now, I still take classes weekly, but I am part of their team. I thought everyone should know my story and that I still love taking the classes on my off days.

Burntown is the best program for total body exercise that I have ever found. If you want results, Burntown fitness and their group fitness classes are hands down the best in the Vancouver, Camas & Washougal area. I am already down 10 pounds and I feel great. Great for all ages and I am 71 years young and getting younger.

Burntown is exactly the fitness studio I need as a working professional and I would highly recommend Burntown to anyone that can't afford to spend hours on end at the gym. I like it because within 45 minutes you get pretty much everything your body needs to stay healthy. Most other classes focus on only 1-2 elements where as Burntown classes work your Core, Cardio, Power, Strength and Stability. It is literally all around good for you. Plus every day is a different set of circuits so you'll never get bored. Give it a try. It will be worth it.

I still remember the first Burntown Fitness class I did when they were doing test classes before they opened and I was hooked. I was so excited when they finally opened, and I hope they expand other locations in the future, because I live on the other side of town. But I don't care, I will drive for this amazing workout routine. I love the cross training routines that are a combination of high intensity, cardio intervals and just an overall body workout, which is what I need. I also love that the workouts are quick and 45 minutes long. This is perfect for my lifestyle.

I always thought I could get the workout I needed from a"normal" health club. Only took a few classes to realize I wasn't even close to working the muscle groups I should, or pushing myself hard enough. I strongly recommend trying AT LEAST a few classes to see if it's for you!

At Burntown Fitness I've finally found a full body cross training workout that kicks my butt, without injuries. The high intensity, low impact classes are challenging without being too rough on the body. Environment is great and the instructors personalize the class for each person, by interacting with everyone directly. Great class for people of all fitness levels! If you are looking for an amazing group fitness studio, I highly recommend this place if you live in Vancouver, Camas and/or Washougal.

I have been doing interval training workouts here at Burntown and I have to say, these workouts work your entire body, which is awesome. I have done other group fitness classes, but they tend to just work the lower body or are just cardio. At Burntown you are working you Core, abs, upper body, lower body, heart, lungs, I mean-everything! If you are looking for a quick 45-minute workout that targets your whole body, come to Burntown.

This place is awesome! Totally kicked my butt in 45 minutes. I love that its high intensity but also has strenght components. They also give modifications and progressions for every exercise. I would highly reccommend this place! There is nothing else like it in the Camas/Vancouver area.
