Chris and I worked together for over a year and hiring him was the best decision I could have made for myself. I wanted more from the gym and that’s exactly what I got. I have been working with Chris for about 5 years now and it has completely changed my life in many ways. I came to Chris in 2019 to make weight for a combat sports fight. I was recommended him by someone at our gym. I reached out and inquired, Chris promptly got back to me and was willing to work with me over the course of 12 weeks to make weight. I started at about 149lbs and weighed in at 123.4 (fight was at 125lbs). Going into that fight I felt the best I ever had, I was energized and well fed throughout the cut. Prior to working with Chris I had been handling my own dieting and realized that I was under eating and over stressing my body. Over those 12 weeks I followed my plan to a T and the weight cut was a breeze.
After years of fighting, I decided to pursue bodybuilding, I approached Chris with my thoughts and ideas, and he told me to take some time and really think about it because it was a long-term investment and they would have to be a lot of work to get me where I wanted to be. Once I decided to change over to bodybuilding, we started working and over the course of Almost 3 years, we managed to completely change the way I look. I’ve added a significant amount of muscle, my sleep habits have improved along with my digestion, my skin, my bloodwork, my hair health…. You name it, it improved.
Chris has a wealth of knowledge and I trust him. I know that if I follow his plan, exactly how I’m supposed to the results will follow. Here we are a few years later, getting me ready to make my bodybuilding debut and I’m so excited that I have his guidance on this journey. When it comes to choosing a personal trainer or fitness coach, do your research and ask questions. Couldn’t recommend Chris enough!
