About the Club

I am a solo Pilates instructor specializing in programs for active retired adults, as well as those managing pain, scoliosis, or osteoporosis. I also love incorporating kettlebells to create a well-rounded training experience.
My focus is one-on-one training, where every student receives a personalized program that's both effective and enjoyable. For those who enjoy a small group setting, I also offer classes with a maximum of 3 participants -space is limited, so text for availability. New students are always welcome! To further support your practice, I offer a video on demand platform with brief videos designed to reinforce what you learn in class and keep you moving during the week or while traveling. Free parking/elevator access.

I started weekly Pilates zoom personal training with my sister. I work as a caregiver. The demand on my body is a lot. When working with clients, there are many times that I have to lift them. Other times I have to sustain their body weight to give them support when needing balance, such as with transfers and physical therapy exercises. Another thing that can be tough on my body is when I have to reposition my clients when they’re in bed. Since they have limited mobility laying down, it’s all up to me to properly move them with correct posture and form. I needed something that could help me strengthen my body in such a way that helped me keep me from injuring myself moving other people.

Weekly Pilates with Christina has taught me how to engage or activate my core(and muscle groups in general), which has helped me relieve strain on other parts of my body like my back. When I am at work, my mindset is to think of how to stabilize my body before I move a person. The online personal training is just as effective as in person because Christina is very experienced with Pilates and can still give visual and verbal cues through zoom. When I do my zoom sessions with her, I am always amazed at how she can notice the smallest details, such as in my form, and help me correct it. By doing that, I am able to have a more effective and enjoyable experience.
I recommend Pilates on zoom with Christina 100 percent because I’ve done in person sessions with her, and when I do the zoom sessions it feels extremely similar. It feels as if she’s right next to you in the same room instructing. The type of confidence Pilates has given me is amazing. I feel more confident in my day to day living. I feel more confident and at peace at work by applying the things that I’ve learned. And lastly I feel more confident with myself in general. I feel proud and accomplished every time I complete a Pilates zoom session with Christina.

Convenient location with free and easy parking. The instructor Christina is very knowledgeable about anatomy, movement and recovery after injuries or surgery. You can also train with her with videos on demand . She will listen to your concerns and encourage an individual treatment plan to build strength, balance, or fitness goals . Definitely recommend!

I had a 15 minute consult with Christina. When I reached out to her, I was curious about Pilates. When we chatted, she made me feel so comfortable. She gave me ideas on how I can baby step my way in to progress. To set more reasonable goals to then Reach harder ones. (I’m a 285 pound woman that’s afraid to start something that can change me) I feel this helped me to not give up on myself, (I have now lost almost 30 pounds) it’s ok to be where I am,
I have new goals that will help me on my journey to achieve my desired goals at a pace Im comfortable with. I know I can get to them because I have a great support team, thank you so much.

I love doing Pilates and have been sworn to it for the past 10 years. At 75 yrs. young, l recently was diagnosed with osteoporosis -- which meant embarking on a challenging, new journey for my physical health.
My search for
osteo-pilates led me to Christina. She assessed my issues and needs for certain re-training, and created a outlined goal.  She has an amazing depth of body-mechanics knowledge, and is able to demonstrate and explain things without it being overwhelming.  In fact, she has a knack for applying creative imagery as an aid in understanding certain movements.
In just the short space of time l have been seeing her, l can feel my body transitioning away from feeling stiff
and weak.

My husband and I both practice Pilates with Christina. She tailors the sessions to meet our individual needs. I have been struggling with an ongoing right hip issue. With Christina’s support I have improved my body placement/balance and have strengthened my right hip which has greatly improved my ability to hike and run. My husband has struggled with foot pain and extremely flat feet. Pilates has strengthened his feet and improved his overall posture which has significantly improved his foot and back pain. I love Christina’s style of teaching style - she encourages me to challenge myself but is flexible and adjusts to my needs and energy level. We appreciate her more than words can say!

I had been doing Pilates with Christina for many years when the pandemic happened. I was so happy when Christina started doing video on demand—I missed her workouts so much. I’m retired and live outside of town, so I choose to still do the videos, and I love them. Christina is very good at explaining how the movements should feel and how the muscles should be engaged. She is adding new videos all the time so there is a good variety of workouts. I highly recommend her videos on demand if you cannot meet in person.

A friend recommended Pilates with Christina Sauer. I loved yoga but wanted a change-Christina's Pilates classes are awesome! Two years ago I discovered Christina after trying numerous different kinds of therapy for a car accident I had experienced two years prior to that. I had been through two years of chiropractic and physical therapy. My symptoms were not getting any better and I was desperate to find some relief from the constant pain I had. My goal with Christina was to be able to get back to working out and be as pain-free as possible. After a lengthy discussion with Christina I decided to give Pilates a try. She explained to me that it would help me resolve some of the problems I was having and build my strength so that I could continue normal activity. Since I began working with Christina many of my issues have disappeared completely. I feel much stronger and my pain level has gone down about 90%. Her understanding of the human body has helped me pinpoint the areas that I truly need to work on. I would recommend Christina to anyone that wants to get into better shape and become more aware of their body.

Christina is amazing! I came to Christina with back and hip issues from previous injuries. She was fantastic at finding ways to relieve the pain and get movement back into my body.
