I have been with club 24 since 2018 now and there is no other gym in the Tri I would recommend more. The locations are always well kept and the community is fantastic. I also love their involvement of the community through social media! The team listens to their clients and act accordingly. A prime example can be seen with their recent upgrades to the Union and Pasco locations. They are so spacious with more than enough equipment / floor space for everyone to work out comfortably. Bonus points for the massage chairs! So grateful to have such an awesome, locally owned, gym 🫶🏻❤️

I have been a member at club 24 for about 5 years now. Over that time, my membership had been a fantastic addition to my life. The cost to benefit ratio is fantastic. You get access to a facility that is well equipped but not overly crowded. As a physical therapist, they have their bases covered with quality equipment and lots of options for my work outs.They continually make improvements and have done a fantastic job utilizing the space they have. I primarily work out at the club on Union but have visited others. They have been great about allowing me to freeze my membership when I had injuries that kept me from working out for months at a time. I also love have 24 hour access, more than once I have had to get a long run in for marathon training at 2 or 3 in the morning. It’s never an issue and the club feels safe and clean at all times. The private showers are also a nice touch, with individual locking doors encompassing both a sink, changing area, and shower.

I used to go to club 24 in Richland but after I came here I’ve loved it. A lot of equipment, and a lot of space. I also love the washrooms they have a lot of privacy. They also just updated a few things which made it a lot nicer in general. Definitely one of my favorite gyms.

My name is Hugo Soto. I’ve been coming to Club 24 in Kennewick for about 2 yrs now and it’s been a great experience. I used to go to another gym but they would close early and close on holidays as well, so Club 24 being open 24/7 is a big plus for me. The gym is always well maintained and clean. If any of the machines by any chance break down as usual wear and tear, the staff is quick about fixing them. They have plenty of equipment for everyone so you never feel like you have to wait for anything to start your workout. They always have very friendly and helpful staff during their staff hours. I highly recommend Club 24 to anyone looking for a good gym. Open day and night and in different locations for your convenience. 5 stars for me!

I have really enjoyed my time with Club 24. They have many locations that are open 24 hours a day to members across the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas. Club 24 Union is in a perfect location for me because it lands right along my commute to/from work. The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. Brandee is a very bright and personable individual, and she has never failed to make me feel welcomed when I walk through the door. I can see that this company is putting money back into the business through maintaining their equipment and renovating their buildings. I’ve had memberships at other gyms but I can’t see myself going anywhere else after my experience with Club 24.

Small. Old, disorganized equipment with poor maintenance. Poor membership policy. Impossible to contact manger; phone calls not returned. With all the gyms in town, surprised they wouldn’t try to be more competitive and be service oriented, especially with a facility that is undersized. Only good thing I can think of is 24 hour access but doesn’t make up for this place at all. Never going there again. On my “Blacklist”, should be on yours.

my ex boyfriend bought me a buddy pass to go with him but when we broke up he took the card out and the gym has been telling me i have overdue charges. i haven’t gone in over a year and they can see that on the account as well. they are trying to go after my money and the manager refuses to talk to me. i called multiple times and they have been super unhelpful! i would 100% not recommend club 24 it is not worth the terrible management and unfriendliness i received. i just really wish i could’ve talked to the manager to work something out :(

Hands down best gym ever. I have tried Golds, Planet, mom and pop gyms and I always come back to Club 24. Pasco 24 is my favorite by far. High ceilings which make the place look bigger and not so small and enclosed. Large options in machines, free weights and they maintenance the machines at both locations pretty fast.

Staff is nice. Clean workout gym. I go early in the day, so it isn't that busy, and the machines I want are available. The best part is working swing shift, so before or after work, not many places are 24 hrs anymore. They offer training too.

The one issue though is how absolutely disorganized the free weights are. Theres no order in the placements of dumbbells, and the trying to find a pair of something proves to be impossible at times. Locating the weights alone adds 5 minutes to my gym routine.

signed up here only because they are 24/7.. multiple occasions where i would come early in the morning before work and find out my card access wouldnt work. kinda annoying when you go to the gym at 0230 in the morning. im tried of playing these games and taking risks every morning. then when calling to cancel the membership, its “in person” which i probably wouldnt even be able to get into the building because it wont unlock the door for me. doors are locked during store hours because when i went in person to sign up doors were locked and no one came to even open the doors so i went online to get a membership. not interested in playing games with this gym. regret signing up. now i have to lose a day of pay to come to this place during business hours to cancel which is a hassle yet again..

Been trying this gym out for 3 months so far and overall like it. Staff are friendly and keep the place clean. Only negative would be the loud music they play. Even with earbuds in it's still kinda annoying (90s rock music lots of times). Would prefer that they just turned the music off as most people can just listen to their own thing on their phone nowadays.

If your looking for a BS 24 hour commercial gym where you are just a monthly transaction this is the place for you. Cancellation policy is ridiculous. Also worth noting you may have to go to multiple locations to use certain equipment because not one location has everything. I terribly regret ever signing up with them.

My wallet got stolen the other day. The customer service was no help at all. All I got was “we are not reliable, we can’t do anything about”, not even a sorry. Front desk was very unprofessional and the young man working the desk was to no help at all. The camera in the back doesn’t work. They did not even try to investigate who the thief is. KPD has a description of the thief as they tracked him down to Fred Mayer’s after stealing people’s wallets. Don’t recommend singing up for this gym since there is a thief at this gym location.

Couldn't even get inside to sign up for a membership. No way to enter unless you're already a member and have an electronic pass. I failed at getting anyone's attention so I went and signed up with golds gym instead. Wasn't even a phone number for me to call or doorbell to ring. Maybe they don't need new members.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I have had the absolute worst experience with this company. I cancelled my account MONTHS ago, and was promised a refund to my account when they charged me wrongly and I've to this day, never received the refund. I've had to follow up monthly for status updates. Its now been 9 MONTHS and I still don't have the refund on my account.

They've been incredibly difficult to work with and everyone that I've spoken with has been very rude.

The gym itself has a great selection of equipment for most types if fitness, and has always been clean. The showers are freezing cold sometimes, but not all the time. The reason for 3 stars is the fact they charged me for the nearly year we couldn't go because of COVID despite my contract having been up before then, and I got no where contacting them. Also, thanks to COVID my truck got repossessed and my cards were in there, so I went in to get new ones. The staff member looked annoyed I wanted in without a card, and annoyed I needed 2 new cards. She gave them to me for free after I told her why I needed them, but still seemed annoyed. Then as she hands them to me she says "try to keep track of these". I'd get it if I'd just been careless, but I had very little control over losing my truck and I lost a lot of possessions in there that I can't replace, I was assured they weren't going to take it back and then did shortly after. It just irked me being told to keep track of them. Like I said, if there's a charge for them then I was happy to pay, and like I said it just irked me. I would still recommend the gym, I understand everyone's had a hard time with COVID and I have no idea what kinda day or week that staff member had experienced.

Good gym, lots of locations. However, do NOT do the yearly contract if there is even a remote possibility that you will want/need to cancel. We were 'told' that it would be a $100 cancellation fee, but the person signing us up neglected to mention that if you cancel your membership you are expected to pay the remainder of your year's membership PLUS the $100 cancellation fee. In our case, that's close to $1,000. I personally don't care for this business tactic (imagine if Netflix charged you for their lost income when you cancelled your subscription), and I will not be doing business with Club 24 again nor recommending that others do so. Quite a shame; they're a good chain otherwise...

Club 24's membership policies work to trap people into remaining members. Their cancellation policy is crafted in such a way to make it extremely difficult to leave Club 24.

For example: You have to cancel in person. You have to cancel in writing. You have to cancel 30 days in advance. None of these provisions are necessary for a gym.

There is no practical purpose to require members to follow these cancellation provisions. They merely serve to ensure that people stay enrolled in Club 24 whether they like it or not. A lot of gym's have these types of policies. But they are deceptive and unfair. And another example of corporate greed.

Great spot. Open 24/7 for your fitness needs. Has most of the gear anyone could look for. Plenty of barbells, dumbbells, and cardio machines.

There are 4 barbell stations in a large multi-rack for bench, squats, and overhead press. The same unit has pull up/chin up stations shared with the barbell stations and 2 sets of safeties for working on your PRs solo. This is not a power lifting gym, but most will be happy with the gear selection. No chains, SSBs, or platforms, but there are some bumper weights for deadlifts.

They have daily classes for those who prefer instructor-lead groups. Plus they offer personal training and personalized programming.
