Club 24 customer service is top notch. I signed a contract with them last November, and promptly moved away, entirely forgetting that I had the contract. On Monday, I called an explained the situation to Jeremy at the North Richland location. Not only did he help me cancel my membership without fees, he refunded $31.49 dues for the last month. In my experience, that kind of customer service is rare - especially for a small, regional gym. I’d join again in a second. Thanks for your help, Jeremy! Tell your boss to hook up a raise and a bonus, tell him I approved it.

Well, club one thru twenty three made me wonder if my search was a waste of time.... But when I hit club twenty I knew my search was over !! This has it all, walls ,a door and equipment galore! Go there ! Club it up !

Excellent machines, plenty of cardio equipment, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Facilities are always clean and the machines are fairly new looking. It's a great added value to be able to go to the gym at whatever time. Helps when you have to work night shift.

Good environment for a gym! Been to several different ones and this one is probably the most relaxed I've been to. No classes to sign up for but great for on your own work outs.

Obnoxiously loud background music makes coming here very unpleasant. Why they even need this background sound when everyone uses their own ear buds is a mystery to me. This is my only complaint about this facility which otherwise is quite nice. But the noise factor is a big one for me. I've been told that the West Richland Club 24 is much better in this respect.

Really bad customer service, been waiting for 30 mins on nobody was there to help me, i went diferent time and it was the same problem, no one was at the desk.

I was really surprised to see that they were closed at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Friday. I was pretty excited to see what the facility was like after being told by some friends how clean hand well outfitted it was. It looks like they open tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. I see people going in and out so it is open to current members, it looks like.

I was set up with a week's trial membership.
-I used, mostly, the dumbbells/weight bench, and then the mats for mid-body exercises. One can sign up for a year or pay more and pay month to month.
-There is a wide variety of aerobic exercise machines as well as weight conditioning machines.
-This location was clean every time I went, early in the morning. The staff, which has hours centered to the middle of the day, were friendly.
-There are coaching and assessment appointments available.
-Lots of TVs.

Easy to talk to staff who are always willing to help, everything is always clean, music they play is good, open 24 hours. Love this place.
